But this may require a prerequisite that you are using an iPhone. Obviously, Apple is not bothering to make an effort to win over Android phone users. So do Android users have a similar option to the Apple Watch?</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>We’ve reviewed quite a lot of Smartwatches that support Android well, such as the Amazfit series and the Huawei Watch series. The Huawei Watch is especially impressive and we also believe that the latest HUAWEI Watches is probably the best choice for Android users. But when the OPPO Watch 3 series got released, we wondered if things had changed.</p>
<p>So today, let’s check whether the OPPO Watch 3 Pro is the most powerful smartwatch to go with an Android phone.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488656" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_2-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<h3><strong>Design</strong></h3>
<p>The OPPO Watch 3 Pro has undergone a significant change in its appearance. Most notably, the Watch has a curved-top design that visually fits the curvature of the human wrist. But if you look closer, you will also notice that the bottom in contact with the skin doesn’t have a similar curved design.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488657" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_6-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<p>Combined with the curved design of the top, the whole watch looks a bit bulky from the side. But from the front when we use it normally, it looks pretty refined and smooth. At the same time, the curved design also makes the watch look sportier and more stylish. On both sides of the dial, the watch comes with a speaker and a microphone for voice commands, playing music, and making phone calls.</p>
<p>The rectangular display is bright and legible, which gives the watch an advantage over round dials in showing text content. In addition to touch input, the smooth-scrolling digital crown allows users to zoom in and out, and scroll content with good precision.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488658" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_5-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<h3><strong>Display</strong></h3>
<p>The curved LTPO display supports adaptive refresh rates, which can reach a minimum refresh rate of 1Hz. It’s a great feature for smartwatches but unfortunately, most new smartwatches do not yet support this feature. It can significantly extend the watch’s battery life with less power consumption for daily use. This is especially true for sports tracking. Thanks to the low-power LTPO display, the Watch also allows users to work out with the Always-on feature. And the 1.91-inch AMOLED display has a peak brightness of 1000 nits. So even under the bright sun, the display content can still be seen clearly.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488659" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_7-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<h3><strong>Snapdragon W5 &amp; Apollo 4 Plus</strong></h3>
<p>Battery life is probably the biggest headache for a full-function smartwatch. Well, the OPPO Watch 3 Pro offers pretty good solutions to this issue in both software and hardware departments, at least on paper. The watch adopts a dual-chip design for hardware, one of which is the latest 4nm Qualcomm wearable chip, the Snapdragon W5. It is ideal for high-load smart scenarios and brings a much smoother software experience than its predecessor, along with 40% lower power consumption as claimed. In addition, it also features another small core chip called Apollo 4 Plus to achieve low-power consumption for all-day standby.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488660" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_8-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<h3><strong>Software</strong></h3>
<p>For software, there’s a Power-saver mode that can be fast activated by long-pressing the crown. In this mode, you will not be able to install and use third-party apps, and only limited features are available here. For example, there are only several sports tracking modes available in this mode with no AOD. The function menu can only be listed without any animation. And the experience will not be as smooth as in the Smart mode. However, you will significantly extend the battery life from 3 or 4 days to about 2 weeks. So under the Power-saver mode, it works almost the same as a smart band product.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488661" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_15-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<p>Like the HUAWEI Watch we reviewed before, the OPPO Watch 3 Pro also supports multiple health tracking features, such as Blood oxygen, stress, heart rate, sleep, and step monitor. You can see the ECG app here and probably you’ve also noticed that we didn’t tell you anything about the touch button down below the crown on the side, which actually is an electrode for ECG detection. However, by far the ECG feature is not available yet, so there is nothing you can do with the ECG app, and for now, the electrode doesn’t have any other functions. (P.S. It seems that OPPO has recently pushed the ECG feature, but we&#8217;re not sure if it will work in non-Chinese regions.)</p>
<p>It&#8217;s almost the same experience as other smartwatches when it comes to these health tracking. But compared to the latest HUAWEI Watches, there’s no skin temperature detection.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488662" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_10-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<p>As for sports tracking, there are over 100 tracking modes for options. On the OPPO Watch 3 Pro, it’s great to find my favorite basketball and soccer modes, which are still not available on HUAWEI watches. Apart from a few exercises like running and walking, it can only record limited data like exercise time, heart rate, and calories burned.</p>
<p>The companion app of the watch is called HeyTap Health, which is available for all Android phones. The app looks good but I still prefer the Huawei health app, which has a better breakdown and summary of data, and you can also get more life and exercise tips in the app and more training courses with Huawei’s wearables.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488663" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_12-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<p>The OPPO Watch 3 Pro is undoubtedly the most versatile Android smartwatch on paper. It supports NFC, third-party app installation, voice assistant, and E-sim functions for independent calls. But some of these features only work well in China. For example, some third-party apps are only available in Chinese; the voice assistant couldn’t recognize languages other than Chinese, and the e-sim features only support Chinese carriers.</p>
<p>So if you are concerned about these features, I suggest you wait until the watch gets released in your region or globally. Then I believe OPPO will fix all these regional adaptation issues.</p>
<p>Or you can check out the latest Huawei watches we’ve reviewed. All of them actually got released globally, and they’ve done a better job of customizing features to different regions.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488666" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro_13-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<p>However, I still want to share with you the points that this watch does well in software. For example, It has the best AOD feature that I’ve ever experienced on an Android smartwatch. The system feels really smooth and the experience is close to Apple Watches. Especially for the main menu, instead of simply zooming the app bubbles in and out, it gets a more regular arrangement when zoomed in or out. And it also shows the apps’ names if the bubbles become big enough. Even though the experience of these third-party apps is not perfect, we could still find apps to have fun with, such as the FitBuddy app. I believe you would enjoy having a kitten on your watch.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488667" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<p>Under the smart mode, the watch lasted for over 3 days as we turned almost all the features on. But when you switch to the Power-saver mode, the watch can work like a sports smart band with standby for around 2 weeks.</p>
<p>I’m happy to see that the watch gives the choice to the user… But wait, in that case, why don’t I buy a cheaper smart band instead of the bulky watch which claims to be all-powerful, right?</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-488655" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro.jpg?x10805" alt="oppo watch 3 pro" width="1778" height="1000" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro.jpg 1778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/oppo-watch-3-pro-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1778px) 100vw, 1778px" /></p>
<p>So that’s all the facts that we believe are important about the OPPO Watch 3 Pro. To be honest, we are a bit disappointed, but it’s not exactly the product problem. For those users who live in China, it certainly deserves the title of one of the best smartwatches. However, if not, I do not really recommend you guys to get it from an overseas retailer as you may have trouble with the language.</p>
<p>So what are your thoughts on the OPPO Watch 3 Pro? Let us know in the comments section down below.</p>

