<p>The OriginOS 6 update, based on Android 16, has nearly reached all eligible high-end phones and is now expanding to mid-range phones. The latest to join the party is the iQOO Neo 10R. The update has arrived right on schedule and is planned to cover more Vivo and iQOO devices over the coming weeks.</p>

<p>The iQOO Neo 10R is getting the OriginOS 6 update (<a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/neo10R/comments/1poxlh5/i_got_a_origin_os_6_stable_update_on_neo_10r/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">via</a>) with the firmware version <strong>PD2352BF_EX_A_16.1.10.7.W30</strong>. For now, it’s available to those who have already installed the beta build. However, its expansion to other users shouldn’t take long.</p>

<div><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/iQOO-Neo-10R-OriginOS-6-update-461x1024.jpeg?x44794" class="td-modal-image"><div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/iQOO-Neo-10R-OriginOS-6-update-461x1024.jpeg?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R OriginOS 6 update" class="wp-image-719829" width="210" height="463" /></figure></div></a></div>

<p>For the beta users, the update package weighs just 137MB, as it only changes the beta state to stable, along with a few improvements. Non-beta users will receive a significantly larger update package with a download size of about 3-5GB.</p>

<p>If you’re rocking an iQOO Neo 10R, go to <strong>Settings &gt; About phone &gt; System updates</strong> to check for the available update. If the update isn’t available, check back again later. Major updates are usually rolled out in batches, and therefore, may take a little longer to reach your device.</p>

<h2>Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s new in OriginOS 6 update</h2>

<p>OriginOS 6 is a pretty significant upgrade, especially for Vivo and iQOO devices outside China, as it marks the shift from Funtouch OS. The latest upgrade offers visual enhancements throughout the system, including improved lighting effects, better blur and transparency, and a new system font for improved readability.</p>

<p>The upgrade introduces Origin Island, which shows real-time updates, smart notifications, and timely suggestions. It also enables drag-and-drop sharing between apps. OriginOS 6 also features a redesigned Control Center and notification layout that feels modern and well-organized.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The lock screen gets new clock styles, deeper layout controls, and new widgets. The update also delivers noticeable performance gains, thanks to the new Origin Smooth Engine, leading to faster app launches, more fluid animations, and smoother multitasking. It also brings meaningful quality-of-life upgrades, such as cross-device features for Windows and Mac, AI-powered captions and search, improved notes, file management, and optimized battery efficiency.</p>

<h2><strong>Display </strong></h2>

<p>All three phones come with AMOLED displays, but there are notable differences. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/infinix-gt-30-pro/">Infinix GT 30 Pro 5G</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10r-5g/">iQOO Neo 10R</a> offer 6.78-inch flat displays, while the Realme P3 Ultra goes slightly larger at 6.83 inches and features a quad-curved design, which gives it a more premium look.</p>

<p>The GT 30 Pro stands out with a 144Hz refresh rate, making it ideal for gamers and smooth scrolling. Both Infinix and iQOO offer up to 1,500 nits peak brightness, while Realme is slightly lower at 1,100 nits. For users who value display responsiveness and visibility in sunlight, Infinix takes a slight lead. All three phones feature dual speakers with Hi-Res audio, but Infinix adds DTS audio enhancement for a richer sound experience.</p>

<h2><strong>Performance</strong></h2>

<p>When it comes to performance, all three phones bring flagship-level efficiency to the mid-range segment. The Infinix GT 30 Pro 5G and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-p3-ultra/">Realme P3 Ultra</a> are powered by<a href="http://https;//www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-8350"> MediaTek’s Dimensity 8350</a> chip — Ultimate and Ultra versions respectively — while the iQOO Neo 10R stands out with the more performance-focused <a href="http://https;//www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8s-gen-3">Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 </a>chipset, ideal for gaming and heavy multitasking.</p>

<p>In terms of RAM and storage, all three phones offer up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. However, Infinix uses LPDDR5X RAM and faster UFS 4.0 storage, while Realme also features LPDDR5X RAM but with UFS 3.1. The iQOO Neo 10R offers UFS 4.1 on the 256GB variant and UFS 3.1 on the 128GB model, giving it a storage speed advantage only at the higher tier.</p>

