HTC Wildfire E Specifications (Rumored)

Leaked information reveals that the HTC Wildfire E smartphone measures 147.86 x 71.4 x 8.9mm and it houses a 5.45-inch display that supports HD+ resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels. The handset offers an aspect ratio of 18:9. The Unisoc (previously known as Spreadtrum SC9863) that features 1.6GHz octa-core processor is present under the hood of Wildfire E along with 2 GB of RAM. The built-in storage of the handset is 32 GB.

The rear side of the Wildfire E phone features 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup. For capturing selfies, it has a front camera of 5-megapixel. The handset includes a 3,000mAh battery. The usual connectivity features like dual-SIM support, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5mm audio jack are available on the device. The HTC Wildfire E Plus measures 160.4 x 67.3 x 8.7mm and it is equipped with a larger display of 6.99 inches. It also offers HD+ resolution of 720 x 1440 pixels and 18:9 aspect ratio. The MediaTek Helio A22 chipset with 2GHz quad-core processor and PowerVR GE8320 graphics powers the smartphone with 2 GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity of the Wildfire E Plus handset is 32 GB.

Like the Wildfire E, the Plus edition also features 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel rear-mounted dual camera setup and a front-facing camera of 5-megapixel. It is also backed by a 3,000mAh battery. The connectivity features like dual-SIM support, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5mm headphone slot are also found on Wildfire E Plus smartphone.

The HTC Wildfire E and E Plus phones are equipped with identical design that features black-colored plastic rear with horizontal dual camera setup. A fingerprint scanner is also found on the rear of both devices. There is an orange colored HTC logo on the backside of the Wildfire E and E Plus phones and they also feature an orange colored power button. HTC Wildfire Specifications (Rumored)

The HTC Wildfire handset features a 6.217-inch LCD display with a waterdrop notch. It supports 720 x 1520 pixels HD+ resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. The MediaTek Helio P23 octa-core processor that works at 2.3GHz is present under the hood of the device along with 3 GB of LPDDR4 RAM. It has an internal storage of 32 GB.

The rear side of the HTC Wildfire features a dual camera setup that houses a primary lens of 16-megapixel and a secondary lens of 5-megapixel. It has a front-facing camera of 5-megapixel. The HTC Wildfire E1 is fitted with a 6.088-inch display that features a rounder notch. It produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The MediaTek Helio A22 chipset that includes 2GHz quad-core processor and PowerVR GE8320 graphics powers the handset with 3 GB of RAM. The native storage of the Wildfire E1 is 32 GB.

While the leak claims that it has a 16-megapixel rear camera, the text below the camera sensor and LED flash reads 13-megapixel. It has a front-facing camera of 8-megapixel. The handset features a 3,000mAh battery. A fingerprint scanner is found on the polycarbonate rear. It comes with connectivity features such as dual-SIM support, LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and 3.5mm headphone jack.

HTC has become the name of the past since it is almost done with smartphone business. The company’s primary revenue now comes from its VR business, which is growing rapidly. But that does not mean it has entirely done away with smartphones as some details have emerged about the upcoming Wildfire E.

According to a Russian retailer, HTC will be reviving the classic Wildfire brand with the forthcoming Wildfire E. The phone will be a budget device going by the specifications detailed by the retailer. It will be powered by Unisoc (Spreadtrum) SC9863 Octa-core processor having a cluster of 4 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.6GHz and another 4 Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.2GHz. On the other hand, the graphics will be carried out by the PowerVR IMG8322-accelerated GPU. As for memory, the phone will feature 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM.

On the front, it will sport a compact 5.45-inches HD+ IPS LCD with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The front will also house a 5MP camera for selfies and video calls. Whereas at the back, the HTC Wildfire E will house a dual camera array which will include a 13MP primary snapper and a 2MP secondary sensor. Other features of the phone include Bluetooth 4.2, 2.4GHz WiFi, MicroUSB port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Last but not least, it will run Android Pie out of the box backed a 3,000 mAh battery.
