After announcing the Huawei Y6 Pro (2019) in Sri Lanka, it is now making its way to the Philippines. Huawei Y6 Pro (2019) is the third device among Y series which constitutes Huawei Y9 (2019) and Huawei Y7 Pro (2019). The newly launched device is another mid-range product which comes packed with Helio A22 chipset featuring quad-core CPU. Earlier, the processor details were not announced, but now all the details of Y6 Pro (2019) are available.

Moreover, there’s a 6.1 inches HD+ full view display with the resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. It carries an aspect ratio of 19:9 which will give you a broader viewing experience. The Huawei Y6 Pro (2019) comes with a 3GB RAM and 32 GB internal storage. Users can expand the storage up to 512GB via a microSD card slot. It is powered by Helio A22 chipset and PowerVR Rogue GE8300 GPU.

In the camera department, Huawei has added a single camera of 13 megapixels with an aperture of f/1.8. For selfies, Huawei added a primary 8-megapixel snapper with fixed focus. In order to make the camera more selfie-friendly, the company has added various beautification modes. Huawei has entirely focused on its cameras, as the smartphone also carries a Selfie toning flash 2.0 for better and glowing selfies.

It consists of a 3020 mAh battery which can sustain a whole day upon a single full charge. Although, Huawei Y6 Pro carries a micro USB port on the bottom and runs EMUI 9.0, based on Android 9.0 Pie.

The phone will be sold through various online and offline retailers. Although, you can get some free goodies if you pre-order it from Lazada from February 18. Huawei Y6 Pro 2019 is available in a couple of different colors such as Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue colors. It is a low-priced smartphone carrying a price tag of PHP6,990 ($135). If you want to brag it straightway from the offline market, then you have to wait for February 23.

Huawei has officially launched its new smartphone — Huawei Y6 Pro (2017) in Europe. As the name suggests, it is an upgraded version of the Huawei Y6 (2017).

The smartphone comes with many notable changes, including the build material and the processor that powers the device. Unlike the original model, the Y6 Pro (2017) comes with a metal body.

Another major improvement comes in the form of the chipset. For this one, the company has opted for Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 425 processor. The Y6 (2017) was powered by the MediaTek chipset.

The phone also features a fingerprint sensor at the back. As per the company, the sensor can unlock the device in 0.5 seconds. The fingerprint sensor can also be used to control alarm clock, answer a call, control the notification bar or take a snapshot.

Apart from the above-mentioned changes, most of the remaining specifications of the device remain same. It features a 5-inch IPS LCD display with screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

It packs 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot, allowing users to further expand the storage capacity. Coming to the camera, it features a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

The smartphone, running on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with EMUI 5.1 on top, is powered by a 3,020mAh battery that is rated to last for more than 2 continuous days of listening to music, 15 hours to watch HD videos or 12 hours of 4G navigation.

The Huawei Y6 Pro (2017) is available in three colour options — Black, Silver and Gold. It is available for purchase in Germany, Italy and France for a price of around €179. It will be rolled out to other European markets in the coming weeks.

Huawei has just unveiled a smartphone for the international market namely, the Huawei Y6 Pro. This is the international version of the Enjoy 5 smartphone which was announced back in December to compete with the likes of the Redmi 3.

As for the specs, the Huawei Y6 Pro comes with a 1.3GHz MT6735P chipset and 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage. There is a 5-inch 720p HD display. You don’t have to worry about the phone’s battery life as it comes with a large 4000mAh battery, As for the optics, you get a decent 13MP camera sensor at the back and a 5MP front facing shooter. Given the large battery, the phone is a bit thick, with a 9.7mm body and weighs 160 grams. But I am sure most wouldn’t mind the thick body, considering the battery life that you would get. One thing we would have loved is a better processor, like Snapdragon 616 inside the Redmi 3.

Other features are pretty much standard, like Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi direct and Android 5.1 Lollipop with Emotion 3.1 UI on top. The phone features a special water ripple design with a metal frame. There will be three colors available like White, Gold and Gray.

Unfortuantely, we are not yet sure about the pricing of the device. But from the specs, it looks like an entry level device, so hopefully, the pricing will be below $200.