<p>Battery and charging specs are also impressive across the board. The Infinix GT 30 Pro (Indian variant) features a 5,500mAh battery, slightly higher than the global version (5,200mAh), and supports 45W wired and 20W wireless charging — a rare inclusion at this price point. Realme P3 Ultra packs a 6,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, while iQOO Neo 10R leads with a massive 6,400mAh cell and 80W charging. All three phones also support bypass charging, which helps reduce heat during intensive gaming sessions.</p>

<p>In short, iQOO leads with battery size and charging speed, but Infinix strikes a unique balance with wireless charging and high-speed memory at a more affordable price. Realme offers solid middle-ground performance with large battery and premium RAM, making all three competitive depending on what you prioritize.</p>

<h2><strong>Cameras</strong></h2>

<p>The Infinix GT 30 Pro features a 108-megapixel main camera with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, offering high resolution for detailed shots. Realme and iQOO, on the other hand, opt for 50-megapixel main sensors with ultra-wide support — possibly offering better tuning but lower resolution. For selfies, iQOO leads with a 32-megapixel front camera, while Realme offers 16 megapixels and Infinix comes with 13 megapixels. So, if front camera quality is a priority, iQOO might have the edge.</p>

<h2><strong>Design</strong></h2>

<p>When it comes to design, Infinix leans into gaming aesthetics with its Cyber Mecha 2.0 back panel, LED lighting, and physical gaming triggers — a clear appeal to mobile gamers. Realme takes a more stylish approach with a glow-in-the-dark back, while iQOO keeps it subtle with a textured dual-tone design.</p>

<h2><strong>Final thoughts</strong></h2>

<p>While each phone has its own strengths, the Infinix GT 30 Pro 5G offers the best balance of features and pricing. It’s especially suitable for gamers and users looking for a high-refresh-rate display, gaming-friendly design, and strong performance at a lower price point.</p>

<p>The Realme P3 Ultra offers a stylish design and curved display, while the iQOO Neo 10R delivers maximum performance, especially for power users. Ultimately, your choice should depend on whether you prioritize aesthetics, performance, or gaming-focused features</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing and value</strong></h3>

<p>In terms of pricing, the Infinix GT 30 Pro 5G starts at Rs 24,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant and Rs 26,999 for 12GB + 256GB. That’s great value considering the specs.</p>

<p>Realme starts at <a href="https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0F83YKJSN?tag=disconatio-21&amp;linkCode=ogi&amp;th=1&amp;psc=1" rel="sponsored nofollow">Rs 26,999 </a>for 8GB + 128GB, going up to Rs 29,999 for 12GB + 256GB. iQOO Neo 10R is priced from <a href="https://www.amazon.in/dp/B0DW471L9F?tag=disconatio-21&amp;linkCode=ogi&amp;th=1&amp;psc=1" rel="sponsored nofollow">Rs 26,999</a> to Rs 30,999 depending on the configuration. Infinix offers more RAM and storage at a lower price, making it appealing to cost-conscious buyers.</p>

<p>With the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/05/26/iqoo-neo-10-launch-for-rs-31999/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">launch of the iQOO Neo 10</a>, the company has expanded the Neo 10 lineup in the Indian market. Back in March 2025, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/03/11/iqoo-neo-10r-launched-in-india/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO Neo 10R made its debut in India</a>. So with both models being budget flagships, here&#8217;s everything different about these two devices.</p>

<h3>iQOO Neo 10 vs iQOO Neo 10R: Design and Display</h3>

<p>In terms of design, you can immediately tell that both devices are a part of the same family. They appear quite similar, with a distinct rounded square camera module at the back. But while the Neo 10 comes in Inferno Red and Titanium Chrome, the Neo 10R is available in MoonKnight Titanium and Raging Blue options.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-1024x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10" class="wp-image-688553" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-768x768.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-696x696.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-1068x1068.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10-420x420.jpg 420w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/iQOO-Neo-10.jpg 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>On the front, the similarities appear once again as both models sport a tall 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. The iQOO Neo 10 has a few advantages, including a 4320Hz PWM dimming and higher peak brightness of 5500 nits. Interestingly, the iQOO Neo 10R brings a faster 480Hz touch sampling rate over the Neo 10&#8217;s 360Hz touch sampling rate.</p>

