<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a> has just taken the wraps off the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/25/galaxy-a57-and-galaxy-a37-launched-chip-upgrades-paired-with-refined-design/">Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G</a>, and we already had a look under the hood of one of them. A teardown of the Galaxy A57 by PBKreviews went live hours before the announcement, giving a fairly clear idea of what Samsung has changed this time.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-1024x576.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-732015" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-1536x864.png 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325-747x420.png 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-25-225325.png 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The teardown itself is pretty standard. The back panel comes off with some heat, followed by a bunch of Phillips screws holding the internal frame together. Once that’s out of the way, the layout looks familiar, with the mainboard at the top and the battery taking up most of the space below.</p>

<p>Camera hardware is largely unchanged. You still get a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide, and a 5MP macro, along with a 12MP front camera. The bigger change sits on the mainboard, where Samsung has placed the new Exynos 1680 chip. It’s built on a 4nm process and should handle daily tasks a bit more smoothly, though real-world performance will tell the full story.</p>

<p>One small but meaningful change is the battery setup. The 5,000mAh unit is held in place with pull-tab adhesive, which makes it easier to remove. It’s not something you notice as a user day to day, but it does make repairs less of a headache later on.</p>

<p>There’s also a larger vapor chamber this time. It sits under the battery and looks noticeably bigger than what we’ve seen in earlier models. That should help with heat management, especially during longer gaming sessions or heavy multitasking.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
<iframe loading="lazy" title="Samsung Galaxy A57 5G Teardown Disassembly Phone Repair Video Review" width="696" height="392" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/M_njO6hcQ4I?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" referrerpolicy="strict-origin-when-cross-origin" allowfullscreen></iframe>
</div></figure>

<p>Overall, the inside of the phone feels clean and fairly easy to work with. The teardown gives it a 9 out of 10 for repairability, which is quite good for a modern smartphone.</p>

<p>From the outside, not much has changed. But internally, Samsung seems to have made a few practical improvements that might actually matter over time.<br><br></p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a> has refreshed its Galaxy A-series lineup with the launch of the Galaxy A57 5G and Galaxy A37 5G. Both phones bring a mix of practical upgrades, focusing on performance, durability, and camera improvements, while keeping things familiar overall.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1000" height="563" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Samsung-Mobile-Galaxy-A57-5G-and-Galaxy-A37-5G-Awesome-Intelligence_main1.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-731987" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Samsung-Mobile-Galaxy-A57-5G-and-Galaxy-A37-5G-Awesome-Intelligence_main1.jpg 1000w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Samsung-Mobile-Galaxy-A57-5G-and-Galaxy-A37-5G-Awesome-Intelligence_main1-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Samsung-Mobile-Galaxy-A57-5G-and-Galaxy-A37-5G-Awesome-Intelligence_main1-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Samsung-Mobile-Galaxy-A57-5G-and-Galaxy-A37-5G-Awesome-Intelligence_main1-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Samsung-Mobile-Galaxy-A57-5G-and-Galaxy-A37-5G-Awesome-Intelligence_main1-746x420.jpg 746w" sizes="(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px" /></figure></div>

<p>The Galaxy A57 5G is clearly the more polished of the two. It runs on Samsung’s new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/25/exynos-1680-announced-revealing-capabilities-of-galaxy-a57-hours-before-launch/">Exynos 1680</a> chip, built on a 4nm process, and is expected to offer better efficiency and smoother day-to-day performance. A small improvement this year in terms of build and durability is the IP68 rating, up from A56&#8217;s IP67.</p>

<p>Samsung has trimmed the design a bit as well. The A57 is now thinner and lighter, with slimmer bezels around its 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display. The panel still sticks to FHD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, and peaks at 1,900 nits. It&#8217;s the same as last year&#8217;s A56.</p>

<p>The camera setup doesn’t change much either. You still get a 50MP main sensor with OIS, along with a 12MP ultrawide and a 5MP macro, plus a 12MP front camera. The difference this time reportedly comes from improved image processing, which should help with low-light shots and overall detail.</p>

<p>The more affordable option, the Galaxy A37, follows a similar approach. It uses the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/03/28/samsung-exynos-1480-chipset-specs-graphics-ai/">Exynos 1480</a> chip and also gets the new IP68 rating. The display is the same size and brightness as the A57, and camera hardware remains unchanged, though Samsung is relying on better processing here as well.</p>

<p>Design-wise, the A37 doesn’t get the same slimming treatment. It’s a bit heavier and keeps the thicker bezels from before. Both phones run One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 and pack a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging.</p>

<p><strong>Pricing and availability</strong></p>

<p>Galaxy A37 5G</p>

<ul><li>6GB + 128GB: ₹41999 (or €429)</li><li>8GB + 256GB: ₹47499 (or €519)</li><li>12GB+256GB ₹52999</li></ul>

<p>Galaxy A57 5G</p>

<ul><li>8GB + 256GB: ₹58999 (€529)</li><li>12GB + 256GB: ₹62999 (or €589)</li></ul>

<p>Sales begin April 10, with pre-order offers including a free storage upgrade. Overall, this feels like a steady update. Samsung isn’t changing too much, but it’s refining a few key areas to remain a go-to option for Galaxy fans in the highly competitive mid-range smartphone market.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a> has taken the wraps off its new Exynos 1680 chipset, and it looks like a fairly important upgrade for its mid-range lineup. This is the chip that’s expected to power the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/17/galaxy-a57-leaked-promo-material-reveals-details-ahead-of-launch/">Galaxy A57</a>, and the focus seems to be on making everyday performance feel a bit more polished rather than chasing headline numbers.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-731952" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo-696x391.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo-747x420.jpg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/processor-moproc-exynos1680-f06-mo.jpg 1236w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>It’s built on Samsung’s updated 4nm process, and the CPU setup is what you’d expect in this category. You get one Cortex-A720 core going up to 2.9GHz, along with four more A720 cores and three efficiency-focused A520 cores. Nothing unusual on paper, but the newer cores should help with smoother app switching and better consistency over longer use.</p>

