<p>An OTA update with firmware number <strong>A315NKSU1CUD3</strong> is rolling out to the users of Galaxy A31(SM-A315N) in South Korea. Weighing about 2.03GB, the update <a href="https://r1.community.samsung.com/t5/%EA%B0%A4%EB%9F%AD%EC%8B%9C-a/%EA%B0%A4%EB%9F%AD%EC%8B%9C-a31-%EC%82%AC%EC%9A%A9%EC%9E%90-%EC%97%AC%EB%9F%AC%EB%B6%80%EC%9A%B4-%EA%B3%A0%EC%83%9D%ED%95%98%EC%85%A8%EC%96%B4%EC%9A%94/m-p/10139767/highlight/true#M90182">brings</a> <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/one-ui-3.1">One UI 3.1</a> based on Android 11 to the device.</p>
<p>Samsung <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/04/27/samsung-galaxy-a31-now-on-pre-order-in-korea-for-krw-374000-300/">launched the Galaxy A31</a> in March of 2020 and it ran Android 10 OS with One UI 2.0 on top. The latest One UI 3.1 update brings several improvements to the device compared to the last version.</p>
<p>In fact, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/one-ui-3.1">One UI 3.1</a> has <span style="font-weight: 400">revamped UI, Private Share, GPS location data removal on Images, more Lock screen widgets, Background Video Calling, improved stock apps, and more, over the One UI 3.0. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Also, it brings the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android-11">Android 11</a> features like one-time permissions, app permissions auto reset, chat bubbles, conversations section in the notification area. You can <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/09/09/android-11-stable-update-arrives-with-chat-bubbles-screen-recording-and-more/">read over extensive coverage</a> to know more about the same.</span></p>
<p>Galaxy A31 is available in other markets including India. Since the update has now started rolling in South Korea, expect the update to expand to other regions sooner than expected. Speaking of which, the Galaxy A31 was<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/08/samsung-one-ui-3-0-android-11-update-timeline-schedule-roadmap-india/"> originally scheduled</a> to get this update only by June 2021.</p>
<p>However, Samsung has jumped the gun and has once again performed exceptionally well in supporting older devices. That&#8217;s not all, as the device is expected to receive Quarterly security updates for quite some time as per the Samsung <a href="https://security.samsungmobile.com/workScope.smsb">webpage</a>.</p>
<p>If you are living in South Korea, you can try out the new update by navigating to <i><span style="font-weight: 400">Settings &gt; Software update &gt; Download and install.</span></i></p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Samsung is gearing up for 2021 with a variety of products in its bucket. First off, it will probably begin with the flagship <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/galaxy-s21">Galaxy S21</a> series and &#8220;<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/24/samsung-galaxy-buds-pro-details-price-leak/">Buds Pro TWS</a>&#8220;. If anything, this price drop of current earbuds should definitely be an indication that a successor is coming soon. Anyway, you can take a look at the new prices of the said products below:</p>
<ul>
<li><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-a31/">Samsung Galaxy A31</a>(6GB/128G)- ₹17,999(<del>₹19,999</del>)</li>
<li><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-m01/">Samsung Galaxy M01</a>(3GB/32GB)- ₹7,499(<del>₹7,999</del>)</li>
<li><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-m01s/">Samsung Galaxy M01s</a>(3GB/32GB) &#8211; ₹8,999(<del>₹9,499</del>)</li>
<li><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-buds-plus">Galaxy Buds+</a> -₹8,990(<del>₹11,990</del>)</li>
<li><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/samsung-galaxy-buds-live">Galaxy Buds Live</a>&#8211; ₹11,990(<del>₹14,990</del>)</li>
</ul>
<p>Among this, the Galaxy A31 is the only device that has faced multiple price cuts than anyone else. A month after the launch, it got a weird price cut of ₹1,000 from ₹21,990 which <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/09/samsung-galaxy-a21s-galaxy-a31-galaxy-m11-price-cut-india/">repeated again back in November</a>. The latest drop is even higher at ₹2,000 from the last selling price.</p>
<h6 class="related" style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000">EDITOR&#8217;S PICK</span>: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/29/samsung-galaxy-z-flip3-model-number-appears-to-point-at-an-affordable-pricing/">Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 model number appears to point at an affordable pricing</a></strong></h6>
<p>Further, the Galaxy M01, M01s brothers, which launched at different points of the time(<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/06/02/samsung-galaxy-m01-and-galaxy-m11-launched-in-india-price-and-specifications/">June</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/07/16/samsung-galaxy-m01s-with-helio-p22-and-13mp-dual-cameras-debuts-for-rs-9999-133/">July 2020</a>), each get a small price cut of ₹500. Their official launch prices were ₹8,999 and ₹9,999 respectively.</p>
<p>On the other hand, the Galaxy Buds+, and Buds Live have a huge six months time gap in launch. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/02/12/samsung-galaxy-buds-with-2-way-speakers-and-11-hours-battery-life-announced/">former launched at ₹13,990</a> and got a price cut when Buds Live came into the picture. Speaking of which, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/08/17/samsung-galaxy-watch3-and-galaxy-buds-live-launch-in-india-for-%e2%82%b929990-and-%e2%82%b914990-respectively/">Galaxy Buds Live launched</a> for ₹14,990 back in August. Anyway, both now get a whopping ₹3,000 price cut.</p>
<p>That said, if you are planning to get a new year gift and you are a fan of Samsung, I suggest this is the right time. Barring the ANC, Galaxy Buds+ is a solid offering for the price and the Live is a cool earbud with a unique design.</p>
<h6 class="related" style="text-align: center"><strong>UP NEXT: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/29/samsung-affordable-foldable-smartphone-4g/">Samsung&#8217;s upcoming affordable foldable smartphone could be 4G-only</a></strong></h6>

