The CSC ES5 Electric Scooter has been announced and it comes with impressive performance features. The new tech-heavy e-scooter boasts of a top speed of 85km/h and a range of 110km. The CSC ES5 is manufactured by the Chinese company Cineco, which is a brand under Zhongshen. The CSC E5 is available in the US and offers decent performance metrics.

The CSC ES5 comes in a simple and easy-to-use design. It is an ideal low-power electric two-wheeler for daily urban commutes. The ES5 is powered by a mid-mounted electric motor with a nominal power output of 5kW. The ES5 has a maximum power rating of 8kW and compares it with a traditional 125cc motorbike.

The CSC ES5 has a combined battery capacity of 5.58kWh from three 60V, 31 Ah lithium-ion battery packs. Each battery weighs 3.12kg and combines to give the stated range of 110km. You can fully recharge the battery in about 8 hours.

The ES5 electric scooter has a very impressive dashboard with modern features. It has a full-color TFT panel and also has a Bluetooth speaker and a USB socket for charging devices on the go. A built-in dashcam helps you to record your trip and keep track of your journeys. The bike has 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels. The low seat height of the e-scooter (780mm) allows the bike to be used by persons of different sizes.

The CSC ES5 is available in three color variants namely Lightning White, Wizard Green, and Charcoal with Passion Orange. It has a price tag of $5,285 in the US and can be ordered with a $300 deposit. The earliest deliveries of the CSC ES5 e-scooter in the US will be either October or November 2023.
