Samsung seems to be gearing up to expand its entry-level tablet lineup with the Galaxy Tab A11 LTE. The device has just surfaced in certification databases, suggesting an official launch could be right around the corner. While the specs haven’t been fully revealed yet, the “A” series has traditionally offered accessible Android tablets designed for students, casual users, and multimedia consumption on a budget.

New Galaxy Tab A11 Budget Tablet in the Works

The South Korean tech giant’s upcoming Galaxy Tab A11 was just spotted on FCC and IMEI, carrying the SM-X135G model number for the LTE version. On the FCC database, the Galaxy Tab A11 surfaced with support for dual band WiFi and was being tested with HQ-3565S and HQ-6739SDS Li-ion batteries and EP-T1510 adapter.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A9

This confirms the Galaxy Tab A11’s 4,980mAh battery capacity, which will likely have a typical rating of around 5,100mAh. Meanwhile, the adapter brings support for 15W wired fast charging. To recall, Samsung announced its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab A9, with identical specs. So we might not be getting any substantial upgrade with the Tab A11.

Unfortunately, the IMEI certification does not reveal any details regarding the specs and features of this budget tablet. But taking a look at the Galaxy Tab A9, we can make a few speculations. Samsung released the Galaxy Tab A9 with an 8.7-inch LCD panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution. It is equipped with the Helio G99 SoC, runs on Android 15, Bluetooth 5.3, and more. Meaning, there could be minor improvements in the next gen model.

Xiaomi is working on a brand-new HyperOS powered smartphone from its sub brand Redmi. So here’s everything you need to know.

Redmi 13 visits the FCC & IMEI database

The Chinese tech giant’s upcoming smartphone was spotted on the FCC and IMEI certifications. It was seen carrying the 24049RN28L model number on both platforms, while the IMEI listing confirmed its official Redmi 13 moniker. Based on the FCC certification, the Redmi 13 will also run on the brand’s newly unveiled HyperOS 1.0 custom skin, which is based on the Android 14 OS.

Furthermore, the Redmi 13 smartphone is set to debut with the Bluetooth 5.3 standard. It is listed with a 4,930mAh rated battery capacity that will likely have a 5,000mAh typical capacity. This battery pack was certified with support for 33W wired fast charging. Unfortunately, the two certifications did not reveal any other finer details regarding this smartphone like its specifications and design. But based on its name we can expect it to be a direct successor to the Redmi 12 that launched back in 2023.

Back in December 2023, Xiaomi had also unveiled the Redmi 13C model in the Indian market. This model launched with the Dimensity 6100 SoC, 6.74-inch 90Hz HD+ display, 50MP primary camera, and more; while the Redmi 12 offered Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 (5G variant), 50MP triple cameras, and 6.79-inch 90Hz FHD+ display. So we can expect the Redmi 13 to offer similar hardware with some improvements.

Note that we have a story on HyperOS update availability for all your Xiaomi, Poco devices in case you are wondering if your device is the update.

XiaomiUI has spotted the Redmi Note 12 4G Indian and global variants on the IMEI database. These devices are likely headed to countries that haven’t fully transitioned to 5G network yet. Other than India and other global markets, the device might also debut in China as an affordable Note 12 option.

Model numbers 23028RA60L and 23021RAAEG are on the ones that will be sold in India and some international markets. These devices carry the codename Tapas and lack NFC support. There is an NFC-enabled version that will debut in international markets but not in India. The model number for this variation is 23021RAA2Y, and it goes by the codename “topaz.”

The report also included information on the phone’s software. According to XiaomiUI, the Note 12 4G will boot the most recent Android 13 operating system. As anticipated, MIUI 14 will be added on top. In contrast, the Note 12 series, which was released in India, comes pre-installed with MIUI 13, an Android 12-based operating system.

The phone will debut with at least 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, according to the rumor. 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will be available as the highest storage option. Unfortunately, no other information is available on the Redmi Note 12 4G as of yet. However, we can expect it to feature an AMOLED display, and there is a possibility that it might be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset.

Additionally, the POCO India head Himanshu Tandon has recently revealed that the POCO C40 won’t be released in the Indian market. Himanshu responded to a user’s inquiry by saying, “We have transitioned 5 series. So no C40“. Let’s take a look at all the information available on the Redmi A1 to get an idea of what to expect from the POCO C50.

According to a recent Geekbench listing, the Redmi A1 will come with a quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 chipset. It will have 3GB of RAM and an Android 12-based operating system. Other than that, the FCC listing reveals that the device measures 164.67mm in length and 76.56mm in width. The device will support 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity. Other specifications of the device are still under wraps.

The news arrives from known tipster Mukul Sharma who shared the information on Twitter. In the tweet, he shared an Indian IMEI database listing that showcased the 10R Lite moniker. This smartphone carried the model number PGZ110, and is believed to be the rebranded Ace Racing Edition for the Indian market. For those unaware, the regular Ace model had also launched in India under a different name, which was the 10R.

In other words, it is highly likely that the Ace Racing Edition model will also launch under the 10R series as well. If this is true, we already have specifications regarding the Racing Edition variant. It sports a 6.59 inch Full HD+ LCD panel that supports 120Hz refresh rate and has a punch hole cutout for the 16 megapixel selfie shooter on the front. The rear features a triple camera setup that includes a 64 megapixel primary sensor, an 8 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.

But now, a new sighting has revealed that the company is already working on a successor.

