The upcoming Galaxy M23 5G is in the news for about a month now. The device is expected to release as Galaxy F23 5G as well. It has been spotted on Google Play Console revealing some of its key features.

The yet-to-release Samsung Galaxy M23 5G with model number SM-M236B has been listed on Google Play Console. According to the listing, the phone will flaunt a display with a resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels (FHD+).

Unfortunately, it’s not known whether the screen will have a high refresh rate. Going by the market situation right now, the handset has a chance of flaunting at least a 90Hz panel.

Apart from the display, the listing also discloses the chipset powering the smartphone. It is said to house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 SoC. The said chip will be paired with 6GB RAM. There could be other memory variants as well.

According to previous reports, the phone will come with Bluetooth 5.0, a MicroSD card slot, 25W fast charging support, and boot Android 12 with One UI 4 skin atop. Finally, if the device is based on the Galaxy A23 5G, then we can also expect an OIS-enabled 50MP primary camera.

As of now, Samsung is yet to announce the launch date for Galaxy M23 5G. Anyway, going by the certifications and online listings so far, the handset should go official sooner than later.

Samsung silently announced the Galaxy M22 last month. This smartphone is a slightly tweaked version of the Galaxy A22. According to a new finding, the handset could soon launch in India.

According to a report by 91Mobiles, the support page of Galaxy M22 has gone live on Samsung India’s website. The device is listed with model number SM-M225FV/DS. Hence, we can expect the South Korean tech giant to soon debut this phone in India.

The Galaxy M22 will be likely placed below the Galaxy M32 in the country. The latter starts at ₹14,999 in the country. Therefore, the former should be cheaper than that.

As far as specifications are concerned, the Galaxy M22 arrives with a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, and One UI Core 3.1 based on Android 11. Further, it has a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-camera setup on the rear and a 13MP front-facing camera inside a dewdrop notch.

The phone is limited to 4G connectivity but has a MicroSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Lastly, it draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging via a USB Type-C port.

The Galaxy M22 measures 159.9 x 7 x 8.4mm and weighs 186 grams. It houses a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display that offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. The display notch serves as a home for a 13-megapixel camera. The squarish camera module on its back has a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide snapper with a 123-degree FOV, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The Galaxy M22 is powered by a 2GHz octa-core processor, which appears to be the Helio G80 that powers the Galaxy A22. The M22 has 4 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, and it runs on One UI-based Android 11.

The M22 was recently spotted at the Geekbench benchmarking site with an Helio G80 chip, 4 GB of RAM, and Android 11 OS. The handset was recently spotted at Bluetooth SIG last month, which suggests it may debut at some point later this month.
