The FitShot Connect smartwatch heralds the entry of FitShot into the Indian smart wearables market. The global market for smart wearable devices has seen an upsurge in recent years, further amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020. Smartwatches have taken on a broader identity, providing users with a growing suite of functionality. The FitShot Connect comes with a 1.85-inch display using SoloSync Technology.

FitShot is a lifestyle electronics manufacturer and it hopes the advanced features of the FitShot Connect will catch the fancy of the Indian market. The smartwatch is capable of up to 500 nits of brightness, thus enabling visibility even in direct sunlight. Health and fitness monitoring applications are also available in the Connect smartwatch. Users can monitor their blood oxygen levels (SpO2), blood pressure, and current mood accurately using its sensors. There are over 100 sports modes while the gadget’s 300mAh battery offers up to 7 days of activity.

The FitShot Connect comes with up to 100 watch faces, three menu options, and two in-built games. Bluetooth calling is also enabled in the new smartwatch and FitShot stresses that the SoloSync technology is entering India for the first time via the Connect. Other functionalities in the smartwatch include Voice Assistance, a remote camera shutter, weather forecast, and several other notifications and alarms.

It is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance while the battery is charged fully within 2 hours. FitShot is offering a 1-year warranty for the Connect smartwatch which will be available for Rs. 2,999 (~$38) from August 12. Three color options – black, green, and blue are available for the device which can be purchased via Flipkart in India.
