Just a few days after its reveal in full, Honor has quietly introduced the Honor 600 Lite in Malaysia. The company didn’t hold an event or make a big announcement, but the new Honor 600 Lite is now officially listed and available for purchase in the country.

At a glance, the phone sticks to a fairly simple design. The front features a pill-shaped notch, while the back has a rectangular camera module with two lenses and an LED flash. 

On the right side of the frame, Honor has added a dedicated shutter button likely to wake the camera with one touch. The device is available in two color options: Velvet Grey and Desert Gold.

Honor 600 Lite Specifications

Up front, the Honor 600 Lite features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K screen resolution. The panel also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and has 6,500 nits of peak brightness.

Powering the phone is MediaTek’s MediaTek Dimensity 7100 Elite processor. The chip is paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. 

The camera setup is built around a 108-megapixel primary sensor. It’s accompanied by a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera, while a 16-megapixel camera on the front handles selfies. 

Moving on, the Honor 600 Lite packs a 6,520mAh battery, and top-up is handled through 45W wired charging.

The phone also supports Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and carries an IP66 rating for water and dust resistance. On the software side, it runs MagicOS 10 based on Android 16.

The Honor 600 Lite is now available in Malaysia with a retail price of RM1,399 (~ $355). For a limited time, Honor is offering a RM100 (~ $25) rebate along with a 1+1 year extended warranty worth RM99.

Just days after details surfaced about the Honor 600, we’re now getting a full look at another member of the lineup, the Honor 600 Lite. German outlet WinFuture has published a batch of official-looking renders alongside a rundown of the phone’s core specs.

The information appears to originate from a listing by a Singapore-based retailer, suggesting the device may be close to launch.

The Honor 600 Lite will ship with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The listed price is 399 Singapore dollars, which roughly converts to around $315.

Honor 600 Lite Specifications

The renders show a fairly clean design with a pill-shaped notch on the front. On the right side of the frame, there’s a dedicated shutter button. Around the back, the camera module sits inside a rectangular bump that stands out slightly from the rear panel.

The Honor 600 Lite will be available in Velvet Black and Desert Gold options. The black version looks understated, while the gold model leans more toward a softer, muted finish.

As for the display, the Honor 600 Lite is said to feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2600 x 1200. It’s rated for peak HDR brightness of 6,500 nits. It also reportedly carries an IP66 rating for water resistance.

Under the hood, the phone is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 Elite processor. Furthermore, the leak reveals a 6,250mAh battery paired with 45W wired charging support.

On the camera side, the front houses a 16-megapixel f/2.2 selfie camera. On the back, there’s a 10.8-megapixel f/1.75 main sensor and a 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera. There’s no telephoto lens, which isn’t surprising at this price point, but it does mean zoom capabilities will likely rely on digital cropping.

It’s not yet confirmed when Honor will announce this smartphone. However, its appearance in the retailer listing suggests that the launch isn’t too far off.

Honor has been launching two generations of numbered smartphones each year in China, while the global market typically receives only select models. That’s why the Honor 300 and 500 series were launched in China but skipped for global markets. Now, the brand is said to be working on the Honor 600 series for both China and international markets.

In the latest development, Honor is gearing up to launch the Honor 600 Lite. The device was recently spotted on multiple certification platforms, and it has now appeared on Geekbench, revealing its chipset and other key details.

Honor 600 Lite Geekbench listing

Recent certifications, such as GCF and TDRA (UAE), have revealed that an Honor phone bearing the model number LNA-NX1 will be called the Honor 600 Lite when it arrives in the global market. Honor has not launched a “Lite” version of its numbered series in China before, so the 600 Lite is unlikely to be released there.

The Honor 600 Lite’s Geekbench listing indicates that it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset. Currently, the only other phone known to feature this chip is the Infinix Note Edge, and it is speculated that the upcoming Tecno Pova Curve 2 may also adopt it.

While the chipset name is not explicitly mentioned in the Geekbench listing, the model number MT6858 along with CPU and GPU details (via metadata) are enough to confirm that the device features the Dimensity 7100 SoC.

The Geekbench listing further shows that the Honor 600 Lite comes with 8GB of RAM and runs Android 16, which is likely paired with MagicOS 10. It achieved scores of 994 and 3023 points in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively.

Apart from appearing on Geekbench, the device has also surfaced in the database of Thailand’s NBTC certification. As usual, the listing hasn’t revealed anything significant about it. Upcoming reports are expected to reveal more details about the device.
