These are the latest wireless earphones from the company to launch in the region and even feature real time translation.</p>
<p>While the search engine giant is not bringing its A series of Pixel smartphones in India, the company has launched new true wireless earbuds in the country. For those unaware, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/06/03/pixel-buds-a-bring-the-pixel-buds-experience-for-about-half-the-price/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Pixel Buds A was launched in the US earlier this year</a> and feature custom 12mm dynamic drivers that the company promises will deliver clear and natural sounds. The earbuds are basically cut down versions of the original <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/pixel-buds/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Google Buds</a>, so they miss out on a few features.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-406927 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Google-Pixel-Buds-A.png?x44794" alt="Google" width="1000" height="563" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Google-Pixel-Buds-A.png 1000w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Google-Pixel-Buds-A-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Google-Pixel-Buds-A-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Google-Pixel-Buds-A-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/Google-Pixel-Buds-A-746x420.png 746w" sizes="(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>This includes wireless charging support and swipe controls for volume adjustment. Although, the brand claims that the A-Series offers audio quality that is identical to the original Buds. Apart from offering natural sounds, the new earbuds also offer a Bass Boost mode that focuses on the low tones. Furthermore, it also features Adaptive Sound, which raises or decreases volume levels based on the ambient noise around the user. To enhance the calling experience, the buds also use beamforming mics to focus on the user&#8217;s voice and reduce other sounds.</p>
<p>Notably, an interesting aspect of the Buds A is its real time translation functionality. This feature supports 40 languages, including Bengali, Hindi, and Tamil, and translates the languages right into the users ear. The Buds also support Google Assistant as well for voice commands and IPX4 rating for water resistance. For battery, the earbuds can last for up to five hours on a single charge, with an additional 24 hours when combined with the charging case. The company claims that the users can get three hours of listening with just 15 minutes of charging.</p>

<p>Google has launched the Pixel Buds A is available in India for a price of 9,999 INR (roughly 135 US Dollars), which is higher than its US counterpart that costs 99 US Dollars. It is available in a single Clearly White color in India. For those interested, you can purchase the new TWS earbuds from Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and Tata Cliq, with sales starting from 25th August 2021.</p>

The Pixel Buds A photo showed a dark green color for the device, although we know of a white color variant. The email, first <a href="https://9to5google.com/2021/03/23/new-google-pixel-buds-incoming-fcc/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">spotted by 9to5Google</a>, contained some specs of the Google Pixel Buds A and a link to the Google Store where the earbuds are listed under Accessories.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/green-pixel-buds-a-1.jpeg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-382601" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/green-pixel-buds-a-1.jpeg?x44794" alt="Google Pixel Buds A" width="729" height="388" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/green-pixel-buds-a-1.jpeg 729w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/green-pixel-buds-a-1-300x160.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/green-pixel-buds-a-1-696x370.jpeg 696w" sizes="(max-width: 729px) 100vw, 729px" /></a></p>
<p>Previously, the device had surfaced on the FCC website as a new Pixel Buds-like device for certification. The FCC listing showed two devices with model numbers GPQY2 and G7YPJ and pointed to the impending launch of the next-generation earbuds, which followed the pattern governing the listing of the current Google earbuds.</p>
<p>The two model numbers likely represent the left and right earbuds of the same device. The FCC listing also came under the Weifang Goertek Electronics company, even though the naming pattern bears strong similarities to Google devices. Weifang Goertek Electronics was also linked to the current Google Pixel Buds&#8217; FCC listing.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-382603" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc.png?x44794" alt="" width="1448" height="714" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc.png 1448w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc-300x148.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc-768x379.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc-1024x505.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc-324x160.png 324w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc-696x343.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc-1068x527.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/pixel-buds-goertek-fcc-852x420.png 852w" sizes="(max-width: 1448px) 100vw, 1448px" /></a></p>
<p>The dimensions of the device provided in the FCC documentation interestingly bear strong similarities with the present Pixel Buds. However, we expect Google to deploy current technology to provide solutions to the current Pixel Buds&#8217; practical drawbacks. Disconnection issues were reported frequently by users of the Pixel Buds, and the higher power output connected with the upcoming device should be able to resolve the frequent disconnection issues.</p>

<p>The email to Nest accounts also revealed an upgrade of the Nest Hub to incorporate some new features like photo sharing by voice, smart device controls, and several other additions. Google is yet to make an announcement on the matter at this time.</p>