<h3>Performance</h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1.webp?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R" class="wp-image-676725" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-300x169.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-768x432.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-696x392.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-747x420.webp 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>In terms of performance, the iQOO Neo 10 easily takes the lead thanks to Qualcomm&#8217;s newer and more powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. The Neo 10R, on the other hand, packs the older Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. The former also tops out at 16GB + 512GB, while the latter&#8217;s highest variant offers 12GB + 256GB only. Since the iQOO Neo 10 is a next gen processor, you get better performance and power efficiency overall. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 also brings a big update on graphical performance, making it a great chip for mobile gaming.</p>

<h3>Battery &amp; Charging</h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="685" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1024x685.jpeg?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R 5G" class="wp-image-670430" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1024x685.jpeg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-300x201.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-768x514.jpeg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-696x465.jpeg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1068x714.jpeg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-628x420.jpeg 628w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image.jpeg 1446w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R 5G</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Even in terms of battery capacity and charging speeds, the Neo 10 has the advantage with a humongous 7,000mAh battery pack that supports 120W wired fast charging. The iQOO Neo 10R houses a smaller but still notable 6,400mAh cell, with support for slower 80W wired fast charging.</p>

<h3>Pricing and Availability</h3>

<p>As of right now, the iQOO Neo 10R sells in India for around 27,000 INR for the base 8GB + 128GB model. This makes it a great choice to consider for those looking for a gaming phone at a strict budget of under 30,000 INR. However, the new iQOO Neo 10 isn&#8217;t a lot more expensive as it starting from 31,999 INR for the 8GB + 128GB model. For a slightly higher price tag, you get a larger battery, faster charging, and a more advanced chipset that can handle gaming better.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO </a>is a known brand that makes smartphones with cutting edge hardware at a reasonable price tag. Two great examples of this are the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10r-5g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO Neo 10R </a>and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-iqoo-neo-9-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO Neo 9 Pro</a>. But which one is a better affordable flagship and which offers better value? Read on to find out.</p>

<h3>iQOO Neo 10R vs iQOO Neo 9 Pro: Design &amp; Display</h3>

<p>Considering both of these devices are affordable flagships, the Chinese brand skips a metal frame in favor of a plastic one for the design. But for those looking for a more premium build quality, the Neo 9 Pro features a glass or vegan leather rear panel. Meanwhile, the Neo 10R has a plastic back. However, the iQOO Neo 10R fires back with an IP64 rating for protection against dust and low pressure water jets. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro only offers an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="854" height="763" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Screenshot-2025-01-17-162520.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-669072" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Screenshot-2025-01-17-162520.png 854w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Screenshot-2025-01-17-162520-300x268.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Screenshot-2025-01-17-162520-768x686.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Screenshot-2025-01-17-162520-696x622.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Screenshot-2025-01-17-162520-470x420.png 470w" sizes="(max-width: 854px) 100vw, 854px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 9 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>On the front, both models sport a tall 6.78-inch AMOLED display (LTPO on the Neo 9 Pro) with an FHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. The Neo 10R has a brighter peak brightness of 4500 nits, while the Neo 9 Pro maxes out at 3000 nits. So you can expect a similar visual experience on both models for the most part.</p>

<h3>Specifications</h3>

<p>There are plenty of differences between the iQOO Neo 10R and Neo 9 Pro in terms of specs and features. One of these is the chipset with the iQOO Neo 9 Pro packing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. While the Neo 10R has a newer Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, the performance on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 matches if not slightly surpasses the 8s Gen 3.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1.webp?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R" class="wp-image-676725" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-300x169.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-768x432.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-696x392.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576-1-747x420.webp 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>A sizeable 5,160mAh battery pack powers the Neo 9 Pro, which supports an impressive 120W wired fast charging. However, the iQOO Neo 10R offers a major upgrade with a massive 6,400mAh cell, although it only supports 80W wired fast charging. The duo feature a 50MP (Main) + 8MP (Ultra Wide) dual camera setup on the rear. For selfies and video calls, the Neo 10R has a 32MP shooter and the Neo 9 Pro packs a 16MP sensor. It is worth noting that iQOO&#8217;s Neo 9 Pro offers 8K recording at 30fps (Neo 10R maxes out at 4K recording).</p>

