Apple‘s 2027 iPhone lineup is making it to the leak mill today, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station (DCS). The insider shared details about what Apple is planning for next year, covering both new models and early development work on future generations.

According to the leak, Apple’s 2027 lineup will include the iPhone Air 2, iPhone 18, and iPhone 18e. All three are said to come with 1.5K OLED displays.

The iPhone Air 2 will have a 6.55-inch screen with a 120Hz LTPO refresh rate. The iPhone 18 comes in at 6.3 inches, also with 120Hz LTPO. The iPhone 18e is the smallest at 6.12 inches, and it also steps down to a 60Hz LTPS panel. 

This fits with what has been reported about Apple’s split launch plan. Apple is expected to release the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, and its first foldable iPhone in fall 2026, with the standard iPhone 18 and iPhone 18e following in early 2027. The iPhone Air 2 would likely be part of that same early 2027 wave.

iPhone 19 Pro and Apple’s second foldable in testing too

Beyond the standard models, the leak mentions Apple has started iPhone 19 Pro series testing and molding behind the scenes. Not surprising, since hardware development typically begins a year or more before a device hits the market.

The leak also touches on the iPhone Ultra 2, Apple’s second foldable. DCS says its foldable screen has also been tested and molded, while a previous report clarified that it will have a wider canvas than its predecessor. 

On the naming, DCS notes that “iPhone 19” is a tentative label. He described it simply as “the next generation iPhone,” so the final name could be different.
