Also in December, there were rumors that the tech giant <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/01/12/huawei-launches-the-nova-8-pro-king-of-glory-edition-for-%c2%a53999-620/">will launch a Special edition of the Nova 8 Pro</a>. That has now happened as Huawei has announced the Nova 8 Pro King of Glory edition.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-365177" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro.jpg?x44794" alt="Nova 8 Pro King of Glory Edition" width="900" height="900" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro-768x768.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro-696x696.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/huawei-nova-8-pro-420x420.jpg 420w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></a></p>
<p>The special edition comes with an interesting design and a cool new UI theme. The purple back of the phone is engraved with the Luban character on top while the internals remain unchanged. In other words, the Nova 8 Pro King of Glory Edition features an Hisilicon Kirin 985 SoC and is available in an 8GB+128GB storage option.</p>

<p>The top-left corner of the display is a pill-shaped cutout that features a 32-megapixel main selfie camera and a 16-megapixel secondary lens. The back panel of the phone has a quad-camera system featuring a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
