Firefox OS is becoming more popular this year, and now we have a various Firefox OS device at Mobile World Congress that helds a week ago we found several Firefox OS smartphones and tablet devices.

After Alcatel is showing the Alcatel OneTouch Fire 7, is now we have Firefox OS devices from VIA, through VIA Vixen, yess this tablet devices is developed by chip maker, Via Technologies. And Foxconn is also developped Firefox OS tablet through Foxconn InFocus.

VIA Vixen is packs with 7 inch screen size with ith 1024 x 600 pixel resolution, and powered by VIA chipset with 1.2 GHz dual-core processor based on ARM Cortex A9 with Mali 400 GPU and sporets with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

While the Foxconn InFocus is comes with 10.1 inch screen size, with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution and powered by AllWinner A31 quad-core procesor  and sports with PowerVR SGX544MP2 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

Interestingly, the Foxconn InFocus is coupled with 5 megapixel main camera and 2 megapixel front facing camera and has 7000 mAh battery capacity, while the VIA Vixen is ships with 8 megapixel main camera and front facing VGA camera.

We assumes both tablets witll be offers with very affordable price and will be available in Chinese market in the near future.

While for now, the Firefox OS smartphones has already launched by some mobile phone manufacturers. But a different thing visible in the Computex 2013 in Taiwan yesterday since there is Firefox OS tablet appear on those event.

The tablet is said to still be a prototype. Mozilla Firefox OS tablet showcased with Geeksphone and Alcatel mobile phones that also use the Firefox OS.

A source said that in the construction of the tablet, Mozilla took Foxconn as tablet manufacturer. By making these tablets, Mozilla wants to give more options to consumers, especially those who use the devices connected to the Internet constantly.

Foxconn GM, Young Liu said that his company is very pleased to be working with Mozilla. By using technology based on HTML5, Firefox OS is a pretty good step to promote strategies Foxconn to give satisfaction both in terms of hardware or software.

The rumor about Firefox tablet device has been circulated recently, but Firefox smartphone is comes first at MWC 2013 on last February. And now we have a godd news that the Firefox Tablet device will be released soon. Foxconn has been revealed the device at the Computex 2013, which is held this week.

In such event, Foxconn announced a partnership with Mozilla to produce smartphone and tablet which running with Firefox operating system. And at the Computex 2013 that also, you can see what kind of view with Firefox OS first tablet manufactured by Foxconn.
