Just like every year, Apple is expected to hold its March event this year. However, the launch date was yet to be revealed. Now, as per Bloomberg, Apple could keep the event on March 8. Also, it is expected to be an online event like last few years.

This time around, we are expected to see new hardware as well as the public release of the iOS 15.4 software. Right now, the iOS 15.4 is in the beta stage and it brings some interesting features like the Universal Control. In case you are unaware, this update also allows iPhones to unlock even with the mask on.

If we talk about the hardware, the much-anticipated iPhone SE is expected to arrive at the March event. As per earlier reports, the iPhone SE 2022 will retain the old iPhone 8 design. But it will have upgraded internals, new cameras, and most importantly, the 5G connectivity.

The new iPhone SE is expected to come with a 4.7-inch Retina HD LCD display and the traditional home button. It will come with 3GB of RAM and the Apple A15 Bionic chipset.

Other than the iPhone, we might also see a new iPad Air at the event. The new iPad may come with the same A15 Bionic chipset and support 5G connectivity. It is reported to have a 10.9-inch screen. The Mac Mini is also expected to get a refresh at the event.

Apple iPad 10th gen will be launched towards the end of 2022 and will be reusing the same old design of its predecessor, a reliable tipster has revealed.

The tipster who goes by @dylandkt on Twitter further revealed some key specifications of the device saying that it will be featuring 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 6, and A14 processor. The design will remain unchanged and Apple will only be bringing forward a refreshed look in 2023. This means there will be a 10.2-inch display once again, presumably the same 2160×1620 resolution panel that Apple markets as a Retina Display.

The iPad 10th Generation is coming out towards the end of this year with 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 6, A14 processor, 10.2 inch display, and the lightening connector. This will be the last model before a redesign is to take place in 2023.

Also unchanged compared will be the usage of the trusty lightning port meaning the iPad 10th gen’s battery will most likely be filling up at the same speed as the current model.

The usage of A14 Bionic means that the iPad 10th gen should offer moderately improved performance over the iPad 9 — or up to 20% to be more precise. The chip is based on a 5nm process and features 11.8 billion transistors, which is nearly 40% more than the A13.

Apple‘s recycling of designs for yet another year means that there has been little change in the looks department since the iPad 7th gen that was unveiled back in 2019. While the tablet continues to hold well enough in terms of looks even in 2022, the bezels can be definitely slimmed down a bit. This, we should hopefully be seeing with the 11th iteration.