An IMEI database listing has revealed that the Chinese smartphone maker is working on a new Vivo T2. The news arrives from a 91Mobiles report, who found the device listed online. Although, the database did not include the model number for this handset. So, it is unclear if the variant is targeted for the global market or the Chinese market. But it is likely a Chinese version, since the brand typically launches its new lineup in its home market first. Similarly, the Indian launch for the Vivo T2 could also be just around the corner as well.

At the moment, the base T2 is the only model that was spotted on the IMEI database, but we can expect to see additional models within the T1 successor series to surface on other certification websites soon as well. Unfortunately, the specifications of the smartphone is still at large, but it is likely to be a 5G enabled handset that comes with better specifications than its predecessors. That is all the information we have as of right now so stick around for more, as we will be providing updates when additional information is available regarding this matter.

It is speculated that the upcoming POCO phone is nothing but a rebranded K40S.

Tipster Mukul Sharma, who goes by the username @stufflistings on Twitter, spotted the POCO F4 Indian variant listing on the IMEI database. He shared the screenshot of the listing which indicates that although the database does not directly mention the name of the device, it does carry model number 220212111RI which is believed to be associated with the upcoming POCO F4.

The model number includes the letter ‘I’ which suggests that the smartphone is for the Indian market. This hints that POCO F4 would soon make its way to India.

POCO has been a massive success for Xiaomi. In just 4 years, the brand has marked a significant presence in India. The Xiaomi sub-brand was known for offering top-of-the-line specifications at an affordable price. However, POCO appears to have copied moves from OnePlus’ playbook. The brand is focusing more on rebranding rather than innovating.

The POCO F4 will likely feature a 6.3-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is expected to house a triple camera set up on the back consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP tele-macro snapper. On the front, it may have a 32MP sensor for selfies and video calls.

The company is gearing up to launch the same in the Indian market.

Ahead of the launch of the iQOO 8 series in India, the next-generation iQOO 9 Pro Indian variant has been spotted through IMEI certification. The phone carries model number I2022 which indicates that the device will go official next year.

Going by the launch timeframe between the iQOO 7 series and iQOO 8 series phones, the brand launches an upgraded lineup of its flagship smartphones in about six to seven months. If the company continues to do so, then we expect the iQOO 9 series phones to get announced by the end of the first quarter in 2022.

While the launch date of the iQOO 8 Legend smartphone for the Indian market is not yet known, the device is expected to go official in the country before Diwali, which means that it could get launched by the end of this month or early next month.

The iQOO 8 Legend is expected to be a rebranded version of the iQOO 8 Pro that is being sold in China. The phone is expected to come with a 6.78-inch Samsung E5 LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1500 nits peak brightness, and Dolby Vision.

It also features an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint sensor for added security.

In the camera department, the device will feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 16-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 48-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. On the front side, there will be a 16-megapixel snapper for taking selfies and video calling.

The smartphone will be running the Android 11 operating system out-of-the-box and will come powered by a 4,500mAh battery, with support for 65W fast charging technology along with support for wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.

In related news, iQOO, which started launching gaming smartphones in 2019, is rumored to go independent next year. The company started as a sub-brand of Vivo for premium phones, has gotten bigger, and is now launching devices in the mid-range segment as well.

It now also has a lineup for budget smartphones under its Nord series.

The Chinese company now seems to be working on a new smartphone that could get launched in the coming months in its home market. An upcoming OnePlus smartphone has appeared in the IMEI database, reports @stufflistings.

The phone carries model number NE2210 where ‘NE’ is the first two letters of the phone’s codename while ’22’ indicates that the phone will be released in the year 2022. The ’10’ in the model number refers to it being a standard model or the China variant.

Currently, there’s no information available about this upcoming smartphone from OnePlus but we expect to know more about this in the coming days. While not yet known, the device is speculated to be the OnePlus 10 smartphone. There’s also a possibility that the phone is a part of the Nord lineup.

If it indeed is the company’s upcoming flagship smartphone, then the device is likely to come powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ 5G SoC or the unannounced SM8450 chipset which could be named Qualcomm Snapdragon 898.

OnePlus recently teased the OnePlus 9T smartphone through social media but added a caption “Don’t read too much into it.” While the teaser hints at the possibility of the OnePlus 9T launch pretty soon, the caption casts doubt about it, especially when there are reports claiming that the OnePlus 9T won’t get launched this year.

The OnePlus 9 Pro is the company’s current flagship smartphone that features a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888 SoC, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, Android 11-based OxygenOS, 4,500mAh battery, and 65W Warp Charge support.

Two new vivo Y series budget smartphones called vivo Y76s and vivo Y53L have been spotted on online databases. The two handsets have been found listed on IMEI and CEIR databases.

For those unaware, CEIR (Central Equipment Identity Register) is developed by India’s DoT (Department of Telecommunications) to track and find lost mobiles. Hence, we can expect these phones to debut in India.

According to these listings, the vivo V76S will bear the model number V2111A. Further, CEIR reveals these handsets to be limited to 4G connectivity.

Additionally, the vivo Y76s (V2111A) has been certified by China’s 3C certification bureau as well.
Unfortunately, nothing else is known about these phones other than the above-mentioned details. But we expect to learn more about them before their launch sometime in the near future.

The case was soon assigned to the cyber cell team of Meerut Police.

When questioned, the manager of the Delhi service centre denied changing them.
