Now, just a day before the official announcement, the company has shared that the Nova 7 Pro will come with dual front-focusing cameras.</p>
<p>From the teasers being shared by the company on social media platform, its pretty evident that <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/huawei">Huawei</a> is focusing on the camera technology for the upcoming phones. While the phone is getting launched tomorrow, most of its specifications have already leaked.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-318428 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Huawei-Nova7-Pro-Front-Camera.jpg?x10805" alt="Huawei Nova 7 Pro Front Camera Specs" width="690" height="1495" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Huawei-Nova7-Pro-Front-Camera.jpg 690w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Huawei-Nova7-Pro-Front-Camera-138x300.jpg 138w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Huawei-Nova7-Pro-Front-Camera-473x1024.jpg 473w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Huawei-Nova7-Pro-Front-Camera-194x420.jpg 194w" sizes="(max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px" /></p>
<p>The Huawei Nova 7 Pro will come with a quad-camera setup on the back, consisting of a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle lens, an 8-megapixel periscope lens, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. On the front side, it features a 32-megapixel primary snapper and an 8-megapixel secondary camera.</p>
<p>The phone features a 6.57-inch Full HD+ display with 2340 x 1080 pixels screen resolution and dual punch-hole cutout for front-facing cameras. The device is powered by <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/kirin-985">Kirin 985 5G</a> chipset with 8GB RAM and either 128GB or 256GB internal storage.</p>
<h6 class="related"><strong>EDITOR&#8217;S PICK: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/04/22/facebook-invests-5-7-million-reliance-jio/">Facebook invests $5.7 billion in India&#8217;s Reliance Jio to acquire around 10 percent stake</a></strong></h6>
<p>The company will also be launching Nova 7 and Nova 7 SE, which will be powered by the Kirin 820 and Kirin 985 chipsets, respectively. While Nova 7 features a quad-camera setup on the back, the SE variant will have a triple-camera setup.</p>
<p>All three smartphones run <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android-10">Android 10</a> operating system with the company&#8217;s own EMUI 10.1 custom user interface and will have Huawei Mobile Services (HMS) instead of Google&#8217;s apps and services. The devices will be powered by a 4,000mAh battery with support for 40W fast charging technology.</p>
<p>To know more about these smartphones, along with their full specifications, memory variants, color options as well as pricing and availability details, we&#8217;ll have to wait for a few more hours for the official launch event to take place.</p>

Now, ahead of the P40 lineup going official, details about the Nova 7-series phones have started surfacing online.</p>
<p>In the latest development, two Huawei smartphones with model numbers JER-AN10 and JEF-AN00 have passed through <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/3c-certification">3C certification</a> process, revealing their fast charging standard details. The device in questions are the upcoming Huawei Nova 7 and Nova 7 Pro.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-310939 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C.png?x10805" alt="Huawei Nova 7 / 7 Pro 3C Certification" width="2017" height="666" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C.png 2017w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C-300x99.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C-768x254.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C-1024x338.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C-696x230.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C-1068x353.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C-1272x420.png 1272w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Nova-7-Series-3C-1920x634.png 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 2017px) 100vw, 2017px" /></p>
<p>As per the details revealed through this 3C certification, the Huawei <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/huawei-nova-7">Nova 7</a> with model number JER-AN10 and Nova 7 Pro with model number JEF-AN00, both will come equipped with 40W Super Fast Charging support.</p>
<p>Earlier, another Nova series smartphone, the Huawei Nova 7 SE with model number CDY-AN90 was passed through the same certification process, which is expected to come with 22.5W fast charging standard.</p>
<p>As per the reports, the Huawei Nova 7 lineup will come with an OLED display panel along with an in-display fingerprint scanner for added security. Under the hood, the top-end variant will be powered by the company’s own flagship <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/09/06/huawei-announces-the-flagship-kirin-990-and-kirin-990-5g-feature-up-to-2-3gbps-download-speeds/">Kirin 990 5G chipset</a>.</p>

<p>Since Huawei does not have a mid-range mobile chipset with 5G connectivity support, it remains to be seen if the company announced a new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/5g">5G</a> chipset during or before the Nova 7 series launch to make the phone more affordable.</p>
<p>It is being reported that the Huawei Nova 7 SE could come powered by the yet unannounced Kirin 820 5G chipset, which will be successor of the Kirin 810 launched last year. Some of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/01/03/kirin-820-6nm-soc-with-cortex-a77-rumored-be-in-works/">key details of Kirin 820 5G</a> had also appeared earlier this year.</p>
<p>There are reports indicated that the Nova 7 series smartphones will get launched in China in the month of April 2020. However, the company has not yet confirmed this but we expect to know more about this in the coming days or weeks.</p>