<h3>Pricing &amp; Verdict</h3>

<p>The iQOO Neo 10R is a newer smartphone from the brand, which debuted in India with a <a href="https://www.amazon.in/iQOO-Snapdragon-Processor-Slimmest-Smartphone/dp/B0DW47XR3X?tag=disconatio-21" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">₹26,999</a> starting price tag for the 8GB+128GB variant. On the other hand, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is currently selling for <a href="https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07WHRG92T?tag=disconatio-21" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">₹31,998</a> for the 8GB + 128GB option. It typically sells for ₹34,999, but the device is currently on sale. </p>

<p>So depending on your preferences, you won&#8217;t go wrong with either model. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is a more rounded option with a better design and capable performance. However, the iQOO Neo 10R is more affordable and will offer longer software support.</p>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10r-5g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO Neo 10R</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/nothing-phone-3a/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nothing Phone 3a</a> are two of the latest mid-range contenders, each with their own different approach. iQOO prioritizes raw performance, while Nothing focuses on a more balanced experience with clean software and a design-centric identity, complete with the Glyph interface.</p>

<p>But when it comes to everyday use, which one actually offers the better deal?</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-vs-Nothing-Phone-3a.jpg?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R vs Nothing Phone 3a" class="wp-image-677149" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-vs-Nothing-Phone-3a.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-vs-Nothing-Phone-3a-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-vs-Nothing-Phone-3a-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-vs-Nothing-Phone-3a-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/iQOO-Neo-10R-vs-Nothing-Phone-3a-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<h3><strong>Design and Build</strong></h3>

<p>Both phones have distinct design choices that set them apart. The iQOO Neo 10R uses a glass front with Schott Xensation Up for protection but opts for a plastic back and frame, which is standard for its price range. It does, however, come with IP65 water and dust resistance, meaning it&#8217;s protected against dust and low-pressure water jets.</p>

<p>The Nothing Phone 3a takes a different route. It continues the brand’s signature transparent back design but now features three LED light strips for notifications, a camera fill light, and customization options. However, it only has IP64 protection, which means it can handle splashes but isn’t as resistant as the iQOO Neo 10R.</p>

<p>In terms of size, they are nearly identical, but the Nothing Phone 3a is slightly heavier at 201g, compared to the 196g iQOO Neo 10R. This weight difference is minor but could be noticeable if you prefer lighter devices.</p>

<h3><strong>Display</strong></h3>

<p>The iQOO Neo 10R has a clear advantage when it comes to display specs. It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. These numbers put it in flagship territory, at least in terms of smoothness and outdoor visibility. The resolution is 1260 x 2800 pixels, making it sharper than the Nothing Phone 3a’s 1080 x 2392 display.</p>

<p>Nothing’s approach is different. The 6.77-inch AMOLED panel maxes out at 120Hz and peaks at 3000 nits, which is still plenty bright. However, it lacks the extreme refresh rate of iQOO’s phone, which could be a deciding factor for those who prioritize smooth scrolling or gaming.&nbsp;</p>

<h3><strong>Performance and Software</strong></h3>

<p>This is where the iQOO Neo 10R takes a clear lead. It comes with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, a toned-down version of Qualcomm’s top-tier chipset. It features a 3.0 GHz Cortex-X4 core, which should ensure high-end performance for demanding tasks like gaming and multitasking.</p>

<p>The Nothing Phone 3a, in comparison, runs on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. While it’s a solid mid-range chip, it lacks the firepower of the 8s Gen 3, especially in GPU-heavy tasks. The Adreno 735 in the iQOO Neo 10R is significantly more powerful than the Adreno 710 in the Nothing Phone 3a.</p>

<p>Both phones run Android 15 out of the box with their skins on top. Funtouch OS 15 on the iQOO Neo 10R leans towards feature-packed customization, while Nothing OS 3.1 maintains a cleaner, near-stock Android experience.&nbsp;</p>

<p>If you prefer minimalism, the Nothing Phone 3a may be the better pick. Software support could be the another deciding factor—Nothing promises six years of Android updates and security patches, whereas iQOO offers three years of OS upgrades and four years of security updates for the Neo 10R.</p>

