Xiaomi&#8217;s Data Center has revealed that within this period (September 28 to October 29), it has sold 12 million devices of which 8.5 million are smartphones.</p>

<p>A breakdown of the smartphone sales reveals the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-7/">Redmi Note 7</a> series recorded the most sales. The Chinese manufacturer also sold over 600,000 (6 lakh+) MiTVs, and over 3 million Mi Ecosystem products. The MiTV was the No.1 selling smart TV on Flipkart and Amazon India during the period, while 9 of its smartphones were on Amazon India&#8217;s top 10 best-selling smartphones.</p>
<p>Compared to last year&#8217;s figure, <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> recorded a growth of 40% in sales. Its smartphone sales figure of 8.5 million units is reported to be the biggest of any brand in India and is an increase of 37% compared to last year&#8217;s figure. It also recorded a 47% year-on-year growth for its mi TVs and a 42% year-on-year growth for its Ecosystem products.</p>

<p>Just yesterday, Counterpoint Research announced that Xiaomi shipped the most smartphones in India in the 3rd quarter of 2019. The brand currently has a market share of 26% and is followed by <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/samsung">Samsung</a> and <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/vivo">Vivo</a> with 20% and 17% market share respectively.</p>