<p>Graphics have been improved too. The Xclipse 550 GPU, based on AMD’s RDNA 3 architecture, is said to deliver around 15% better performance. That’s not a massive jump, but it should be enough to make games feel a bit more stable and animations slightly smoother. It also supports Full HD+ displays at up to 144Hz, which is becoming more common even outside flagship devices.</p>

<p>Exynos 1680 is also leaning into AI: the NPU can handle up to 19.6 TOPS, which is about a third higher than before. In real terms, that should help with things like camera processing and the AI features baked into One UI.</p>

<p>Another interesting bit is memory and storage support. The chip works with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1, which you’d usually see on more expensive devices. That could make a noticeable difference in how quickly apps open and how the phone feels overall.</p>

<p>Camera support goes up to 200MP, with 4K video at 60fps and 10-bit HDR. Connectivity is also well covered, with 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, and even Bluetooth 6.1 making an appearance.</p>

<p>Taken together, the Exynos 1680 doesn’t try to reinvent anything, but it does seem like a well-rounded step forward. If Samsung gets the tuning right, the Galaxy A57 could end up feeling faster and more refined in day-to-day use.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a> is getting ready to update its Galaxy A lineup in India once again, and the announcement isn’t too far off now. A new teaser shared by the company gives a small glimpse of what’s coming, hinting at refreshed designs and a few feature additions aimed at the mid-range crowd.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="598" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1-1024x598.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-731537" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1-1024x598.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1-300x175.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1-768x449.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1-696x407.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1-1068x624.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1-719x420.jpg 719w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1.jpg 1350w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The company has confirmed a March 25 launch at 5:30 PM IST, though it won’t be a traditional event. Instead, Samsung plans to roll out all the details through online announcements and press material. There’s already a landing page live on Samsung India’s website, where users can sign up and keep track of updates as they come in.</p>

<p>The teaser itself doesn’t show much, but there are a few small details worth noticing. You get a side profile of one of the phones, along with a closer look at what Samsung calls the “Ambient Island” around the camera and the “Key Island” for the buttons. The rest of the image leans heavily on bright, almost playful colors. It’s hard to say for sure, but these likely reflect the color options we’ll see at launch. Samsung seems to be pushing a slightly more expressive design here.</p>

<p>Even though the company hasn’t named the devices yet, most signs <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/16/galaxy-a57-a37-appear-in-unboxing-and-hands-on-video-confirming-price-hike/">point to the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57</a>. These are expected to take over from last year’s models, probably with the usual mix of performance tweaks and new software features.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="722" height="406" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-21-093936.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-731378" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-21-093936.png 722w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-21-093936-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Screenshot-2026-03-21-093936-696x391.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 722px) 100vw, 722px" /></figure></div>

<p>There’s also some focus on AI this time. Leaks have mentioned features like improved call and voice transcription, along with tools such as object eraser and better voice isolation. Nothing groundbreaking on its own, but having these could still be useful in certain use cases.</p>

<p>With just a few days left, this looks like a familiar kind of A-series update, but with a bit more <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/17/galaxy-a57-teardown-shows-larger-vapor-chamber-than-a56-hinting-at-better-sustained-performance/">attention on practical features</a> than usual.</p>

<p>A hands-on video by YouTuber Maruf Mirzayev reveals additional details about the phone’s performance and design. The device is expected to run on the Exynos 1680 chipset, with an AnTuTu score of around 1,138,000. It will ship with One UI 8.5 based on Android 16. In gaming tests, it supports PUBG Mobile at Extreme settings, delivering up to 60 FPS.</p>

<p>The phone is said to feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1200 nits. It also has slimmer bezels compared to the previous model. The build includes a metal frame and a glass back protected by Gorilla Glass Victus Plus. At 6.9mm thickness, it is slimmer than the Galaxy A56 5G, which measures 7.4mm.</p>

<p>For photography, the Galaxy A57 5G is expected to include a 50MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, and a 5MP macro camera. It supports 4K video recording at 30 FPS. Stabilisation is slightly improved, while macro and portrait modes show minor processing changes.</p>

<p>The device is backed by a 5000mAh battery and supports 45W fast charging. It also comes with Bluetooth 5.4 and retains IP67 water and dust resistance.</p>

<p>In terms of pricing, the 128GB variant is expected to fall between $440 and $450. The 256GB version could be priced between $475 and $485. Earlier leaks had also suggested similar pricing for European markets.</p>

<p>With multiple leaks now surfacing, the Galaxy A57 5G is expected to be officially introduced soon.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a>’s Galaxy A series doesn’t usually go for big surprises, and from the latest leaks, the Galaxy A57 seems to follow that same pattern, just with a few practical upgrades here and there.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56-1024x576.webp?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-730911" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56-1024x576.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56-300x169.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56-768x432.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56-696x392.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56-1068x601.webp 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56-747x420.webp 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/45e8d035-1fa9-4e8a-84c2-f96bdec21f56.webp 1440w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>New details shared by @Alfaturk16 on X include what look like promo materials and internal diagrams of the device. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/16/galaxy-a57-a37-appear-in-unboxing-and-hands-on-video-confirming-price-hike/">design</a> is probably the first thing people will notice. The A57 is said to use a unibody metal build, measuring 6.9mm in thickness and weighing around 179 grams. That would make it slimmer and a bit easier to handle than recent models. The bezels also seem slightly reduced, though not dramatically.</p>

<p>Camera hardware looks familiar. There’s a 50MP main sensor, backed by a 12MP ultra-wide that supports 4K at 30fps, along with a 5MP macro lens. On the front, a 12MP selfie camera handles video and photos, also with 4K support.</p>