<h3><strong>Cameras</strong></h3>

<p>The Nothing Phone 3a wins on sheer versatility for cameras. It packs a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. The inclusion of a telephoto lens immediately makes it more flexible for different shooting conditions. The phone also supports 4K video recording at 30fps with gyro-EIS stabilization.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, the iQOO Neo 10R sticks to a dual-camera setup—a 50MP main sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide. While its main sensor is solid, the lack of a telephoto lens limits its zoom capabilities. On the selfie side, both phones offer a 32MP camera, though the Nothing Phone 3a is limited to 1080p video recording, whereas the iQOO Neo 10R can record at 4K 60fps.</p>

<p>For those who rely heavily on zoom and portrait shots, the Nothing Phone 3a has the better setup. But if you’re only concerned with the main and front cameras, the differences might not be drastic.</p>

<h3><strong>Battery and Charging</strong></h3>

<p>The iQOO Neo 10R takes the lead here with a 6400mAh battery, compared to the 5000mAh battery in the Nothing Phone 3a. That’s a significant difference, which should translate into longer endurance, especially with the more efficient Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.</p>

<p>Both phones support fast charging, but with slightly different speeds:</p>

<ul><li>iQOO Neo 10R: 80W wired charging, reaching 50% in 26 minutes and 100% in 55 minutes</li><li>Nothing Phone 3a: 50W wired charging, reaching 50% in 19 minutes and 100% in 56 minutes</li></ul>

<p>Nothing&#8217;s faster initial charge speed is useful for quick top-ups, but iQOO&#8217;s larger battery should make up for it in endurance. Additionally, the iQOO Neo 10R supports reverse wired charging, which is missing on the Nothing Phone 3a.</p>

<h3><strong>Verdict</strong></h3>

<p>Both phones cater to different audiences. If performance and battery life are your main priorities, the iQOO Neo 10R is the better pick, thanks to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, 144Hz display, and 6400mAh battery. It’s a practical choice for power users and gamers.</p>

<p>On the other hand, the Nothing Phone 3a focuses on design, camera versatility, and a cleaner software experience. The LED Glyph lights make it stand out, while the 50MP telephoto camera adds shooting flexibility. It’s a better option if you prioritize aesthetics and a balanced camera setup.</p>

<p>Ultimately, it comes down to whether you value raw performance or a more refined software and camera experience.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo">iQOO</a> is gearing up to unveil the iQOO Neo 10R <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/04/iqoo-neo-10r-launch-date-officially-confirmed-heres-everything-known-so-far/">on March 11 in India</a>. The landing pages of the phone available on iQOO India and Amazon have confirmed several details about the Neo 10R. Additionally, the brand has also rolled out a press release to confirm the key details of the device. It also mentions the camera specifications of the phone, which are slightly different from expectations.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Neo 10R camera specifications</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576.png?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R" class="wp-image-674838" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1536x864.png 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured-747x420.png 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Featured.png 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Reports have claimed that the iQOO Neo 10R will be a rebranded version of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-iqoo-z9-turbo-endurance-edition/">Z9 Turbo Endurance Edition</a>, which debuted in January in China. The Endurance Edition comes in three options, such as blue, white, and black.</p>

<p>The Neo 10R is confirmed to launch in <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/07/iqoo-neo-10r-moonknight-titanium-with-sleek-look-officially-revealed/">Moonknight Titanium</a> and Raging Blue, the latter featuring a blue-white dual-tone finish. Another key difference is in the front camera, as the Neo 10R is equipped with a 32-megapixel selfie shooter that supports up to 4K 60fps video recording, whereas the Z9 Turbo Endurance Edition has a 16-megapixel front camera. The rest of the specifications appear to be identical on both devices. Therefore, the Neo 10R can be considered a tweaked version rather than a simple rebranded edition of the Z9 Endurance Edition.</p>

<p>iQOO India has also confirmed that the Neo 10R’s rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel (1/1.953-inch) Sony primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The primary camera appears to be the Sony LYT-600 sensor.</p>

<p>The Neo 10R will be powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8s-gen-3">Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 </a>chipset. The gaming-focused phone will come with features like a dedicated e-sports mode, a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/22/iqoo-arena-debuts-in-delhi/">stable 90fps gaming experience</a>, an in-built FPS meter, a 2000Hz instant touch sampling rate, bypass charging, and 6043mm² vapor cooling chamber.</p>