The company is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/10/23/huawei-sharp-decline-growth-due-to-us-sanctions/">facing the heat</a> as a result of US sanctions on one side but manages to survive in certain markets on the other. One such market is Russia where the company has maintained the top spot in online smartphone shipment share consecutively in Q3 2020.</p>

<p>Counterpoint Research has released a <a href="https://www.counterpointresearch.com/russia-smartphone-market-q3-2020/">report</a> on the Smartphone market in Russia for Q3 2020. Although things are looking bad for <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Huawei">Huawei</a> overall, it maintains the lead in the Online Smartphone shipment market list with a share of 27.8%. This is a 2.2% YoY increase from 2019 but a 7.2% decline QoQ. Among this, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/17/huawei-sells-honor-subsidiary-to-zhixin-new-information-technology-co-ltd/">ex-sister brand</a>&#8216;s <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-30">Honor 30</a> series helps it bag most of the online share in 5G models.</p>
<p>Overall smartphone sales get an increase of 5% YoY(Year on Year) in Russia whereas the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/online-smartphone-sales">online smartphone sales</a> hit 34% in Q3 2020. This is a 2% QoQ(Quarter over Quarter) increase from Q2. Report says that strict public distancing norms along with promotional offers like gifts, cashback drove online sales.</p>
<figure id="attachment_357073" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-357073" style="width: 1144px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-357073 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/russia-online-smartphone-market-q3-2020.jpg?x44794" alt="Russia Online Smartphone Market Q3 2020" width="1144" height="388" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/russia-online-smartphone-market-q3-2020.jpg 1144w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/russia-online-smartphone-market-q3-2020-300x102.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/russia-online-smartphone-market-q3-2020-768x260.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/russia-online-smartphone-market-q3-2020-1024x347.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/russia-online-smartphone-market-q3-2020-696x236.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/russia-online-smartphone-market-q3-2020-1068x362.jpg 1068w" sizes="(max-width: 1144px) 100vw, 1144px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-357073" class="wp-caption-text">Credit: Counterpoint Research</figcaption></figure>
<p>Precisely, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Honor">Honor</a> offered cash coupons to boost its sales whereas companies like <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> managed to crack Samsung with aggressive models. In fact, it has five of the top-10 online smartphone models with <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-8-pro/">Redmi Note 8 Pro</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-8a/">8A</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-9">Note 9</a> being its top three devices. Chinese company realme managed to enter the top-5 for the first time with a 1.7% YoY increase in share.</p>
<h6 class="related" style="text-align: center"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000">EDITOR&#8217;S PICK</span>: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/11/19/huawei-levels-samsung-in-top-selling-5g-smartphones-sep-list/">Huawei levels Samsung in Counterpoint&#8217;s September 2020 list of Top-selling 5G Smartphones Globally</a></strong></h6>
<p>Although <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/samsung">Samsung</a> leads overall revenue in offline and online segments, it lost the online share to Huawei. In fact, its <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-a51">Galaxy A51</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-a31">A31</a> are among the top-selling devices online and offline but its online shipment market share for Q3 is 26.3% making it trail behind Xiaomi and Huawei. The report says that Samsung&#8217;s decision to focus more on offline is the reason for this.</p>
<p>Anyway, the list also has <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/apple">Apple</a> sitting at 4th place with an 8.3% online market share. As for the online platforms, M.Video-Eldorado, Russia&#8217;s biggest consumer electronic chain, leads the online platform in Russia with a share of 32.5%.</p>
<p>Research Associate Soumen Mandal says that Chinese brands are strengthening their position in lower and mid-price segments. This is evident in Q3 2020 report as the report says that the average price of <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/smartphone">smartphones</a> dropped 5% YoY in Russia and sits at $224 in Q3 2020.</p>

