Back in July, Honor unveiled its MagicBook 14 and MagicBook 15 laptops with Ryzen’s 5000 series processors. Now, a few months later, the company has launched the laptops in Russia. The laptops come with a thin and light chassis and have a starting price of RUB 59,990(~$823).

The MagicBook 14 and 15 come with 14-inch and 15-inch IPS LCD panels with a Full-HD resolution. The screen has 300 nits of brightness and comes with DC dimming and a 100% sRGB color gamut. The display is certified for emitting low blue light and has a Flicker-free certification.

Honor

Inside, the duo is powered by the same AMD Ryzen 5 5500U processors with up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB of PCIe NVMe SSD. The laptops come with aluminum built and pack 56WHr batteries. Both laptops get a 65W fast charging support which is claimed to charge the laptops from 0% to 65% in just 1 hour.

The laptops boot on Windows 10 Home but, are upgradeable to Windows 11. The MagicBook 14 measures 15.9mm in thickness, whereas, the MagicBook 15 has a thickness of 16.9mm. The former weighs 1.38 Kgs and the latter weighs 1.54 Kgs.

Honor MagicBook 14

The MagicBook 14 and 15 are currently on pre-orders in Russia. The 14 is priced at RUB 59,990(~$822), whereas, the MagicBook 15 costs RUB 69,990(~$960). Interestingly, those who pre-order the laptops will get a free pair of Honor Earbuds 2 Lite and Honor MagicWatch 2.