<p>The device features an AMOLED panel that supports a 1.5K resolution, a 3840Hz PWM dimming, and up to 4500nits of local peak brightness. It will house a massive 6,400mAh battery inside a 7.98mm slim chassis and offer <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/14/iqoo-neo-10r-to-support-80w-fast-charging/">80W fast charging</a>. One of the variants will offer 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It is expected to arrive with a sub-Rs 30,000 price tag.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO</a> has already rolled out its flagship iQOO 13, powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite. Now, it’s time for the brand to expand its more affordable and mid-range lineup.</p>

<p>The company is gearing up to expand its lineup with several new devices. The company is set to launch the iQOO Neo 10R in India this March, followed by the iQOO Z10 series and iQOO Neo 11 series later this year. Here’s what we know so far.</p>

<h2><strong>iQOO Neo 10R&nbsp;</strong></h2>

<p>Scheduled to launch on March 11, 2025, the iQOO Neo 10R is the company’s latest performance-centric offering for the <a href="https://geni.us/jzNn" rel="sponsored nofollow">Indian market</a>. The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and is geared toward gamers, offering 90fps gameplay and a 2,000Hz instant touch sampling rate. It will be available in two colors—Moonlight Titanium and Raging Blue, the latter featuring a dual-tone finish.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="819" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue-819x1024.png?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R in Raging Blue" class="wp-image-671781" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue-819x1024.png 819w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue-240x300.png 240w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue-768x960.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue-696x870.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue-1068x1335.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue-336x420.png 336w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-Raging-Blue.png 1080w" sizes="(max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R in Raging Blue</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>On the camera front, the Neo 10R packs a dual rear camera setup, headlined by a 50MP primary sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 16MP front-facing shooter.</p>

<p>The device boasts a hefty 6,400mAh battery with 80W fast charging. It’s expected to launch with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Up front, there’s a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 14, and features an in-screen fingerprint sensor.</p>

<p>To build hype ahead of launch, iQOO has opened its<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/22/iqoo-arena-debuts-in-delhi/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> first-ever pop-up store</a>, the iQOO Arena, at Select City Walk Mall in Saket, New Delhi. Running from February 21 to 23, 2025 (11 AM to 7 PM), the venue gives potential buyers a hands-on look at the Neo 10R—especially its gaming-focused features, including 90fps support.</p>

<h2><strong>iQOO Z10 Series</strong></h2>

<p>iQOO Z10 is the company’s upcoming line of smartphones with four models reportedly in the works: the Z10x, Z10, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-z10-turbo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Z10 Turbo</a>, and<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-z10-turbo-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"> Z10 Turbo Pro</a>.</p>

<p>A standout feature across the lineup could be massive battery capacities as the phones in the lineup are expected to pack up to 7,000mAh.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="762" height="532" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/QOO-Z9-Turbo-Endurance-Edition.png?x44794" alt="iQOO-Z9-Turbo-Endurance-Edition" class="wp-image-666187" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/QOO-Z9-Turbo-Endurance-Edition.png 762w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/QOO-Z9-Turbo-Endurance-Edition-300x209.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/QOO-Z9-Turbo-Endurance-Edition-696x486.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/QOO-Z9-Turbo-Endurance-Edition-602x420.png 602w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/QOO-Z9-Turbo-Endurance-Edition-100x70.png 100w" sizes="(max-width: 762px) 100vw, 762px" /><figcaption>iQOO Z9 Turbo Endurance Edition</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>At the top of the line, the Z10 Turbo Pro is rumored to be in testing with Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8s Elite processor. Meanwhile, the standard Z10 Turbo is expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 SoC. Both models will feature 1.5K LTPS flat displays with a 144Hz refresh rate, along with a dedicated independent graphics chip for enhanced performance.</p>

<p>Beyond that, details on the Z10 series remain scarce. But from what’s surfaced so far, it looks like iQOO is putting a strong emphasis on battery life for its next wave of Z-series phones.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Neo 11</strong></h3>

<p>While official details are scarce, leaks suggest the iQOO Neo 11 series is in development and could bring some notable upgrades over its predecessors.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="655" height="522" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro.png?x44794" alt="iQOO-Neo10-Pro" class="wp-image-662408" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro.png 655w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro-300x239.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro-527x420.png 527w" sizes="(max-width: 655px) 100vw, 655px" /></figure></div>