<p>Software might be where things are intended to feel a little different. The phone is expected to run <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/12/samsung-one-ui-8-5-update-check-if-your-galaxy-device-is-eligible-for-it/">One UI 8.5</a> based on Android 16, with features like Now Brief, some level of AI-powered search, and updates to Bixby. How useful those actually are will depend on how well they’re implemented. Samsung’s AI features have been a bit hit-or-miss so far.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288-1024x576.webp?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-730913" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288-1024x576.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288-300x169.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288-768x432.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288-696x392.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288-1068x601.webp 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288-747x420.webp 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/e8928e4a-7d98-4360-b722-01fa66e47288.webp 1440w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>Under the hood, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/22/samsung-galaxy-a57s-geekbench-run-reveals-exynos-1680-equation/">Exynos 1680</a> is expected to power the device. It’s likely aimed at steady, everyday performance rather than anything too demanding. More interesting is the cooling setup. The leaked internal views suggest a larger vapor chamber, which could help keep performance stable over longer sessions.</p>

<p>The display is a 6.7-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, paired with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Battery capacity is listed at 5,000mAh, with 45W charging support.</p>

<p>Overall, the A57 feels <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/06/galaxy-a37-and-galaxy-a57-specs-leak-paint-a-somewhat-disappointing-picture/">more like a careful update</a> than a major step forward. Still, if these changes hold up, it should fit comfortably into Samsung’s mid-range lineup once it arrives.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-730785" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1-747x420.jpg 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/HDhwiHkWMAAYAtq-1.jpg 1438w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>A tipster on X, @Alfaturk16, shared what looks like a side-by-side comparison of the internals of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-a55/">Galaxy A55</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-a56/">Galaxy A56</a>, and the unreleased Galaxy A57. The image appears to be pulled from a teardown or assembly clip, showing the phones with their backs and batteries removed. What stands out is the vapor chamber: the A57’s looks noticeably larger than the ones used in the previous two models.</p>

<p>That might not sound like a big deal at first, but cooling plays a bigger role than most people notice. A larger vapor chamber helps move heat away from the chipset more efficiently, which can keep performance stable during longer gaming sessions or heavier multitasking. In simpler terms, it should help the phone avoid slowing down when things get demanding.</p>

<p>This lines up with what we’ve been seeing from other recent leaks. The Galaxy A57 <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/16/galaxy-a57-a37-appear-in-unboxing-and-hands-on-video-confirming-price-hike/">has already shown up</a> in hands-on and unboxing videos, reportedly from retail units in Thailand, suggesting launch isn’t too far off. It also reveals a price of 17,999 THB for the 12GB + 256GB variant, roughly 2,000 THB higher than the same model of the Galaxy A56.</p>

<p>Of course, the internal image itself hasn’t been independently verified, so it’s worth taking with some caution. Still, the timing fits. The A57 has moved pretty quickly from early leaks to real-world sightings, which usually means an official announcement isn’t far away.</p>

<p>Samsung’s A-series tends to focus on steady, incremental upgrades rather than big headline features. If this larger cooling system is real, it could be one of those changes that doesn’t look flashy on paper but ends up making a noticeable difference over time.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a>’s upcoming Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 appear to have leaked ahead of their official debut, with short unboxing and hands-on clips making the rounds on TikTok. The videos were shared by tipster @VerdeSelvans on X, offering what looks like an early real-world glimpse at Samsung’s next mid-range phones.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="580" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-1024x580.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-730715" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-1024x580.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-300x170.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-768x435.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-1536x870.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-696x394.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-1068x605.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23-741x420.jpg 741w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-23.jpg 1813w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Galaxy A37 hands-on</figcaption></figure>

<p>Samsung hasn’t formally announced either device yet, but the clips show retail units being handled, reportedly inside a store in Thailand. One small detail that stands out is the packaging. Unlike the minimal boxes used for Galaxy S flagships, these boxes clearly display the model names on the front, which fits the more straightforward branding Samsung usually uses for its mid-range lineup.</p>

<p>Color options for the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/03/06/galaxy-a37-and-galaxy-a57-specs-leak-paint-a-somewhat-disappointing-picture/">Galaxy A37</a> mentioned in leaks include Greygreen, Charcoal, Lavender, and White. The phone carries a familiar Samsung look, with a clean rear panel and a vertical triple-camera setup. The bezels are still noticeable. Samsung’s Key Island button design is also present, where the power and volume buttons sit slightly raised on the right edge.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A57, meanwhile, appears in purple in the leaked clips, while other rumored color options include Gray, Icy Blue, Lilac, and Navy. The device seems to feature slimmer bezels than the A37 and slightly smoother edges, which gives it a more polished feel overall. Both phones appear to run an early version of Samsung’s software, likely One UI based on Android.</p>

<p>The leak also reveals the official MRP of the Galaxy A57 in Thailand: 17,999 THB ($555 / ₹51,182) for the 12GB + 256GB variant and 20,999 THB ($645 / ₹59,685) for the 12GB + 512GB model. That’s roughly 2,000 THB higher than the price of the Galaxy A56 (12GB + 256GB) at launch.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1024x598.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-730714" width="792" height="462" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1024x598.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-300x175.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-768x449.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-696x407.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-1068x624.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21-719x420.jpg 719w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/image-21.jpg 1350w" sizes="(max-width: 792px) 100vw, 792px" /><figcaption>Galaxy A57 hands-on</figcaption></figure>

<p>Samsung has also <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/01/05/samsung-galaxy-a-f-series-price-hike-india-2026/">recently increased prices</a> for several Galaxy A, M, and F series smartphones in India. If that trend continues, the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 could debut at slightly higher prices than their predecessors in the Indian market as well.</p>

