<p>Before the year ends, MediaTek will release two 64-bit LTE processors: the MT6752 (octa-core) and the MT6732 (quad-core, A53 cores, mid-end market). Recently, we saw the release of the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/?s=gionee">Gionee</a> F301 which is the first smartphone to use the MTK6732.</p>
<p>Regarding its specifications, the Gionee F301 uses the Android 4.4-based Amigo UI which can be upgraded to Android 5.0. As stated before, it uses the MT6732 64-bit LTE chipset which has a frequency of 1.5GHz and uses the Mali-T760 GPU which is stronger than the MT6582. It also sports a 4.7-inch HD LTPS display screen and has 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM (expandable), a 2000mAh detachable battery, and support for TD-LTE, TD-SCDMA, GSM, and dual-SIM cards. It also has support for dual band WiFi and an electric compass. It also sports a 5mp front-facing camera and an 8mp rear-facing camera.</p>
<p>The Gionee F301 first went on sale at the Chinese online store, JD where it costs 1299 RMB (212.41 USD).</p>

<p>The ELIFE S5.5 now uses the Snapdragon 400 and supports 5 modes (including TD-LTE/ TD-SCDMA/WCDMA/GSM). Its screen, memory and camera specs are still the same. It sports a 5-inch Samsung Amoled display screen with 1080p, 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, 5mp wide angle front camera, and 13mp Sony rear camera. Its operating system is the Android-based Amigo UI.<br />
The ELIFE S5.5 may come out at the end of July or beginning of August.</p>
