The Garmin Fenix 7 has the smallest dial out of the three, coming at 42mm. The Fenix 7S has a 47mm dial, whereas the Fenix 7X has a 51mm dial.

Coming to the Fenix 7 trio’s features, the series comes with solar charging support and is claimed to have 54% more solar surface area than the predecessor Fenix 6X Pro. Having said that, the new smartwatch also brings improved battery life.

The Fenix 7 series comes with the L5 GPS frequency range that offers better accuracy in GPS signals. In case you are unaware, L5 is the new GPS signal for civilians and it offers advanced signal design, greater bandwidth, and more power eventually offering more accuracy.

The 7X, on the other hand, will provide 213 hours or 578 hours with the solar. This is the estimated battery life, however, Garmin claims up to 37 days of battery on the premium Fenix 7X.

The premium Fenix 7X comes with the hands-free LED flashlight feature, where the LED light can throw out bright White light and Red light. It also has the strobe mode for emergencies.