<p>One of the biggest rumored improvements? A massive <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/22/iqoo-14-series-and-neo-11-battery-details-surface-in-new-leak/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">7,500mAh battery</a>—a significant jump from the 6,100mAh cell in the iQOO Neo 10. This boost in battery capacity would be beneficial for users who engage in power-intensive activities such as gaming or streaming.</p>

<p>However, charging speeds are expected to stay the same, meaning while battery life will improve, the time required for a full charge likely won’t see a major reduction.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO 14 Series</strong></h3>

<p>We’re still months away from an official <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/iqoo-14/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO 14</a> reveal—expected in October—but leaks are already surfacing. Like the Neo 11 and Z10 series, the iQOO 14 and 14 Pro are rumored to pack 7,000mAh batteries.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-1024x576.jpeg?x44794" alt="iQOO-13" class="wp-image-668390" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-1024x576.jpeg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-300x169.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-768x432.jpeg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-1536x864.jpeg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-696x392.jpeg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-1068x601.jpeg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13-746x420.jpeg 746w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-13.jpeg 1802w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>Under the hood, the phones are expected to feature Qualcomm’s next-gen Snapdragon 8 Elite successor. Another interesting shift could be the display—rumors suggest iQOO might ditch BOE and Visionox OLED panels in favor of flat Samsung OLED screens, potentially improving brightness, efficiency, and overall display quality.</p>

<p>While details on other hardware remain under wraps, it’s safe to expect iQOO to bring high-refresh-rate displays, upgraded cameras, and improved connectivity to compete with other flagship devices. More leaks should fill in the gaps as we get closer to launch.</p>

With nearly a month remaining for the launch, the brand has been gradually confirming key details about the Neo 10R. The most recent update from the brand has revealed the fast charging capabilities of the device.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Neo 10R’s fast charging speed revealed</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="720" height="900" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-80W-charging.png?x44794" alt="iQOO-Neo-10R-80W-charging" class="wp-image-673171" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-80W-charging.png 720w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-80W-charging-240x300.png 240w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-80W-charging-696x870.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/iQOO-Neo-10R-80W-charging-336x420.png 336w" sizes="(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R supports 80W rapid charging</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The latest teaser reveals that the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10r-5g/">IQOO Neo 10R</a> will support 80W fast charging. The accompanying image shows two holes on the top edge. Among these, one could be for the microphone, whereas the other one could be an IR blaster.</p>

<p>Apart from this, the company has also confirmed through recent teasers that the Neo 10R will be equipped with the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8s-gen-3">Snapdragon 8s Gen 3</a> chipset and offer gaming capabilities, such as 90fps gaming and a 2,000Hz instant touch sampling rate. It is also confirmed to arrive in two shades: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/07/iqoo-neo-10r-moonknight-titanium-with-sleek-look-officially-revealed/">Moonlight Titanium</a> and Raging Blue, which has a dual-tone finish.</p>

<p>As per other reports, the iQOO Neo 10R will be equipped with a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/26/iqoo-neo-10r-5g-to-arrive-with-6400mah-battery-144hz-amoled-display/">massive 6,400mAh battery</a>. On the front, it will have a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/26/iqoo-neo-10r-5g-to-arrive-with-6400mah-battery-144hz-amoled-display/">a 144Hz refresh rate</a>. The device will run on Funtouch OS 15-based Android 14 and feature an in-screen fingerprint sensor for security.</p>

<p>The iQOO Neo 10R is expected to feature a 16-megapixel camera for selfies. On the back, it is said to feature an OIS-enabled 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. It is also expected to support <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/27/iqoo-neo-10r-4k-60fps-video-90fps-gaming/">4K 60fps video recording</a>.</p>

<p>The iQOO Neo 10R is expected to arrive with a sub-Rs 30,000 price tag. This indicates that it could be a good rival for the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x6-pro/">Poco X6 Pro</a>, which features the Dimensity 8400-Ultra chipset.</p>

<p>Several smartphones are expected to launch in February. However, we are only excited about some of them.</p>

<p>One of these devices is the most anticipated foldable of 2025. Another one is an annual Ultra phone from a popular Chinese brand.</p>