The company will also reportedly launch the Galaxy A31 in India in a few days time. According to a report on GSMArena, the A31 will be launched on June 4 on Flipkart. <p>The Galaxy A31 has been in the news for quite a while now. A recent leak tips the price in India to be around Rs 23,000 (~$306) but there is yet to be an official confirmation of that. However, it falls in the same range as the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/04/27/samsung-galaxy-a31-now-on-pre-order-in-korea-for-krw-374000-300/">pre-order price in Korea</a> which is around $300. <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-3.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-325722" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-3.png?x44794" alt="" width="691" height="464" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-3.png 691w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-3-300x201.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-3-625x420.png 625w" sizes="(max-width: 691px) 100vw, 691px" /></a></p>
<p>As a reminder, the Galaxy A31 packs a 6.4-inch FHD+ Infinity-U display and is powered by a MediaTek Helio P65 processor. The phone is available in two configurations – 4GB RAM + 64GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB. The pricing is for the 64GB version. There is also a MicroSD card slot which will allow users to add up to an additional 512GB of storage.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-2.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-325721" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-2.jpg?x44794" alt="galaxy A31" width="727" height="1043" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-2.jpg 727w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-2-209x300.jpg 209w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-2-714x1024.jpg 714w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-2-696x999.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/galaxy-a31-2-293x420.jpg 293w" sizes="(max-width: 727px) 100vw, 727px" /></a></p>
<p>On the camera aspect, the Galaxy A31 also has a rectangular camera module. This houses four sensors – a 48MP f/2.0 primary camera, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide angle camera, a 5Mp f/2.4 depth sensor, and a 5MP f.2.4 macro camera. The selfie camera is a 20MP f/2.2 sensor.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Samsung-Galaxy-A31-2.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-319603" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Samsung-Galaxy-A31-2.jpg?x44794" alt=" Galaxy A31" width="940" height="627" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Samsung-Galaxy-A31-2.jpg 940w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Samsung-Galaxy-A31-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Samsung-Galaxy-A31-2-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Samsung-Galaxy-A31-2-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Samsung-Galaxy-A31-2-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px" /></a></p>
<p>The Galaxy A31 packs a 5000mAh battery but supports just 15W fast charging. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner and support for Samsung Pay. It also runs Android 10 out of the box. The phone will come in Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush Blue, Prism Crush Red and Prism Crush White.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A31 packs a 6.4-inch FHD+ Infinity-U display. There is an octa-core processor with two cores clocked at 2.0GHz and six cores clocked at 1.7GHz inside the device but Samsung didn&#8217;t reveal the name of the chipset in the press release. However, a Geekbench listing from early this month revealed it is MediaTek&#8217;s Helio P65 processor.</p>
<p>The phone is available in two configurations &#8211; 4GB RAM + 64GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB. A MicroSD card slot will allow users to add up to an additional 512GB of storage.</p>
<p>Like a lot of the Samsung phones released this year, the Galaxy A31 also has a rectangular camera module. This houses four sensors &#8211; a 48MP f/2.0 primary camera, an 8MP f/2.2 ultrawide angle camera, a 5Mp f/2.4 depth sensor, and a 5MP f.2.4 macro camera. The selfie camera is a 20MP f/2.2 sensor.</p>
<p>The Galaxy A31 packs a 5000mAh battery but supports just 15W fast charging. There is an in-display fingerprint scanner and support for Samsung Pay. It also runs Android 10 out of the box.</p>
[envira-gallery id=&#8221;312469&#8243;]
<p>Samsung is yet to announce a price tag for the phone but it will be available in Prism Crush Black, Prism Crush Blue, Prism Crush Red, and Prism Crush White.</p>

