The first images of an upcoming Huawei smartphone bearing the model number BRE-AL00a have surfaced. The 4G smartphone has completed network access with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (TENAA). The images highlight the front, back, and side of the new smartphone.

The new Huawei smartphone uses a dual-curved OLED display and a centered circular camera module located on the back. The high-end design of the centered camera is highlighted in the rear image of the model. The main configurations of the smartphone were provided by the Telecom Equipment Terminal Network. As per the specs released, the smartphone has a 2.3GHz octa-core processor with a memory configuration of 8GB/ 128GB and 8GB/ 256GB. It features a 6.78-inch OLED screen with resolution of 2700 x 1224 pixels and supports 10-bit color depth, as well as under-screen fingerprint recognition.

The upcoming Huawei smartphone has a 50MP + 2MP rear camera setup and an 8MP front camera. It comes with a 6,000mAh battery and supports 40W fast charging. The phone’s package will include an original 40W power adapter, according to the 3G certification information. The dimensions of the phone are 164 x 74.88 x 7.98 mm and it weighs 189 grams. The BRE-AL00a received CMIIT radio transmitter model approval earlier and has therefore passed all three stages of certification. What is left is the official release of the model, of which Huawei has not provided any optics yet.

Although an official name is yet to be linked to the BRE-AL00a phone, it is being speculated that it is the Huawei Enjoy 70X which won’t be surprising since the company has already launched the Enjoy 70S and Enjoy 70z. We will keep fans updated on the development as a launch is imminent for the smartphone having scaled all the certification hurdles.