<p>Fresh leaks have now revealed the full specifications of the upcoming Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57, offering a clearer picture of what <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a> is preparing for the next cycle.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="562" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1024x562.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-721741" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1024x562.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-300x165.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-768x422.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1536x843.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-696x382.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1068x586.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-765x420.jpg 765w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1.jpg 1800w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Galaxy A57 design render</figcaption></figure>

<p>Both models reportedly keep the same 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. So the visual experience should remain largely unchanged. Battery capacity is also expected to stay at 5,000mAh on both devices.</p>

<p>Where things do change is the processor. Samsung is said to be moving to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/03/28/samsung-exynos-1480-chipset-specs-graphics-ai/">Exynos 1480</a>, replacing the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 used in the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/02/samsungs-galaxy-a36-brings-galaxy-ai-to-the-mid-range-lineup/">Galaxy A36</a>. The switch could bring a modest bump in performance for everyday tasks.</p>

<p>Memory and storage options are expected to include:</p>

<ul><li>6GB or 8GB RAM</li><li>128GB or 256GB storage</li><li>No microSD expansion</li></ul>

<p>The camera system also sees a small tweak. The main 50MP camera remains, but the ultra-wide sensor may increase from 8MP to 12MP. A 12MP selfie camera is expected on the front.</p>

<p>In terms of size, the device is tipped to measure 162.9 × 78.2 × 7.4mm and weigh about 196g. Samsung may offer several “Awesome” colors, including Charcoal, Graygreen, Lavender, and White. You can see the leaked renders below.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A57 also appears to follow a similar formula. Samsung will use the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/22/samsung-galaxy-a57s-geekbench-run-reveals-exynos-1680-equation/">Exynos 1680</a>, replacing the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/07/26/samsung-exynos-1580-chip-geekbench/">Exynos 1580</a> from the Galaxy A56. RAM and storage options reportedly mirror the A37, and the camera hardware also seems largely unchanged.</p>

<ul><li>50MP main camera</li><li>12MP ultra-wide camera</li><li>5MP macro camera</li><li>A 12MP front camera</li></ul>

<p>Color options reportedly include Awesome Gray, Icyblue, Lilac, and Navy.</p>

<p>Physically, the Galaxy A57 is rumored to be slightly slimmer and lighter than its predecessor, measuring around 161.5 × 76.9 × 6.9mm and weighing about 192g. For reference, the Galaxy A56 measures 7.4mm in thickness and weighs 198g. So if the leaks are accurate, Samsung isn’t making any major change this year.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/samsung/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Samsung</a>’s next midrange phones are getting expensive. Tipster <em>Sudhanshu Ambhore</em> on <em>X</em> spotted the upcoming Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37 on a European retail listing, revealing the price of two phones. And yes, it suggests a price hike.</p>

<p>If the leak is accurate, the Galaxy A57 with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage could cost €439. The higher-end model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage may go up to €539.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A37, meanwhile, is listed at €539 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant, while the 8GB RAM + 256GB model could reach €609.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">

</div></figure>

<p>For comparison, Samsung launched the Galaxy A36 and the Galaxy A56 at starting prices of €379 and €479, respectively, for the same storage variants. That means Samsung may be planning a €60 price increase across the board without increasing memory or storage. </p>

<h3><strong>What to expect from the Galaxy A37</strong></h3>

<p>According to leaks, the Galaxy A37 could be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 1480 chipset, the same processor used in last year’s Galaxy A55. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="500" height="500" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Samsung-Galaxy-A37-5G.jpg?x44794" alt="Samsung Galaxy A37 5G" class="wp-image-719383" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Samsung-Galaxy-A37-5G.jpg 500w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Samsung-Galaxy-A37-5G-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Samsung-Galaxy-A37-5G-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/Samsung-Galaxy-A37-5G-420x420.jpg 420w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /><figcaption>Samsung Galaxy A37 in certification listing</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>It will feature a triple rear camera setup, headlined by a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 5-megapixel macro camera. The phone could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging support.</p>

<p>Some reports also suggest the device could ship with Android 16 and One UI 8.5, though that may depend on its final release date.</p>

<h3><strong>What to expect from the Galaxy A57</strong></h3>

<p>The Galaxy A57 is expected to sit slightly higher in Samsung’s lineup. It may feature a newer Exynos 1680 processor and a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design.jpg?x44794" alt="Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design" class="wp-image-724716" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /><figcaption>Samsung Galaxy A57 in TENAA listing</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>It’s also said to come with a 5,000mAh battery and 45W charging. Other possible features include IP67 water resistance and stereo speakers.</p>

<p>Samsung has yet to announce the device officially.</p>

<p>Both the Galaxy A57 and A37 devices have appeared in the EU’s EPREL database (under model numbers SM-A576B/DS and SM-A376B/DS), and the energy labels reveal some interesting details, especially around battery life and durability.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="562" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1024x562.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-721741" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1024x562.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-300x165.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-768x422.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1536x843.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-696x382.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1068x586.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-765x420.jpg 765w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1.jpg 1800w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>Starting with battery life, both phones receive an A grade under the EU’s standardized testing. The Galaxy A37 is rated for up to 53 hours of usage on a single charge, while the A57 is listed at 52 hours. These numbers are based on a fixed EU usage cycle — typically a mix of calls, web browsing, video playback, and standby — so they won’t reflect every real-world scenario, but they do suggest solid day-and-a-half endurance for most users.</p>

<p>Both models are listed with a 4,905mAh rated battery, which Samsung will almost certainly market as a typical 5,000mAh capacity. Fast charging is said to top out at 45W, which keeps them competitive in the mid-range space.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A57 and A37 are both certified with IP68 water and dust resistance. That’s a step up from the IP67 rating seen on their predecessors. On paper at least, that’s a meaningful upgrade. Drop resistance ratings differ slightly, though. The A57 earns an A rating, while the A37 gets a B. Repairability sits at C for both, which is fairly typical for modern sealed smartphones.</p>