<p>This year we have seen a number of new smartwatches from notable international manufacturers like Samsung, LG and Motorola. But, they weren&#8217;t the only ones to release their own wearable devices. Many new and existing Chinese manufacturers took the opportunity to announce new smartwatches in 2014 and today, we take the time to check out the best wearable devices of the year.</p>
<p>Let me remind you, there are many top wearable devices list on the internet, however, we are focusing this article on the top 5 wearables from Chinese manufacturers. We have seen some promising new devices from these companies, so we decided to take a look at the best smartwatches among them.</p>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;">1. Xiaomi Mi Band</span></h2>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-37151" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band.jpg?x10805" alt="xiaomi-mi-band" width="800" height="600" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band.jpg 800w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band-300x225.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>Not technically a smartwatch, but we start off with one of the most affordable wearable in the market, the Xiaomi Mi Band. Even though it is cheap, the device comes with almost every function that you expect from a smart tracker. So, we have ignored the fact that it doesn&#8217;t show time as most of the remaining features are at par with other high end smartwatches currently available in the market.</p>
<p>You can monitor your fitness as well as sleep cycle. It can record the number of steps taken in a day and the calories burnt during an activity. When you are sleeping, it can monitor your sleep patterns &#8211; how long you slept and how many hours of deep sleep you got. You also receive notifications from calls missed on your phone, but that&#8217;s all this smart band can do when it comes to smartphone notifications. Xiaomi has included a battery which can power the device for up to 30 days (impressive!) and its water resistant feature allows you to wear the device even when its raining.</p>

