HUAWEI has launched its new fitness tracker, the HUAWEI Band 10, in India. The band was introduced globally earlier this year and is now available on Amazon.

HUAWEI Band 10 features

It features a 1.47-inch 2.5D AMOLED touch display with a resolution of 194 × 368 pixels and 282 PPI. The screen supports customizable widgets for quicker navigation. The band is water-resistant up to 50 meters (5 ATM).

The Band 10 offers more than 100 workout modes. It uses AI-based fitness tracking for sports like running, cycling, yoga, and swimming. Its nine-axis sensor and AI stroke recognition provide 95% accurate swim stroke and lap detection.

It supports 24-hour heart rate tracking with HUAWEI TruSeen 5.5, sleep tracking with HUAWEI TruSleep 4.0, stress tracking with HUAWEI TruRelax, and menstrual cycle tracking. Blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring is also included. Other features include music control, remote camera control, quick message reply, and incoming call alerts.

Battery life is up to 14 days with typical use, 8 days with heart rate and TruSleep on, and 3 days with Always-On Display (AOD) enabled. It supports fast charging, with a full charge taking 45 minutes.

The band connects via Bluetooth 5.0 and works with Android 9.0 and above and iOS 13.0 and above. It measures 43.45 × 24.86 × 8.99 mm.

The aluminum alloy version comes in Matte Black, White, Green, Blue, and Purple. The polymer version is available in Black and Pink.

Pricing and availability

The polymer case model costs Rs. 3,999, and the aluminum alloy model costs Rs. 4,499. Both are available at launch prices of Rs. 3,699 and Rs. 4,199 on Amazon until June 10, 2025.

Huawei is taking foldables to the next level—literally. The Mate XT Ultimate Design, the world’s first production-ready tri-fold smartphone, is officially launching for global markets. After its China debut last year, the device is now hitting Europe, Malaysia, and beyond, bringing an ultra-thin yet ultra-capable design to users worldwide.

Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design

The Mate XT Ultimate features a tri-fold display that transitions from a 6.4-inch FHD+ screen when folded to a 10.2-inch 3K display when fully expanded. It has an ultra-thin 3.6mm design when open and improved durability with Huawei’s precision hinge system and reinforced ultra-thin glass (UTG) for better resistance to bending stress.

Under the hood, the Mate XT doesn’t skimp on performance. It packs a 90Hz LTPO display, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage, running EMUI 14 on Android 14. Its XMAGE camera system includes a 50MP variable aperture main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, a 12MP 5.5x periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP internal camera. Keeping all this powered is a 5,600mAh silicon-carbon battery, the thinnest of its kind, with 66W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.

The tri-fold phone is priced at €3,499 in Europe.

Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025)

Huawei is also rolling out the MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025), a high-end tablet featuring a 2.8K 144Hz OLED PaperMatte display with 1000 nits of brightness, and a 94% screen-to-body ratio.

Inside, it houses 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage, running on HarmonyOS 4.3. The battery is a 10100mAh dual-cell unit, supporting 100W Turbo Charging, enough to hit full charge in just 65 minutes.

The tablet also comes with professional apps like Huawei Notes and GoPaint, enhancing productivity and creativity. It supports the 3rd-gen M-Pencil with ultra-low latency for precise input.

The Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 (2025) starts at €1,049 in Europe, while the PaperMatte version is priced at €1,199.

Huawei FreeArc

Huawei has entered the open-ear audio market with the FreeArc, its first hooked earbuds. It features a unique C-bridge design, a 0.7mm nickel-titanium memory alloy for a secure fit, and IP57 water resistance, making it ideal for sports and outdoor use.

It comes with ultra-soft liquid silicone for added comfort and equips a 17×12 mm high-sensitivity driver, a dynamic bass algorithm, and an Adaptive Equal-loudness Algorithm for rich audio performance.

Each earbud has a 55mAh battery, while the case holds 510mAh, offering up to 7 hours of music playback (28 with the case). It charges via USB-C, taking around 40 minutes for the earbuds and 60 minutes for the case.

The Huawei FreeArc is priced at £99.99 in the UK and €119 in Europe, with a £25 discount available for pre-orders until March 3 at the Huawei Store.

Huawei Band 10

Huawei has also introduced the Band 10, a lightweight smart band with a 1.47-inch AMOLED display housed in a 15g aluminum alloy frame. It focuses on wellness tracking, offering 24/7 heart rate monitoring, sleep analysis, HRV tracking, pulse wave arrhythmia detection, and stress management.

The smart band features an Enhanced Sleep Health Assistant for personalized insights and an Emotional Wellbeing Assistant that tracks physiological changes through real-time health data. It also includes interactive panda-themed watch faces that reflect mood shifts and support app customization.

Designed for fitness enthusiasts, it supports 100 sports modes, features 5ATM water resistance, and offers a 14-day battery life with fast charging that provides two days of use in just five minutes.

Huawei is gearing up to launch its next-gen fitness tracker, the Band 10, and this time, it seems to be expanding the color palette. According to a new leak on Chinese social media, the wearable will be available in six colors—one more than its predecessor.

The Band 10 has already surfaced on the certification site, suggesting an official launch in the coming months. Now, tipster Fixed Focus Digital on Weibo claims the device will ship in Black, Green, Pink, Purple, Blue, and White. 

That’s a shift from Band 9, which launched in Feather White, Starry Black, Dawn Pink, Lemon Yellow, and Tranquility Blue. Notably, Green and Purple are the new add-ons that will replace some of last year’s shades.

Huawei has a habit of tweaking its color lineup with each release. The Band 8 introduced a Vitality Orange variant, while the Band 9 leaned into White, Yellow, and Blue. If history is any guide, the Band 10 could bring more than just fresh colors—though we’ll have to wait for Huawei to make it official.

Huawei could soon expand its wearables lineup as a new leak suggests that the company could launch the Band 10 fitness tracker and new ear-hook-style earbuds in March. While the Chinese tech giant has not officially confirmed the release, several sources on Weibo hint at these upcoming products.

According to tipster FixedFocusDigital, Huawei might unveil these devices next month, though there’s also speculation that the release could be pushed to April. Another source suggested that the Band 10 and ear-hook earbuds might debut alongside the Pocket 3 foldable smartphone.

The Band 10 has already surfaced on global certification databases, hinting that it could be ready for market entry soon. Certification details suggest the fitness tracker may come in two variants and feature an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. 

As for the ear-hook earbuds, codenamed “Arc,” they could be a new form of earbuds in Huawei’s audio lineup. Unlike the existing FreeClip’s C-shaped design, the new form factor may prioritize convenience and better fit for users. Although the official name has yet to be confirmed, the earbuds may debut as “FreeArc.”

The certification, valid until January 26, 2030, confirms the devices’ impending launch in the Malaysian market. Both models are listed under the ‘watch’ category, with the ‘Huawei Band 10’ name explicitly mentioned in the SIRIM database.

Previously, these models received certifications from SDPPI and TUV SUD, revealing IP68-rated builds for durability. Based on the launch timelines of earlier versions, the Huawei Band 10 is expected to debut in April or May 2025.
