<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/honor/">Honor</a> is gearing up to expand its flagship Magic 7 series globally, following its initial debut in China this October. Ahead of the official announcement, leaks have surfaced online revealing the European pricing, specifications, and color options for the Honor Magic 7 Lite and Magic 7 Pro. Meanwhile, Honor China has also <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=2ahUKEwi8trz3lrOKAxUWyzgGHVopEnoQFnoECB8QAQ&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gizmochina.com%2F2024%2F12%2F18%2Fhonor-magic-7-rsr-porsche-design-set-to-launch-on-december-23-heres-what-to-expect%2F&amp;usg=AOvVaw3RLr3pihaFEUTsaG0-YbLq&amp;opi=89978449">teased</a> a Porsche design variant for the series, alongside the announcement of its upcoming Honor Imaging Technology Conference.</p>

<h2>European pricing and variants</h2>

<p>According to details spotted by 91mobiles, the Honor Magic 7 Lite 5G will be available in an 8GB+512GB configuration, priced at €376.89 (approximately ₹33,200). It will come in black and purple color options. The higher-end Honor Magic 7 Pro 5G will retail at €1,225.90 (around ₹1,08,000) for its 12GB+512GB variant, offered in black and grey colors. </p>

<p>Interestingly, there’s no mention of the regular Honor Magic 7 model on the leaked website. However, the substantial price gap between the Lite and Pro variants suggests that a standard model could slot in between the two. Given that the Honor Magic 6 Pro was launched in India earlier this year, it’s reasonable to anticipate that the Magic 7 series will also make its way to Indian shores.</p>

<h2>What to expect from the Honor Magic 7 Lite</h2>

<p>The Honor Magic 7 Lite is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2700 x 1224 pixels. Under the hood, it will likely pack the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="900" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Honor-Magic-7-Lite.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-665175" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Honor-Magic-7-Lite.png 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-300x300.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-150x150.png 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-768x768.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-696x696.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-420x420.png 420w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure>

<p>The rear camera setup is rumored to consist of a 108MP main sensor paired with a 5MP secondary shooter, while a 16MP sensor will handle selfies. The device will house a substantial 6,600mAh battery and run Android 14-based Magic OS 8.0. Notably, it won’t include a charger in the box and will weigh 189 grams. Compared to its predecessor, the Magic 6 Lite, the key improvement appears to be a larger battery. The phone has <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/07/honor-magic-7-lite-appears-on-google-play-console-revealing-design-and-key-specs/">previously surfaced</a> on the Google Play Console.</p>

<h2>Honor Magic 7 Pro:</h2>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-magic-7-pro/">Magic 7 Pro</a> will boast a 6.8-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1280 pixels, Dolby Vision support, and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, clocked up to 4.3GHz, a noticeable upgrade from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the Magic 6 Pro. The phone’s camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 200MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, along with a 50MP front-facing camera.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1-1024x576.jpg?x44794" alt="Honor Magic 7 Pro" class="wp-image-657683" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1-746x420.jpg 746w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Honor-Magic-7-Pro-1.jpg 1500w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Honor Magic 7 Pro</figcaption></figure>

<p>It will feature a 5,850mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 80W wireless charging. Additional highlights include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IP68/IP69 certification, DTS:X Ultra audio, and Android 15-based Magic OS 9.</p>

<p>While the Lite model offers an affordable entry into the lineup, the Pro variant is packed with cutting-edge technology to appeal to users looking for a premium handset.</p>

<h2>Honor 300 &amp; Honor Magic 7 Lite Chip Reveal</h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-300-Pro-GeekBench.jpg?x44794" alt="Honor 300" class="wp-image-662164" width="461" height="601" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-300-Pro-GeekBench.jpg 612w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-300-Pro-GeekBench-230x300.jpg 230w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-300-Pro-GeekBench-323x420.jpg 323w" sizes="(max-width: 461px) 100vw, 461px" /></figure></div>

