As per Cooler Master’s official website, this behemoth features a 57-inch curved VA panel (1500R curvature) with Mini LED backlight, offering a 120Hz refresh rate, 1ms GtG/MPRT response time, and a 32:9 aspect ratio.

The monitor boasts a high resolution of 7680×2160 pixels and covers 98% DCI-P3 and 99% sRGB color gamut. The standard peak brightness is capped at 400 nits and can go up to 1000 nits, as implied by its VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certification.

As for ports, the Cooler Master GP57ZS features a 3.5 mm jack, a DisplayPort 1.4, and two HDMI 2.1 ports (with specifications yet to be confirmed). The PC components and peripherals brand Cooler Master has just launched their first mini-LED monitor dubbed the Cooler Master GP27-FQS. It features a 27-Inch 2K screen made by AU Optronics, a Taiwanese display manufacturer.

According to the official spec sheet, it comes with a mini-LED IPS panel with a 2K (2560 x 1440p) resolution which on technicality can be called QHD. The display uses quantum dot technology enabling it to produce an ultrawide color gamut including 100% of Adobe RGB, 97% of DCI-P3, and 83% of BT2020. It offers 600nits of brightness which can be bumped up to 1200 nits in HDR mode and comes with a DisplayHDR1000-certification.

The Cooler Master GP27-FQS sports a 1000:1 contrast ratio. However, using its Mini-LED backlighting’s 576 local dimming zones, the contrast ratio can be further bumped up to 10,000:1.

Earlier this year, KFC, the fast-food restaurant chain with outlets across the globe teased a console back in June with a promise that it will be announced on November 12, but that didn’t happen. Today, the KFConsole is official and it is a real gaming console gaming PC.

The KFConsole is a joint product between the fast-food chain and Cooler Master, the Taiwanese computer hardware manufacturer. The console which is shaped like a chicken bucket has a black finish and an ejectable tray for your chicken. Below the tray is a power button that glows red and at the bottom is a ring that also glows red.

The KFConsole has been designed to redirect heat from the system to cool your chicken in the patented Chicken Chamber.

There is an Intel NUC 9 inside the console that is housed inside a custom Cooler Master NC100 chassis. The KFConsole also has an unnamed ASUS mini-GPU that sits in a hot-swappable slot, thus ensuring that your console remains powerful for several years. For storage, you get two Seagate BarraCuda 1TB SSDs.

While KFC has not revealed a lot of key specs such as the RAM, specific GPU, and ports, the official website for the KFConsole says it is VR ready, has Ray Tracing, supports 240fps for all games, and 240Hz output on 4K monitors and 4K TVs.

There is also no news of the price and the release date for the KFConsole but seeing that the year is almost over, it most likely will not be available for purchase until next year.