<p>According to the EU label, both phones are certified for 1,200 full charge cycles before battery capacity drops below 80 percent of its original level. That’s noticeably lower than the 2,000 cycles previously listed for the Galaxy A56 and A36. The same reduction was also observed on the Galaxy S26 series, which suggests this could be part of a broader shift in Samsung’s battery strategy, possibly tied to chemistry changes or internal design adjustments.</p>

<p>It doesn’t necessarily mean the batteries are worse in everyday use. But for users who hold onto their phones for four or five years, that lower cycle rating is something to keep in mind.</p>

<p>An official launch is expected next month. As always, the full picture will depend on pricing and real-world testing.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/brand/samsung/">Samsung</a>’s next Galaxy A-series refresh appears to be moving closer to launch. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/13/galaxy-a37-makes-its-first-appearance-on-samsungs-test-servers/">Galaxy A37</a> and Galaxy A57 have now surfaced on Singapore’s IMDA certification database, suggesting that both phones are nearing an official announcement.</p>

<p>The listings include model numbers A376B/DS and SM-A576B/DS. The “DS” suffix indicates dual-SIM support, typically associated with global variants. As usual, the IMDA filings don’t reveal detailed specifications, but they confirm standard connectivity features.</p>

<p>This isn’t the first time the devices have shown up online. Both models were previously spotted on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/01/25/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-images-tenaa/">certification platforms</a> and the Google Play Console. Based on Samsung’s past release patterns, a March 2026 debut wouldn’t be surprising.</p>

<h2>What to expect from the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57</h2>

<p>Leaks suggest the Galaxy A37 could use Samsung’s Exynos 1480 chipset, the same processor seen in last year’s Galaxy A55. That would position it as a solid upper mid-range option rather than an entry-level device. Early reports mention 6GB of RAM, with higher configurations possible.</p>

<p>On the camera front, rumors point to a 50MP primary sensor, potentially with optical image stabilization. An 8MP ultra-wide and a 5MP macro lens are also expected. Power could come from a 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging, which would match Samsung’s recent push toward faster charging in the A series.</p>

<p>Android 16 with One UI 8.5 is also rumored out of the box, though that will likely depend on final launch timing.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A57 is expected to sit slightly higher in the lineup. Reports suggest it may feature a newer Exynos 1680 processor. Display leaks mention a 6.6-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Battery capacity is expected to remain at 5,000mAh with 45W charging. Other rumored features include IP67 water resistance and stereo speakers.</p>

<p>Samsung’s Galaxy A lineup has consistently been one of its strongest performers globally. The company tends to balance dependable hardware with long software support, which has helped the series compete well in crowded mid-range markets.</p>

<p>For now, the IMDA certification simply confirms that both devices are clearing regulatory steps. Official specs and pricing will likely follow soon.</p>

Apple could also unveil the iPhone 17e in the same month.</p>

<p>If you’re planning an upgrade, these upcoming smartphones are worth paying attention to. Please note that some launches are already confirmed, while others have been added to the list based on strong leaks. The launch details for those devices should be announced officially in early February.</p>

<h3>1. Samsung Galaxy S26 series</h3>

<p><strong>Launch date:</strong> February 25, 2026 (expected)</p>

<p>This is one of the most anticipated smartphone launches of 2026. While the official launch date is still under wraps, strong leaks suggest a February 25 launch at the Galaxy Unpacked event.</p>

<p>The company will unveil the main trio at the upcoming event: the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The remaining models, such as the Galaxy S25 Edge and Galaxy S25 FE, if planned, may launch later this year.</p>

<p>Based on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/galaxy-s26/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">past leaks</a>, we aren’t expecting significant upgrades to the Galaxy S26 series, but refinements across display, camera hardware, and bigger batteries. The Galaxy S26 and S26+ will reportedly feature the Exynos 2600 in some markets, including India, while the S26 Ultra will only come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. These will be the first phones to run One UI 8.5 software, based on Android 16.</p>

<h3>2. iQOO 15 Ultra, 15R</h3>

<ul><li><strong>Launch date (iQOO 15 Ultra):</strong> February 4, 2026 — China</li><li><strong>Launch date (iQOO 15R):</strong> February 24, 2026 — India</li></ul>

<p>iQOO will unveil its top-tier <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/iqoo-15-ultra/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO 15 Ultra</a> in China in the first week of February. The phone is said to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, a large LTPO AMOLED screen with 2K resolution, and three 50MP sensors on the back. It could house a 7,400mAh battery capacity with 100W wireless charging support. Some leaks say the wired charging speed could be up to 200W.</p>

<div><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-1024x640.png?x44794" class="td-modal-image"><figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="640" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-1024x640.png?x44794" alt="iQOO 15R" class="wp-image-724885" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-1024x640.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-300x188.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-768x480.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-696x435.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-1068x668.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R-672x420.png 672w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/iQOO-15R.png 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO 15R</figcaption></figure></a></div>

<p>The leaked spec sheet for the iQOO 15 Ultra sounds pretty powerful, so I’m excited to see how it performs in real life. After this launch, we’ll see the brand unveil the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/iqoo-15r/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO 15R</a> in India, a premium mid-range phone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. This phone could offer an even larger battery at 7,600 mAh with 100W fast charging support.</p>

<h3>4. Google Pixel 10a</h3>

<h3>5. Apple iPhone 17e</h3>

<p><strong>Launch date:</strong> February 2026 (expected)</p>

<p>Almost a week ago, the Samsung Galaxy A57 surfaced in China’s TENAA database, revealing its<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/01/20/samsung-galaxy-a57-full-specifications-as-its-appears-in-tenaas-database/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> full specifications</a>. However, as is typical for early TENAA listings, it did not include the phone’s design.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The listing has now been updated with images, giving us our first look at what the Galaxy A57 actually looks like.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-724716" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Design-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>At a glance, the Galaxy A57 doesn’t stray far from its predecessor. It retains the flat front and back, along with Samsung’s familiar raised “key island” on the right edge for the power and volume buttons. The design changes here are subtle rather than radical.</p>

