Google has finally announced the new Android tablets, Google Nexus 10 on October 29, 2012. This is the new tablet which built by Samsung and has 10 inch screen size. The launch is also done any special events that had previously been canceled.

Like has been rumored before, this tablet is collaboration between Samsung with Google. This tablet comes with a 10.1-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2650 x 1600 pixels and a pixel density of 299 ppi.

Not only the high-resolution screen, the tablet is also equipped with a powerful processor. Samsung has been embed its latest processor, the dual-core Cortex-A15-based Exynos 5 running at 1.7GHz clock speed. The chip is also equipped with a quad-core GPU Mali-T604.

In addition, the tablet is equipped with 2GB of RAM, support for NFC, 5MP rear camera and 1.9MP front facing camera. This tablet comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. Unfortunately, like the Nexus 7, tablet Nexus 10 is not equipped with a microSD slot. Batteries may also be other positive side of the tablet. Google claims that the 9000 mAh battery was powered Nexus 10 tablet device is capable of playing video for 9 hours and 500 hours standby time.

The latest Android tablet from Google, the Nexus 10 is still a rumor. However, rumors are now spreading so fast while there is the appearance of the leaked photo of the new Nexus 10 tablet.

The tablet was first identified by Brief Mobile. There is a few picture with the large photo appears, no wonder that rumors about the tablet Nexus 10 will become a reality.

Moreover, the images also confirmed that Google took Samsung to produce those tablet. The tablet will use a 10.1-inch screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, 2GB of RAM and processor speed 1.7GHz. Exynos 5 with no official word from Samsung or Google related to the emergence of the tablet. Whether the image is only a prototype photo or already in the final stages, remains a mystery.

When Apple is ready to launch a 7-Inch iPad, it is similar but not the same thing done by Google. Google will reportedly launch its own 10-inch size tablet, with the code name ‘Manta’.

Rumor presence about Manta blow hard as the invitation to the media crews deployed by Google on October 29. Indeed, some are saying, the event was the announcement of a new Nexus smartphone made by LG.

According to sources, Manta to having a broader landscape display of the Nexus 7, also will have a dense screen resolution of 2560×1600 and 300ppi.

While it’s a matter of software that will be paired, the source was confirm about the Android software version 4.2. But unfortunately, there are no other specifications, such as processors and others.

How about the price? While the Google Nexus 7 has affordable price, although there is no information about the price new Google tablet.

Richard Shim, an analyst at NPD DisplaySearch says that tablet Google Nexus 10 will use a screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixel. This screen was going to have a pixel density much higher than the new iPad. Since the new iPad has only 264 PPI pixel density, then the Google Nexus 10 comes with a 299 PPI pixel density.

Shim also suggests, to establish cooperation with Samsung, Google will further strengthen the relationship between the two companies.  Moreover, those two companies are also have been working to build the Galaxy Nexus smartphone before.