The A-series was a tremendous success in 2019 and the tech giant is looking to capitalise on last year&#8217;s success this year 2020 with the introduction of the Galaxy A51 and A71. The company is also targeting the lower mid-range segment with the Galaxy A31 and A41. Before now, little is known about the two models except that <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/10/17/samsung-is-already-filing-trademarks-for-its-2021-galaxy-a-smartphones/">Samsung had trademarked the monikers</a>. A new leak has, however, changed all that as details of both Galaxy A-series models (Galaxy A31 and A41) have been outed.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/galaxy-a31.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-301291" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/galaxy-a31.png?x44794" alt="" width="723" height="423" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/galaxy-a31.png 723w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/galaxy-a31-300x176.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/galaxy-a31-696x407.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/galaxy-a31-718x420.png 718w" sizes="(max-width: 723px) 100vw, 723px" /></a></p>

<p>The leak focuses on just the battery and camera specs of both models. It touts the Galaxy A31 as coming with a 48MP main camera as well as a 5MP macro shooter which would be a noticeable step up from the A30 and it’s 16MP + 5MP combo. On the battery aspect, the A31 will pack an impressive 5,000 mAh cell.</p>
<p>On the other hand, the Galaxy A41 will also present with a 48MP main camera sensor but the leak stopped short of revealing the other sensors at the rear. The front-facing one is tipped to come in at 25MP. The Galaxy A31 and A41 have previously been revealed to come with 64GB of storage on its base model.</p>
<p>There is still no word yet on the launch date but we expect the company to begin taking the wraps off the mid-range models after the flagship Galaxy S20 models get launched.</p>

In the year 2020, the South Korean company will be launching new A-line up smartphones. Tipster <em>Ishan Agarwal </em>has revealed that the company has started working on Galaxy A11, Galaxy A31 and Galaxy A41.</p>
<p>The SM-A115X, SM-A315X and SM-A415X are the respective model numbers of the upcoming Galaxy A11, Galaxy A31 and Galaxy A41 phones. At present, there is no information available on the specifications of these phones. However, it is believed that the three phones will be arriving with higher internal storage than their predecessor versions.</p>

<p>The base model of most of the Galaxy A-series arriving next year will have an internal storage of 64 GB. These new A-line smartphones are expected to offer up to 128 GB of native storage. Recent reports have revealed that the South Korean company is working on other A-series phones such as Galaxy A51, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/11/21/samsung-galaxy-a71-with-punch-hole-display-3d-renders-leak/">Galaxy A71</a> and Galaxy A81. The A51 and A71 phones are expected to come with a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/11/12/samsung-galaxy-a51-renders-reveal-punch-hole-display-like-note-10-series-and-quad-cameras/">punch-hole placed at the top-center position</a> of their screens whereas the A81 could be a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/11/22/samsung-galaxy-a81-with-s-pen-stylus-could-be-in-works/">rebranded version of the rumored Galaxy Note 10 Lite</a> with S Pen. However, there is no information on the design of the Galaxy A11, Galaxy A31 and Galaxy A41 phones.</p>
<p>The new Galaxy phones are expected to break cover by the start of the coming year. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-a51/">Galaxy A51</a> could be one of the first A-series phone to go official in 2020. The rumor mill has so far revealed that it has a 6.5-inch S-AMOLED display that offers full HD+ resolution and it could be powered by Exynos 9611 SoC and 4 GB of RAM. It may arrive in 64 GB and 128 GB internal storage choices.</p>
<p>The Android 10 flavored with One UI 2.0 may come preloaded on the device. It may come with 48-megapixel main lens, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 5-megapixel depth sensor and a 5-megapixel macro lens. It may come with a 32-megapixel selfie shooter. The device may house a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging support.</p>