<p>The most noticeable tweak is on the back. Samsung has slightly redesigned the camera module with a new two-tier structure. There’s now a thicker outer border — or frame — that matches the phone’s body color, surrounding an inner black pill that houses the camera lenses.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A57 is also expected to be thinner than the previous model, measuring just 6.9mm compared to the 7.4mm thickness of its predecessor.</p>

<h2><strong>Samsung Galaxy A57 Specifications</strong></h2>

<p>On the hardware front, the phone sports a 6.6-inch <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/01/01/samsung-may-turn-to-cheaper-csot-displays-for-some-galaxy-a57-units/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">AMOLED display </a>with FHD+ resolution. Powering it is an octa-core chipset clocked at up to 2.9GHz, which Geekbench <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/22/samsung-galaxy-a57s-geekbench-run-reveals-exynos-1680-equation/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">suggests </a>could be Samsung’s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/exynos-1680">Exynos 1680</a>.</p>

<p>Camera-wise, the Galaxy A57 features a 50-megapixel primary sensor, paired with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 5-megapixel macro lens. Around the front, a 12-megapixel camera handles selfies.</p>

<p>Keeping the lights on is a 5,000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. Last but not least, the Galaxy A57 will be available in at least two storage variants: 8/256GB and 12/256GB, running Android 16-based One UI 8 on top.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Samsung is expected to unveil the A57 by late February before the Galaxy S26 series.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/">Samsung</a> usually sticks to its own display division for Galaxy smartphones, especially when it comes to OLED panels. But that may not be the case with the upcoming Galaxy A57.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="562" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1024x562.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-721741" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1024x562.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-300x165.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-768x422.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1536x843.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-696x382.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-1068x586.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1-765x420.jpg 765w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/samsung-galaxy-a57-design-render-1.jpg 1800w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>A report from The Elec claims that TCL-owned China Star Optoelectronics Technology (CSOT) and Samsung Display may jointly supply rigid OLED panels for the Galaxy A57. While the panel choice itself isn’t surprising—all previous Galaxy A series phones have reportedly used rigid OLED displays—it suggests another generation of Galaxy A mid-range model will feature a thicker chin compared to the side and top bezels. This is <a href="https://youtu.be/w-UrN-kjGmo?si=HvgvgfTj1pNdD68E">due to</a> the limited physical space required for the display’s connector ribbons and control unit.</p>

<p>The report also mentions that the same OLED panel could be used in the Galaxy S26 FE, which is expected to arrive sometime in 2026. What makes this interesting is the wider market context. Several Chinese brands now use flexible OLED displays even in sub-$250 phones, allowing for thinner and more uniform bezels. Samsung, meanwhile, continues to rely on rigid OLEDs in models priced much higher. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-s25-fe/">Galaxy S25 FE</a>, for example, still features a noticeable chin.</p>

<p>There have been signs that Samsung’s mobile division is unhappy with this gap. It has reportedly pushed Samsung Display to bring flexible OLED pricing closer to rigid panels. If that happens, future models like the Galaxy A58 or Galaxy S27 FE, expected around 2027, could finally switch to slimmer displays.</p>

<p>For now, sourcing panels from CSOT appears to be a cost-driven decision. With <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/12/31/price-hikes-for-galaxy-devices-in-2026-seem-inevitable-as-component-costs-rise/">component prices rising</a>, Samsung seems more open to adjusting its supply chain—even if it means breaking from its usual approach.</p>

<p>Samsung Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 are reportedly launching much <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/12/10/galaxy-a07-5g-a37-a57-launch-february-march-2026-earlier-than-usual/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">earlier next year</a>. In line with this, the two phones have appeared on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/13/galaxy-a37-makes-its-first-appearance-on-samsungs-test-servers/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">multiple</a> <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/28/galaxy-a36-surfaces-on-geekbench-with-a-surprising-chip-upgrade/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">platforms</a> so far, confirming ongoing development. </p>

<p>Now, a new report has revealed the possible camera specifications of both the Galaxy A37 and A57. And there’s not much new to the story.&nbsp;</p>

<p>According to the report, the Galaxy A37 will feature a Sony IMX906 main camera, an 8MP Samsung GC08A3 ultrawide sensor, and a 5MP macro lens. The phone will also offer a 12MP camera for selfies and video calls.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="768" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-1024x768.jpg?x44794" alt="Sasmsung Galaxy A56 (left) and Galaxy A36 (right)" class="wp-image-678356" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-768x576.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-696x522.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-1068x801.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-1920x1440.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-560x420.jpg 560w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-80x60.jpg 80w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1-265x198.jpg 265w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/20250316_214212-1.jpg 2000w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Sasmsung Galaxy A56 (left) and Galaxy A36 (right)</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>As for the Galaxy A57, the model is rumored to come with a 50MP Sony IMX906 main camera, a 13MP ISOCELL S5K3L6 ultrawide sensor, and a 5MP macro shooter. Interestingly, the report mentions that some regions might instead get a 50MP ISOCELL GNJ main camera. Regardless, both sensors share the same 1/1.56-inch size. Selfies are said to be handled by a 12MP ISOCELL S5K3LC sensor.</p>

<h2><strong>So, what’s actually changing?</strong></h2>

<p>Honestly, not much. The Galaxy A57 has a more or less similar camera setup to last year&#8217;s. And while this isn’t necessarily a bad setup, we were hoping Samsung would finally introduce a telephoto lens on its most expensive A-series phone in 2026. Based on this report, though, it doesn’t look like that’s changing anytime soon.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A37, on the other hand, does bring a meaningful ultrawide upgrade, jumping from 8MP to 12MP. The main sensor is also larger, measuring 1/1.96-inch, which should help improve light intake.</p>

