The overall specifications of the Huawei Honor 6 Play, which was originally named the Huawei Honor 6X, are almost the same as the original Huawei Honor 6, except that it packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display screen, as well as a 1.8GHz CPU processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB ROM. As for connectivity, the Huawei Honor 6 Plus also has support for FDD LTE, TD LTE, WCDMA, TD SCDMA, and GSM networks as well as dual SIM cards. It is also 7.5 mm thick.        Introduction: When the HTC M8 first hit stores, it received rave reviews, but because of its high price, HTC decided to release the M8Sw. This new phone is covered with a plastic case and replaced the M8’s UltraPixel camera with a 13mp camera. Its CPU was upgraded to the Snapdragon 801 and its price in China Unicom’s official online store (10010.com) as 2999 RMB. We recently managed to get our hands on the M8Sw’s China Unicom version and today, we’ll try it out.

The back is curvy and made of plastic. The M8Sw continues to use the HTC’s classic design.

The HTC M8Sw China Unicom Edition uses a 13mp rear camera and has an LED flashlight.

On the back there’s a notice that says that this is a TD-LTE phone and that it supports TD-LTE 4G internet with 100Mbps internet speed.

It has a 5mp front-facing camera which has greater specs than the rear camera.

The speakers are located at the front just like the HTC M8.

USB and earphone ports are located at the bottom.

Volume switch is located on the right side.

The Power switch is located in the middle at the top.

The HTC M8Sw China Unicom edition has 16GB internal memory storate but also has a TF  card slot on the left side.

It supports 4G dual-SIM along with LTE/WCDMA 3G/4G internet. Its internet speed can go up to 100Mbps. A NanoSIM card needs to be installed.

The designs of the M8Sw’s receiver and speakers are completely different from the original’s.

The M8Sw is made of plastic while the original is made of metal. The former is listed as costing 2999 RMB in China Unicom’s website while the M8 costs up to 5299 RMB (851.21 USD

The M8Sw Unicom Edition has a 13mp main camera.

Like the M8, the M8Sw has a 5mp front camera.  

Both use the HTC sense 6.0 which is modeled after the Android 4.4.

The HTC M8Sw, with its Snapdragon 801, got 36000 in its benchmark test while the M8 only got about 28000.

The Snapdragon 801 has a frequency of 2.5GHz while the M8’s Snapdragon 800 only has 2.3 GHz. Furthermore, both have 2GB RAM.

The HTC M8Sw follows the HTC M8’s design with plastic instead of metal, lowering the price to 2999 RMB. The CPU was upgraded to the Snapdragon 801 making it more powerful than the HTC M8. It also supports China Unicom’s 4G internet with speed that goes up to 100Mbps as well as dual-SIM.

HTC M8 is a very beautiful smartphone in this year, HTC has clearly decided that the look and quality of materials matter, and has made them a top priority. Of course, it also is China phone factory’s item to copy. Yes, the knock-off HTC M8 arrived my hand and here is the testing video.

This fake HTC M8 has double camera on the back, but with plastic case. This phone specs also just an entry-class device: 5-inch HD screen, 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM and 4GB ROM, 8MP rear camera. I don’t know the price details yet, but I think it will be under $100.

HTC has released an update which was scheduled to be launched along with mobile HTC One (M8). The update has a feature called Extreme Power Saving.  Now, the feature will be available to mass audience thanks to feature release. This will be available to the developers and unlocked HTC mobile phones.

Although the size has been increased to 117.98 MB but the Android version is the same. The Magnum Opus of the launch is the feature called “Extreme Power Saving Mode”, which keeps the mobile on the go for longer duration. There are some modification in “the camera and gallery feature” albeit not extended much.

If you have HTC, go to settings > About to check for updates or wait for the notiifcation. This may take some time and you may have to wait. Please tell your opinion after using the phone.

HTC is now ready to release their new flagship smartphone, HTC M8, this phone is the successor of HTC One that why many people is called this phone is HTC One 2.

The upcoming HTC One 2 or HTC M8 has been arrive at Bluetooth certification, From the information provided by Bluetooth SIG, the HTC M8 certified device models used for 0P6BXXX / HTC6525LVW, exactly in line with the previous rumors of HTC’s new flagship model. And the HTC M8 “HTC6525LVW” models will be available for the U.S. carrier Verizon.

Some leaked photo of HTC M8 smartphone has been revealed. The images were first discovered in the EPRICE shows the back of the HTC M8 rumored to be the successor to the HTC One smartphone.

The pictures show the same grip design but nevertheless there is a hole that will likely be used for the fingerprint scanner on the top of the camera. This sensor looks smaller than that installed in HTC Max. In addition to the fingerprint scanner, HTC M8 design looks much thinner than the HTC One and also look more rounded corners.

HTC M8 will be powered by 2.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor with 3GB RAM. It is not known how the Android version will be installed but it is said that the Sense UI v6 will be installed. The screen size of between 5 to 5.2 inches with a resolution of 2K (2048 x 1080 pixels).

HTC has not confirmed about this rumorm so let’s wait and see…
