Samsung is ready to release their new upcoming tablet device, Galaxy Tab 4.0 7, From it;s name we can guess that the new Galaxy tablet will use 7 inch screen size.

According to @evleaks Twitter account, the new Samsung Galaxy tablet will has similar design with previous Galaxy Tab device, along with Tab 4.0 7 the other model will also ready to release with 10 inch screen size through Glaxy tab 4.0 10 and the 8 inch through Galaxy Tab 4.0 8.

The upcoming Galaxy Tab 4.0 7 will has 7-inch screen size with 1280 x 800 pixel display, powered by quad-core 1.4 GHz Snapdragon 400 and sports with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of internal memory, and support for micro-SD card slot that can accommodate a 64 GB SD card, there is also a 3 megapixel camera at the back and a 1.3 megapixel front facing camera. The yablet will running Android 4.4 KitKat toting tablet will feature a 4450 mAh battery.

Those tablet wil also available in two option as 3G + WiFi and the WiFi only model. From the hardware details, it looks like there isn’t a major change from the Galaxy Tab 3 series.