<p>Samsung is known for being slow to introduce major hardware upgrades, outside of generational processor changes. The Galaxy S26, for instance, is said to retain the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/06/galaxy-s26-ultra-may-disappoint-fans-hoping-for-camera-upgrades/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">same camera setup</a> Samsung has been using since the Galaxy S23 series.</p>

<p>Anyway, the Galaxy A37 and A57 are expected to launch sometime in January 2026.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Samsung</a>’s usual launch cycle might look a little different heading into early 2026. The company typically announces its Galaxy S-series phones in January or early February, followed by A-series smartphones in March. However, this schedule has been affected due to the internal changes in the Galaxy S lineup. </p>

<p>As you might know, Samsung was previously expected to introduce an <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/10/16/samsung-discontinues-edge-series-but-theres-still-hope-for-galaxy-s26-edge/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">S26 Edge</a> to replace the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/galaxy-s26-plus/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">S26 Plus</a>. But after the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-s25-edge/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">S25 Edge</a> underperformed in sales, the company has reportedly scrapped the S26 Edge altogether and brought the<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/11/samsung-galaxy-s26-plus-cad-renders/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> S26 Plus back into the roster</a> — just much later in the process. </p>

<p>This late pivot pushed back R&amp;D timelines, which is why the Galaxy S26 lineup is now rumored to land in late February instead of the usual early-year window.</p>

<p>So while the Galaxy S26 series may arrive later than usual, Samsung seems to be filling the gap by moving its budget and mid-range launches forward.&nbsp;</p>

<h2><strong>Galaxy A07, A37 and A57 all coming early next year</strong></h2>

<p>A new leak now suggests that the Galaxy A07 5G could launch later this month or in early January 2026. This would place it earlier than past entry-level Galaxy A0-series releases.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1000" height="667" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Galaxy-A07-Green-1000px.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-703080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Galaxy-A07-Green-1000px.jpg 1000w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Galaxy-A07-Green-1000px-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Galaxy-A07-Green-1000px-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Galaxy-A07-Green-1000px-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/08/Galaxy-A07-Green-1000px-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px" /><figcaption>Galaxy A07 4G</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>More interestingly, Samsung is also planning to launch the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 ahead of their normal schedule. These two models usually appear around March or April, but this time they are expected as early as February 2026. This change implies that Samsung may be trying to keep its product momentum steady while the flagship timeline adjusts.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A37 and A57 will bring incremental upgrades with new chipsets and the latest software. Both phones will ship with Android 16 out of the box. The Galaxy A57 is said to run on Samsung’s new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/22/samsung-galaxy-a57s-geekbench-run-reveals-exynos-1680-equation/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Exynos 1680 processor</a>, paired with the Xclipse 550 GPU. The Galaxy A37, meanwhile, will feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/28/galaxy-a36-surfaces-on-geekbench-with-a-surprising-chip-upgrade/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Exynos 1480</a> chipset along with the Xclipse 530 GPU.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Samsung</a>’s next mid-range phone may have just revealed more of itself. After the Galaxy A57 quietly appeared on Samsung’s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/11/03/samsung-galaxy-a57-might-be-in-the-works-brands-next-mid-range-phone/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">internal test server</a> earlier this month, the device has now surfaced on Geekbench with a new Exynos chip under the hood.</p>

<p>The listing confirms that the A57 is powered by the Exynos 1680, which succeeds last year’s Exynos 1580 used in the Galaxy A56. According to the benchmark entry, the smartphone achieves a single-core score of 1,311 and a multi-core score of 4,347 on Geekbench 6.5 for Android.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="661" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Geekbench-with-Exynos-1680.jpg?x44794" alt="Samsung Galaxy A57 Geekbench with Exynos 1680" class="wp-image-716212" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Geekbench-with-Exynos-1680.jpg 661w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Geekbench-with-Exynos-1680-300x272.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A57-Geekbench-with-Exynos-1680-463x420.jpg 463w" sizes="(max-width: 661px) 100vw, 661px" /></figure></div>

<h2><strong>Here’s the Exynos 1680 equation</strong></h2>

<p>More interesting is what the benchmark listing suggests about Samsung’s CPU decisions. The Exynos 1680 appears to maintain the same clock speeds as its predecessor but with a rearranged core layout. It has:</p>

<ul><li>1 Prime core @ up to 2.91GHz</li><li>4 Performance cores @ up to 2.6GHz</li><li>3 Efficiency cores @ up to 1.95GHz</li></ul>

<p>That’s one more performance core and one fewer efficiency core compared to the Exynos 1580. On paper, this should deliver higher sustained performance rather than maximum power savings; however, we’ll have to see how that plays out in real-world use.</p>

<p>The tested Galaxy A57 unit also includes 12GB of RAM and was running Android 16.</p>

<p>The recent Geekbench run is a follow-up to one from August, which revealed only its <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/08/07/samsungs-galaxy-a57-spotted-with-exynos-upgrade/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">OpenCL score.</a> For those unaware, OpenCL is commonly used to benchmark graphics performance.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A56-smartphone-image.webp?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-715228" width="606" height="340" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A56-smartphone-image.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A56-smartphone-image-300x169.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A56-smartphone-image-768x432.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A56-smartphone-image-696x392.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/Samsung-Galaxy-A56-smartphone-image-747x420.webp 747w" sizes="(max-width: 606px) 100vw, 606px" /><figcaption>Galaxy A56</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>There are still many aspects we don’t know about, including design, cameras, battery, charging, and features. That said, it’s highly likely that Samsung will ship an AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 5,000mAh battery.</p>