<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band-02.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band-02-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>
<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band-lifestyle-800x600.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band-lifestyle-800x600-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>
<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Xiaomi-Mi-Band-Pic2-700x525.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Xiaomi-Mi-Band-Pic2-700x525-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>
<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band-4.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/xiaomi-mi-band-4-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>

<p>So, the Mi Band is unarguably, one of the best value for money wearables in the market, and if you are not willing to spend too much on a wearable or you are a first time buyer, the Xiaomi Mi band will suit you well.</p>
<p>You can get the Xiaomi Mi Band for <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?u=1142553&amp;b=573201&amp;m=52031&amp;afftrack=&amp;urllink=www%2Egearbest%2Ecom%2Fsmart%2Dwatches%2Fpp%5F126026%2Ehtml%3Futm%5Fcampaign%3D7712372%26utm%5Fsource%3Dcj%26utm%5Fmedium%3Daffiliate%26from%3Daffiliate%5Fcj" target="_blank">just $13.99 (limited time offer!).</a></p>

<h2></h2>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>2.</strong></span><strong>UWatch </strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>U8 Pro</strong></span></h2>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-1.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-37147" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-1.jpg?x10805" alt="U8 UWatch Pro 1" width="800" height="585" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-1.jpg 800w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-1-300x219.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>Xiaomi Mi Band was good for those who wanted something dirt cheap yet practical, but for others who are looking for a full smartwatch experience, the U8 UWatch Pro is the ideal candidate. Its previous generation, the U8 UWatch was quite famous among first time smartwatch customers. Now, with this next generation, the company is looking to attract a wider audience.</p>
<p>The U8 Pro smartwatch is a full package. It looks like a regular watch, but comes with functions that are generally found only in costly wearables. For example, you can connect it to your smartphone, whether it is iOS or Android using Bluetooth. And if you want to use it as a standalone device, you can do that too, thanks to the provided SIM card slot inside.</p>

<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-2.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-2-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>
<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-4.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-4-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>
<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-3.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/U8-UWatch-Pro-3-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>

<p>Feature wise too, you get a lot more than what you pay. So, you can make and answer calls, control music player on your phone in the connected mode, set it to vibrate when you move more than 10 meters away from the phone, monitor your fitness and even check your current altitude. Whats more, you can set up to 5 alarms, use its stopwatch and even read messages from QQ and WeChat directly on the device if you are connected with the phone.</p>
<p>Although the UI may take some time to get used to, for $30, we can easily say its one of the cheapest full functioning smartwatches available in the market.</p>

<h2><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">3. iMacwear M7</span></strong></h2>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-41544" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031.jpg?x10805" alt="Optimized-IMG_8031" width="1200" height="800" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031.jpg 1200w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031-630x420.jpg 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031-640x427.jpg 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/02/Optimized-IMG_8031-681x454.jpg 681w" sizes="(max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px" /></a></p>
<p>iMacwear is an outstanding all-around standalone waterproof (IP67) 3G smartwatch, which probably is most feature packed in this list. As we say it is a standalone smart watch, we mean that it can literally replace your smartphone as you can take and receive calls, text, surf the web, check Facebook, emails and basically do any other stuff you would do on your smartphone. The only difference is that you will be doing that directly from your wrist, which is pretty awesome. What is more, the device features a 5mp shooter on the side, which lets you take some secret pictures or shoot videos. Another highlights include GPS receiver, Bluetooth and Wifi connectivity options. What surprised us most, however, how smooth it performs.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?u=1142553&amp;b=573201&amp;m=52031&amp;afftrack=&amp;urllink=www%2Egearbest%2Ecom%2Fcell%2Dphones%2Fpp%5F141990%2Ehtml">The iMacwear is available on gearbest for just $119.99.</a></p>
<p>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQR6lQR1EbM</p>
<h2><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">4. <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?u=1142553&amp;b=573201&amp;m=52031&amp;afftrack=&amp;urllink=www%2Egearbest%2Ecom%2Fcell%2Dphones%2Fpp%5F70817%2Ehtml">InWatch Z</a></span></strong></h2>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/inwatch-z-1.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-37133" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/inwatch-z-1.jpg?x10805" alt="inwatch z 1" width="800" height="533" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/inwatch-z-1.jpg 800w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/inwatch-z-1-300x199.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>If you are looking for something more premium and well built, you should take a look at the InWatch Z. While it features almost the same features as the U8 UWatch Pro, you can clearly see the difference between the build quality as well as the interface on this premium watch. In fact, the company is calling it, the smallest Android smartphone in the market, thanks to its decent processor and RAM as well as the ability to work like a full fledged smartphone.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a 240 x 240 1.63 inch screen up front protected by Sapphire glass. Inside you get a powerful (for a smartwatch of this size) dual core MTK6572 1.2 GHz processor with 1GB RAM. Yes, even though this is just a smartwatch, you get a gig of RAM inside, which clearly sets the InWatch Z apart from other cheap smartwatches in the market.</p>

