Earlier today (13th May 2021), Huawei officially announced that it will be holding a new product launch conference later this month. In this event, the company will launch products under the “All Scenario Smart Life” banner, which will be held on 19th May 2021 in China.

The upcoming launch conference will have the Chinese tech giant unveil new electronic gadgets like TVs, earphones, and smart watches as well. While the company has yet to officially announce the products that will be released on the launch event, we have recently covered a few devices that we expect to be announced on this date. This includes the new variant of the Huawei Children’s Watch 4X, which was leaked recently, along with the Huawei Body Fat Scale 3 Pro.

Furthermore, the brand is also set to launch new TVs, which will be a part of the company’s SE series of smart TVs. Other expected products that might be launching later this month include a semi in ear headphones, dubbed the FreeBuds 4, along with the Huawei Watch3 series of smartwatches as well. We had previously reported on the company also gearing up to launch a new high end 16 inch MateBook notebook, while the company just shared a teaser on its official Weibo account for new Mate series product that could also be the new MatePad tab.

Unfortunately, there is not a lot of news to go on as of right now and we will have to wait for any teaser from Huawei that might arrive in the coming few days. Back in August of last year, the Huawei Children’s Watch 4X was officially launched. The wearable was targeted towards kids and is set to arrive in a new color variant on 19th May 2021. Now, a new leak has offered us a first look of the wearable.

As per a new series of posts on Weibo (1,2,3), a Chinese microblogging website, the new color variant of the Children’s Watch 4X will arrive with a new strap as well. Furthermore, the Chinese tech giant will also be reportedly adding some new functions to the wearable. This new model will apparently be teased by the company tomorrow (13th May 2021), according to the leak. Apart from sharing just images, the leak also showcased a video that offers a first look at the device.

This video highlights the UI of the Huawei Children’s Watch 4X New Bright Model along with some of its features. Talking about the new design changes, the device sports a blue color scheme mixed with a dark gray frame. This is different from the single color body of the previously launched base model. Another notable difference includes the new cloth strap, which was not found in the smartwatch that launched last year.

Unfortunately, finer details regarding the product is currently unknown, but the device is expected to be announced on 19th May 2021. It is likely to feature similar specifications to the Huawei Children’s Watch 4X, which feaures 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Last month, Huawei introduced two major consumer products in China. There were the HUAWEI Smart Screen V Series 2021 and the HUAWEI Band 6. Now, according to a new leak, the company will be releasing more products in June and some in May.

Popular leakster @长安数码君 (Changan Digital King) on Weibo has revealed the launch dates of not one but six new upcoming HUAWEI products. Two of them will be announced in May, followed by four in June.

Here’s the list of forthcoming Huawei consumer products and their launch dates for China.

Out of all the products, we only have information about the HUAWEI Watch3 series and the HUAWEI MatePad Pro2. These devices will run HarmonyOS and the latter is expected to be the first Huawei product to ship with the company’s homegrown operating system out of the box.

Further, the tablet will be avaialble in two sizes (12.2-inch, 12.6-inch) and will be powered by HiSilicon Kirin 9000 SoC. On the other hand, the smartwatches will have third-party app support and an eSIM variant.

Lastly, the new HUAWEI Children’s Watch 4X could only differ in terms of color and the laptop could be the rumored HUAWEI MateBook 16.

Its been just three months since Huawei announced the Children’s Watch 3 Pro Super Version. Now a new model called the Huawei Children’s Watch 4X has leaked with new features and a refreshed design.

An image of the smartwatch was shared on Weibo by @看山的叔叔, the same source that posted details of the yet-to-be-announced Huawei TalkBand B6 a few days ago.

The Huawei Children’s Watch 4X is shown in white in the image. There is a camera above the display while the second camera sensor is at a 90° angle, pointing away from the wearer. This second camera can be used to record or take pictures of the surroundings of the child in case of emergencies.

The watch has two red buttons on the right side; one is marked “HOME” and doubles as the power button while the second is marked “FUN”. On the left side of the watch is the SIM tray.

The watch face in the image shows the time, date, battery level, and also the number of steps taken by the wearer. There is also an inscription on the strap that says the Huawei Children’s Watch 4X is water-resistant up to 5 ATM.

In a separate Weibo post, the leaker said the watch will be announced on July 30, which is just a few days away.
