This means that we may get to see new products from the Korean giant with the Couphone branding.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-97054" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/samsung-logo.jpg?x23692" alt="samsung logo" width="292" height="292" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/samsung-logo.jpg 292w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/samsung-logo-150x150.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 292px) 100vw, 292px" /></p>
<p>The documents submitted at the European Union Intellectual Property Office shows that the trademark is for a variety of devices. Based on the class it falls under, it may include tablets, smartphones, and their accessories such as cables, headsets and earphones, flip-cases, docking stations etc.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-157814" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Samsung-Couphone.png?x23692" alt="Samsung Couphone" width="1024" height="70" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Samsung-Couphone.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Samsung-Couphone-300x21.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/Samsung-Couphone-768x53.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></p>
<p>Some guesses have surfaced regarding what couphone may refer to. One says “cou” is French for neck, thus it may have to do with wearables worn around the neck. So these may include wireless headsets, possibly one with an AI assistant like the Pixel Buds.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: #ff0000;">READ MORE:</span> <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2017/11/10/samsung-galaxy-s9s-speculated-exynos-9810-chipset-official/">Samsung Galaxy S9’s Speculated Exynos 9810 Chipset is Official</a><span id="more-157794"></span></p>
<p>Samsung entered into the digital assistant space with Bixby this year and it is working on a smart speaker that will be powered by the AI assistant. So there is a possibility that it may want to add wireless headphones to the mix. The 2nd Gen Gear IconX wireless earbuds already supports Bixby, so these may be under the Samsung-U Flex line.</p>