<p>The Galaxy A57, at the very least, is expected to launch in March.</p>

<p>The South Korean tech giant&#8217;s next Galaxy A series phone might be the Galaxy A57. This affordable device just surfaced on the brand&#8217;s test server, carrying the SM-A57B model number. It was being tested with its first internal build, A576BXXU0AYJ7/A576BOXM0AYJ7/A576BXXU0AYJ7. A screenshot of the database listing was shared by a <a href="https://x.com/Koram_Akhilesh/status/1984092910577659909" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">user on X</a>. In other words, the Galaxy A57 is likely already in active development..</p>

<p>With the Samsung Galaxy A56 already a strong performer in the segment, the Galaxy A57 is its direct successor. Knowing Samsung, we can expect incremental upgrades instead of major overhauls when talking about the cameras, design, and other aspects. Back in August 2025, the Galaxy A57 was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/08/07/samsungs-galaxy-a57-spotted-with-exynos-upgrade/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">spotted on GeekBench</a>, which is a popular benchmarking platform. One of the biggest details that was revealed in the listing was a new Exynos chip with the S5E8865 model number.</p>

<p>This chip in question could be the Exynos 1680 SoC. But unfortunately, the recent tweet did not reveal any finer details of this smartphone. Although, we can expect some features like a tall AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, around a 5000mAh battery pack, and 45W wired fast charging. </p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/samsung/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Samsung</a>&#8216;s upcoming Galaxy A57 has been spotted online, and it looks like the brand is sticking with its in-house Exynos chipset for its next mid-range contender. The device was recently listed in a popular benchmarking platform, revealing a few key details. The A57 may pack a new and improved Exynos processor, so here&#8217;s what we know.</p>

<h2>Galaxy A57 Surfaces with Next-Gen Exynos Chip</h2>

<p>The new mid-ranger was recently sighted on the GeekBench database, which revealed its OpenCL score results. For those unaware, OpenCL is commonly used to benchmark graphics performance. While the listing doesn&#8217;t explicitly reveal the name of the smartphone seen in GeekBench, the benchmark shows &#8216;Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Full Android on S5E8865 ERD&#8217;. The &#8216;S5E8865&#8217; is a codename for the Exynos 1680 SoC, which is the successor to the Exynos 1580 chipset that powered the Galaxy A56. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="768" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-1024x768.jpg?x44794" alt="Sasmsung Galaxy A56 (left) and Galaxy A36 (right)_" class="wp-image-678355" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-300x225.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-768x576.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-696x522.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-1068x801.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-1920x1440.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-560x420.jpg 560w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-80x60.jpg 80w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_-265x198.jpg 265w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right_.jpg 2000w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Sasmsung Galaxy A56 (left) and Galaxy A36 (right)</figcaption></figure>

<p>So this model is likely the Galaxy A57. Looking at the benchmark, the mid-range smartphone can be seen with 8GB of RAM and the Samsung Xclipse 550 GPU. The device managed to achieve a score of 6524 points in the OpenCL test. This is also in line with our <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/26/galaxy-a57s-exynos-1680-spotted/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">May report of the Galaxy A57, </a>which spotted in another leak with a new Exynos chip with the S5E8865 model number. </p>

<p>Unfortunately, finer details like its launch timeline, features, and design are still unclear. But considering the Galaxy A56 launched with a 6.7-inch 120Hz FHD+ Super AMOLED, 50MP triple cameras, 5000mAh battery, and 45W wired fast charging, the Galaxy A57 will likely bring similar specs with minor upgrades. So stick around for more.</p>

<p>Samsung’s Galaxy A-series continues its annual refresh, with the Galaxy A57 set to succeed the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-a56/">A56</a>, which <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/02/samsung-galaxy-a56-specs-features-price-launch-awesome-intelligence/">debuted</a> in 2025 with the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/24/samsung-unveils-exynos-1580-processor-with-upgraded-cpu-and-gpu/">Exynos 1580</a>. A new <a href="https://www.galaxyclub.nl/samsung/galaxy-a57/">leak</a> from GalaxyClub reveals the A57’s likely processor, the Exynos 1680 (model S5E8865), marking Samsung’s next step in mid-range chip development. The Exynos 1680 is expected to feature the brand’s in-house Xclipse 550 GPU, potentially based on AMD’s RDNA 3.5 architecture. For those unfamiliar, RDNA 3.5 is a part of the upcoming Exynos 2500, which is rumored to power the Galaxy S26 and the Z Flip 7 in most markets.</p>

<p>While performance specifics of the Exynos 1680 remain under wraps, it should build on the A56’s Exynos 1580, which scored an average of 906K on AnTuTu with a tri-cluster CPU (1x Cortex-A720 at 2.9GHz, 3x Cortex-A720 at 2.6GHz, 4x Cortex-A520 at 1.95GHz), per NanoReview. Speculation suggests a 15-25% performance boost, with AnTuTu scores potentially hitting 1.1-1.2M and a GPU score of 300-350K.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="768" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-1024x768.jpg?x44794" alt="Sasmsung Galaxy A56 (left) and Galaxy A36 (right)" class="wp-image-678352" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-300x225.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-768x576.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-696x522.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-1068x801.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-1920x1440.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-560x420.jpg 560w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-80x60.jpg 80w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg-265x198.jpg 265w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Sasmsung-Galaxy-A56-left-and-Galaxy-A36-right__.jpg.jpg 2000w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Samsung Galaxy A56 (left) and Galaxy A36 (right)</figcaption></figure>

<p>Nonetheless, none of this is official, and it&#8217;s best to wait for benchmark listings, which are likely to surface as we get closer to launch. The Exynos 1680 is expected to retain the 4nm process but may adopt a 1+4+3 core configuration.</p>

<p>To recall, the Galaxy A56 brought a 6.7-inch 120Hz Super AMOLED, 50MP triple cameras, 45W charging, and a 5,000mAh battery. For the A57, expectations include a telephoto camera with 2x or 3x optical zoom to compete with brands like Vivo, and 4K 60fps video recording. With a rumored price of ₹45,990 (~$550) in India, the A57 will launch sometime in the first half of 2026.</p>