<p>You can use Voice controls for voice dialing, and monitor fitness activities as well as calories burnt. It is IP57 compliant, meaning you can use it in water too for  a short period. The MicroSim card slot inside brings the ability to make and recieve calls, messages and any other function that can be done using a regular Android smartwatch.  You even have a 5 MP camera onboard which can click decent shots.</p>
<p>All in all, InWatch Z can truly replace your smartphone, and if you have the money to spend, this watch would be a great investment.</p>

<p>If you don&#8217;t like U8 UWatch Pro&#8217;s design or are not willing to pay over $270 for a smartwatch, there&#8217;s something in between these two that could be perfect for you. It&#8217;s none other than the recently announced No.1 G2. The smartwatch takes its design cues from Samsung&#8217;s Gear watch, so if you liked Samsung&#8217;s design, then you&#8217;ll definitely like the new G2.</p>
<p>It comes with the standard features that you get in a smartwatch, like a pedometer, fitness tracker, sleep cycle monitor, alarm clock, anti-theft, digital recorder as well as music player controls for your smartphone. Moreover, it is water resistant and even has a heart rate monitor to keep a check on your overall health.</p>

<p>With the help of its Bluetooth 4.0 connection, you can make and receive calls directly from the smartwatch. According to the company, it connects to almost 99% of the smartphones currently available in the market which includes Android and iOS devices. Another highlight of the device is it&#8217;s Gorilla Glass protection which makes the device dust proof as well as water proof.</p>
<p>No.1 G2 looks like a great device for those hunting for a decent smartwatch.</p>

<h2><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">6. Omate X</span></strong></h2>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/omate-x-3.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-37144" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/omate-x-3.jpg?x10805" alt="omate-x 3" width="800" height="475" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/omate-x-3.jpg 800w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/omate-x-3-300x178.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>If you hate the Samsung&#8217;s design on the No.1 G2, check out the Omate X. It comes with a beautiful design, looks well built and runs on the Android platform. This means, you can download and install apps from the play store. However, even though it runs Android, the smartwatch is compatible with both iOS and Android smartphones.</p>
<p>This is not a standalone watch, so you don&#8217;t have a sim card slot. But you get the usual connected smartwatch features on the device, like access to push notifications and messages, controls for the music player on your smartphone, find my phone feature etc. The device is also pretty fluid, thanks to the new Mediatek MT2502A Aster processor and 128MB RAM.</p>

<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/omate-x-6.jpg?x10805'><img width="150" height="150" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/omate-x-6-150x150.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-thumbnail size-thumbnail" alt="" loading="lazy" /></a>

<p>Although the device does not feature a sim card slot like its elder brother, OMATE Truesmart, in return you have a better battery life. The company claims, the device can run for almost a week on a single charge.</p>
<p>The functionality of the device is limited, however, it is one of the best built smartwatches that you can buy for less than $150. So, if you are looking for a cheap watch which looks good on your wrist, Omate X is for you.</p>
<p>You can purchase Omate X directly from the <a href="http://www.omate.com/">company website for jut $129</a>.</p>
