You can Now Get a Sony PlayStation 5 Slim Delivered in 10 Minutes via Blinkit in India

Did you ever think we’d be able to order a whole PlayStation and it would be at our doorstep in 10 minutes? Even though this sounds absurd and downright convenient, Indian delivery service Blinkit is leaning into it. The CEO’s latest post on social media platform X announces that customers can now order a PlayStation 5 Slim (both the disc and digital versions), plus their controllers in India from their Blinkit account, and get it delivered to them in 10 minutes. Mind you, this console, at the time of launch wasn’t available anywhere due to scalpers and low stocks. Now we’re reaching the point where the console is accessible and priced justifiably. But what is Blinkit (in case you don’t know about it already)?

Blinkit, an Indian quick-commerce service focused on super fast deliveries, promises to get you your groceries and daily essentials in minutes so you can focus on more important things. They leverage technology and a wide partner network to achieve same-day deliveries, aiming to become a leading e-retail player in India. The company went online in December 2013, and since then, it has gained popularity through their “quick delivery” model that is available throughout the day (and even night in some big cities).

For those who’ve been on the cusp regarding the PlayStation 5 Slim, this might be the golden sign you were looking for. The PlayStation 5 Slim is Sony’s most capable console to date, with the only difference from the OG PS5 being storage space. The console boasts a super-fast SSD for significantly reduced loading times compared to previous consoles. As we mentioned, trade-off is limited storage space, so you might need to expand it with an M.2 SSD or an external drive (though the external drive won’t offer the same speed boost). The PS5 Slim also packs a powerful CPU, RAM, and custom GPU for high-resolution gaming with ray tracing for more realistic lighting effects.

Xiaomi is expanding its presence in the Indian market with a strategic partnership with Blinkit. The tech giant is collaborating Blinkit to bring gadget deliveries that just take a few minutes to reach the customers. So here’s everything you need to know.

To recall, the Chinese tech giant announced that it has partnered with this service to deliver its Mi Air Purifier 3 model in minutes in select Indian cities. Now, it seems like it is expanding this partnership to include other products. For those unaware, Blinkit is a popular online platform in India that lets users buy everyday items like groceries and more with delivery times often times not taking longer than 10 minutes.

In an official post on X, Xiaomi announced the partnership stating that the ultra-fast delivery experience will now include more gadgets. This includes 11 tech products from the company. These will range from power banks that range from 10,000mAh to 20,000mAh in capacity, data cables, Xiaomi Grooming Kit, 33W SonicCharge 2.0 fast charger with Cable, and a Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer.

The company already has listings for the Xiaomi Trimmer 2C, along with the Xiaomi 4 Lite Air Purifier and Mi Air Purifier 3 with True HEPA Filter. At the moment, it is unclear which cities will get the entire list of all Xiaomi products. But this announcement confirms that you can get your hands on these in just around 10 minutes (depending on where you live). Xiaomi Partners With Blinkit To Deliver MI Air Purifier 3 in Few Minutes in Select Indian Cities

Xiaomi had launched the Mi Air Purifier 3 in India way back in 2019. Now the Chinese brand has announced a partnership with instant delivery service provider Blinkit. Xiaomi aims to deliver the Mi Air Purifier 3 to its customers in 10 minutes. Customers can purchase the device starting today in New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, and Ghaziabad. This is a helpful initiative considering the pollution and poor AQI situation in Delhi and surrounding areas.

The Mi Air Purifier 3 carries a price tag of Rs 9,999 on Mi.com and Amazon. Those ordering from Blinkit will have to purchase for Rs 10,499 which is Rs 500 more than the actual price.

The Mi Air Purifier 3 features a tower design with a circular OLED touch display that shows information like atmospheric particulate matter (PM) as well as temperature and humidity. It offers 360-degree Triple Layer Filtration and True HEPA FIlter for purifying every nook and corner of the home. The Particulate Matter (PM) sensor is capable of detecting particles that are as small as 0.1 microns and instantly alerts about the AQI. The application features a CADR (Clean Air Delivery Rate) of 380m³/hr. It can cover a room size of up to 484 sq ft. It is also claimed to deliver 6,333 litres of clean air per minute.

The Mi Air Purifier 3 is energy efficient and keeps the noise levels as low as 32dB during operation. The appliance can be controlled via the Mi Home app. It works with Amazon Alexa and Google voice assistant as well.