<p>The brand is set to unveil the Honor 300 series of premium devices in China on <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/25/honor-300-series-confirmed-to-launch-in-first-week-of-december/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">2nd December 2024</a>. This lineup consists of the base <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-300/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor 300</a>,<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-300-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Honor 300 Pro</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-300-pro-plus/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor 300 Pro+</a>, and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/28/honor-unveils-official-pictures-of-the-honor-300-ultra-a-sleek-new-design-in-camellia-white-and-ink-rock-black/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor 300 Ultra</a>. The higher end Pros and Ultra models are expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, which is a flagship grade processor. On GeekBench, an Honor 300 series model (Honor AMP-AN00) was spotted with this same chipset along with 16GB of RAM (Via <em><a href="https://www.91mobiles.com/hub/honor-300-series-geekbench-launch-china/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">91Mobiles</a></em>). </p>

<p>It was also listed running on the Android 15 OS out of the box. Earlier this month, the Honor 300 Pro+ was seen on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/14/honor-300-pro-plus-ram-storage-configurations-satellite-connectivity-support-revealed/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">3C certification</a> as well, with satellite connectivity and more. Alongside this premium device, the Chinese brand is also working on a mid-range Magic 7 series model as well. The upcoming model is the Honor Magic 7 Lite (<strong>Honor BRP-NX1M</strong>). Unlike the Honor 300, the Magic 7 Lite was listed with 8GB of RAM and Android 14 OS out of the box. It is a more affordable phone since it packs the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.</p>

<p>Looking at the GeekBench database, the Honor 300 series model achieved a score of 2133 points in the single core test and 6,655 points in the multi core test. Meanwhile, the Magic 7 Lite scored 934 points and 2768 points respectively. A couple of weeks ago, the latter was even seen on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/07/honor-magic-7-lite-appears-on-google-play-console-revealing-design-and-key-specs/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Google Play Console</a> platform as well. So stick around for more as we will be covering the launch of both phones.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/honor/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor</a>&#8216;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-magic-7/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Magic 7 </a>series, launched earlier this year in China, might be getting a new budget-friendly member – the Magic 7 Lite. Evidence for this Lite variant surfaced after the device was spotted on the Google Play Supported Devices and Play Console databases.</p>

<p>We were expecting the Magic 7 Lite sooner or later as a successor to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-magic-6-lite/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Magic 6 Lite</a>. But it seems it won’t be a completely new model as we had hoped.</p>

<h2><strong>Honor Magic 7 Lite could be a rebranded phone.</strong></h2>

<p>The device was listed in the Play Console database with model number HNBRP-Q1, the same as that of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/06/honor-x9c-launches-globally-as-honors-toughest-phone-packs-a-massive-6600mah-battery-yet-weighs-below-200g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor X9c </a>which recently launched in Malaysia.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Google-Play-Console.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-658710" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Google-Play-Console.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Google-Play-Console-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Google-Play-Console-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Google-Play-Console-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Google-Play-Console-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>The Play Console listing does explicitly identify the device as the Magic 7 Lite, but expect the name, there won’t be much difference in terms of specs. We know that since the Play Console sheds some light on the Magic 7 Lite&#8217;s internals as well.</p>

<p>The listing reveals the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, paired with the Adreno 619 GPU and a generous 12GB of RAM. Storage capacity and camera details, however, remain a mystery for now.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Design.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-658711" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Design.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Design-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Design-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Design-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Honor-Magic-7-Lite-Design-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>The phone also shares the same resolution (1224&#215;2700) as the X9c, adding weight to the possibility that this is a rebranded model. If they are indeed the same, we can expect the Magic 7 Lite to feature a large 6600mAh battery, a 6.78-inch curved OLED display, and a sturdy build rated for 2.2-meter drop resistance.</p>

<p>With the launch of the X9c fresh in mind, it&#8217;s tempting to connect the dots and assume the Magic 7 Lite is simply a regional rebrand. However, there&#8217;s a chance Honor has some modifications planned for this Lite variant. We&#8217;ll have to wait for an official announcement to understand the full picture.</p>
