The most interesting thing about the Haier G782 is its 7.85-inch OGS display screen. It has a 2048 x 1536 resolution and 326 ppi making it one of the few Chinese tablets that use MTK processors to have such a resolution.

The G782’s processor is the MTK6592 octa-core chipset. As for memory, it has 2GB DDR3 RAM and 16GB ROM. It also has a 5mp camera and a 5150mAh battery. It supports WCDMA/GSM internet and its OS is the Android 4.4.2. It also supports dual-frequency WiFi.

The Bird L108’s design is not that different from many devices with round, curvy shapes. This phone stands out more for its colors and adornments. For example, there is a gold plate in the right side.

Like most of Bird’s L phones, the L108 is China Mobile-customized. It supports China Mobile TD-LTE 4G internet (single SIM card). It uses a MT6582+MT6290 dual chipset. Other than that, its specs are just so-so. It sports a 4.5-inch display screen with FWVGA resolution and a 2mp/5mp dual-camera, and has 512Mb RAM and 4Gb ROM. It is powered by a 1750mAh battery and its OS is the Android 4.42. Many will be surprised that a cellphone that costs less than 1000 RMB has a noice-cancelling microphone.

As an entry-level 4G phone, it costs at least 688 RMB.

In addition to the X8 mini which is being sold in stores in China, there is another version that is being pushed by iOcean, the X8 mini Pro. This version is a more enhanced version of the Mini with greater specs and will be first sold by electronic commerce companies abroad for 269.99 USD.

The X8 Mini Pro’s design looks similar to the Mini. It has the X8’s metal frame and uses a double-glass case. Its measurements are 142 x 70.1 x 7.6mm. A black version will be released followed by a white one. The Mini Pro’s processor and memory specs are stronger than the Mini’s. It uses the MTK6592 octa-core chipset and has 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM. It still sports an LTPS display screen with 720p resolution and a 2mp/8mp camera. It is powered by a 2200mAh battery and its OS is the Android 4.42.

UMI will soon release a new flagship phone with a 5.5-inch display screen. The UMI C1 can also be called the Big Red Bull Mini. This phone is only 7.9mm thick.

Many users should enjoy the UMI C1’s display screen as the phone sports a 5.5-inch LTPS display screen with HD resolution that uses OGS technology. It is also coated with Corning Glass 3. Such specs surpass many phones that also have 5.5-inch screens.

Unfortunately, the UMI C1/Big Red Bull Mini is not 4G-supported. It uses the MT6582 quad-core processor which has a main frequency of 1.3GHz and supports WCDMA+GSM dual-SIM. Its memory is not as great as the X3/CROSS’ as it only has 1GB RAM and 16GB ROM. It also sports a 3.2mp/13mp OV dual-camera and is powered by a 2430ma battery. Its operating system is the Android 4.42 OS. With such specs, do not expect a lot of apps.

The UMI C1 will first be sold in T-mall flagship stores for 899 RMB (145.68) and is available in black and white.

The ASUS T45 sports a 4.5-inch display screen with FWVGA resolution (854 x 480) and a .3/5mp camera. It also has 512M RAM and 4GB ROM, and is powered by a 1750ma battery.

Despite its average specs, the ASUS T45 has a pretty nice design. Unlike many entry-level 4G phones, itt is available in black, white, red, gold, and many other colors. No price has been confirmed at this time but we can expect it to be cheaper than the ZenFone 5.

Its model number is Coolpad 9971. Based on the name, there is no doubt that it is part of the Daguan series.

The Coolpad 9971 does not have a display screen as big as the Daguan 4’s, measuring only 5.5 inches. However, it has greater resolution (2560 x 1440). It uses the Snapdragon 801 processor (2.5GHZ). It also has 3GB RAM and 5MP/13MP cameras. Its operating system is the Android 4.42. Overall, the screen and memory specs are excellent.

From the specs, everyone may think of the Daguan 5 which had its first snapshot leaked online a while ago. However, unlike the 9971, the Daguan 5 is supposed to use the NVIDIA Tegra K1 processor.

If both are the latest devices in the Daguan series, then there should be a gap between the dates they will be launched. We should find out when the 9971 is coming soon as the Daguan 5 is said to come out this September.