<p>A few weeks ago, Samsung <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/07/31/samsung-registers-galaxy-a11-a21-a31-ahead-of-next-year/">applied for trademarks for 9 new Galaxy A smartphones</a> which will launch next year. Today, the camera specs for 8 of those phones have leaked, way ahead of their release dates.</p>
<p>The source of the leak is Sudhanshu Ambhore @Sudhanshu1414. He had previously teased that he had info about eight new devices scheduled for launch next year before tweeting the details today.</p>
<p>The phones are the Galaxy A21, Galaxy A31, Galaxy A41, Galaxy A51, Galaxy A61, Galaxy A71, Galaxy A81, and Galaxy A91.</p>
<figure id="attachment_246158" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-246158" style="width: 3173px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-246158 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors.jpg?x44794" alt="Galaxy A20 colors" width="3173" height="3001" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors.jpg 3173w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors-300x284.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors-768x726.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors-1024x968.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors-696x658.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors-1068x1010.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors-444x420.jpg 444w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A20-colors-1920x1816.jpg 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 3173px) 100vw, 3173px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-246158" class="wp-caption-text">Galaxy A20</figcaption></figure>
<p><strong>Galaxy A21</strong></p>
<p>The Galaxy A21 will come with triple rear cameras, one more sensor than its predecessor, the Galaxy A20. The primary camera is a 13MP sensor that is paired with an 8MP wide-angle camera and a 5MP depth sensor.</p>
<p><strong>Galaxy A31</strong></p>
<p>The Galaxy A30 also has dual rear cameras but its successor, the Galaxy A31 will have three. It will keep the 16MP primary sensor, upgrades the 5MP ultrawide camera to 8MP and adds a 5MP depth sensor.</p>
<p><strong>Galaxy A41</strong></p>
<p>The Galaxy A40 which also has a 16MP + 5MP dual camera combo will get a triple camera setup for its successor. The Galaxy A41 will have a 24MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 5MP depth sensor.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-238182" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Samsung-Galaxy-A30-and-Galaxy-A50.jpg?x44794" alt="Samsung Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50" width="1000" height="563" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Samsung-Galaxy-A30-and-Galaxy-A50.jpg 1000w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Samsung-Galaxy-A30-and-Galaxy-A50-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Samsung-Galaxy-A30-and-Galaxy-A50-768x432.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px" /></p>
<p><strong>Galaxy A51</strong></p>
<p>Samsung will switch to quad rear cameras for the Galaxy A51. The main camera will be a 32MP sensor paired with a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and a 5MP depth sensor.</p>
<p><strong>Galaxy A61</strong></p>
<p>The Galaxy A60&#8217;s successor will also get the quad-rear camera treatment. There is a 48MP main camera on the Galaxy A61. It will also have an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom like the Galaxy A51, and also a 5MP depth sensor.</p>
<h5><strong>Galaxy A71</strong></h5>
<p>The Galaxy A71 will also get a 48MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, another 12MP sensor but telephoto with 2x optical zoom, and then a ToF sensor.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-246141" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A80.jpg?x44794" alt="Galaxy A80" width="1000" height="666" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A80.jpg 1000w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A80-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A80-768x511.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A80-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Galaxy-A80-631x420.jpg 631w" sizes="(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px" /></p>
<p><strong>Galaxy A81</strong></p>
<p>The Galaxy A81 is Samsung&#8217;s most powerful A series phone at the moment but it will soon be dethroned by the upcoming Galaxy A90. The Galaxy A81 will have quad rear cameras and we doubt it will adopt the slide+rotate design of the Galaxy A80&#8217;s triple rear cameras.</p>
<p>The main camera of the Galaxy A81 is a 64MP sensor and it will be paired with a 16MP ultrawide angle camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with optical zoom (source not sure if it is 2x or 5x) and a Time of Flight sensor.</p>
<p><strong>Galaxy A91</strong></p>
<p>Last but definitely not least is the Galaxy A91, a successor to the yet-to-be-announced Galaxy A90. This will make use of Samsung&#8217;s 108MP sensor, most probably the one which was announced recently. It will add a 16MP ultrawide camera, a 12MP telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and a ToF camera.</p>
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true">

<p>Samsung&#8217;s Galaxy A series lineup for next year will be packing some serious camera specs which should make the competition worried. However, the authenticity of the above info is still unconfirmed. The Galaxy A20 launched in April which means a successor is still about eight months away. Even if the above specs are true, as of the time of writing, Samsung may decide to change some features.</p>
