BYD Unveils New Song PLUS Champion Edition with Striking Design and Advanced Technology

In terms of design, the Song PLUS Champion Edition adopts BYD’s latest “Ocean Network” design language. This includes a more futuristic and aerodynamic front end, with a closed grille and new LED headlights. The rear end has also been redesigned, with new taillights and a more integrated bumper.

Under the hood, the Song PLUS Champion Edition is available with a choice of two powertrains. The first is a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine paired with an electric motor, which produces a combined output of 197 horsepower. The second is a pure electric powertrain, which produces 204 horsepower. Both powertrains are paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Inside, the Song PLUS Champion Edition features a luxurious and high-tech interior. The dashboard is dominated by a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The seats are upholstered in high-quality leather, and the cabin is filled with ambient lighting. The Song PLUS Champion Edition is available in two trim levels: Standard and Premium. The Standard trim is priced at 169,800 yuan, while the Premium trim is priced at 199,800 yuan.