<p>The remaining models are mid-rangers. One of them is performance-focused, while the other is camera and design-oriented.</p>

<p>Let’s take a look at these products.</p>

<h2><strong>Upcoming Smartphones February 2025</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Oppo Find N5</strong></h3>

<p>Oppo is gearing up to debut its 4th book-style foldable smartphone. The device is officially called <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-find-n5/">Oppo Find N5</a> and it will succeed the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-find-n3/">Oppo Find N3</a> from late 2023.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="503" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-1024x503.jpg?x44794" alt="Oppo Find N5 live shot" class="wp-image-669251" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-1024x503.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-300x147.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-768x378.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-696x342.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-1068x525.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-854x420.jpg 854w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-324x160.jpg 324w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot-533x261.jpg 533w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Oppo-Find-N5-live-shot.jpg 1076w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/19/oppo-find-n5s-first-look-revealed-in-live-shot-compares-design-with-find-n3/">Oppo Find N5 official teaser image</a></figcaption></figure>

<p>As the new model is arriving more than a year after its predecessor, it will pack some serious upgrades. Thanks to official teasers and unofficial leaks, we know a lot about this product.</p>

<p>For starters, it will launch as the world’s thinnest foldable. It will be about as thin as the USB Type-C port when unfolded.</p>

<p>Despite its thinness, the phone is expected to house a large 5,700mAh battery. On top of that, it will support 80W wired and 50W wireless charging standards.</p>

<p>The Find N5 will come with not one but three IP ratings, namely IPX6, IPX8, and IPX9. Lastly, it is rumored to feature a 7-core variant of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.</p>

<h3><strong>Xiaomi 15 Ultra</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/Xiaomi-15-Ultra/">Xiaomi 15 Ultra</a> will be the company’s 6th Ultra smartphone. It will be more of a yearly upgrade model.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="774" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-774x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi-15-Ultra-hands-on" class="wp-image-671621" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-774x1024.jpg 774w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-227x300.jpg 227w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-768x1015.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-1162x1536.jpg 1162w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-696x920.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-1068x1412.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image-318x420.jpg 318w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Xiaomi-15-Ultra-image.jpg 1440w" sizes="(max-width: 774px) 100vw, 774px" /><figcaption><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/02/03/xiaomi-15-ultra-launch-date-revealed-hands-on-video-leaked/">Xiaomi 15 Ultra leaks in a hands-on video</a></figcaption></figure>

<p>The device will retain the giant circular module from its forerunners, however, the sensors will be arranged differently. The quad-camera setup will include a 50MP Sony LYT-900 primary sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN5 ultrawide unit, a 50MP Sony IMX858 3x telephoto snapper, and a 200 Samsung HP9 4.3x periscope telephoto shooter.</p>

<p>It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Under the hood, it is expected to pack a 6,000mAh battery and support 90W wired as well as 50W wireless charging standards.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Neo 10R</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10r-5g/">iQOO Neo 10R</a> will be the latest mid-range powerhouse from the brand for India. It will house a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and is expected to start at around ₹30,000 in the country.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1024x685.jpeg?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R 5G" class="wp-image-670430" width="1024" height="685" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1024x685.jpeg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-300x201.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-768x514.jpeg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-696x465.jpeg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1068x714.jpeg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-628x420.jpeg 628w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image.jpeg 1446w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R</figcaption></figure>

<p>The handset is tipped to draw energy from a 6,400mAh battery. It is said to come with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary camera and an 8MP ultrawide unit.</p>

<p>Other anticipated features include a 1.5K 144Hz OLED display, up to 12GB + 256GB memory configuration, and Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15.</p>

<h3><strong>Vivo V50</strong></h3>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-v50/">Vivo V50</a> is set to arrive alone this time around. The ‘Pro’ model is expected to be released sometime later.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="472" height="589" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Vivo-V50.jpg?x44794" alt="Vivo V50" class="wp-image-671067" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Vivo-V50.jpg 472w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Vivo-V50-240x300.jpg 240w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/Vivo-V50-337x420.jpg 337w" sizes="(max-width: 472px) 100vw, 472px" /><figcaption>Vivo V50</figcaption></figure>

<p>The device is said to be a modified version of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/">Vivo S20</a>. However, unlike the S20, the V50 will have Zeiss cameras.</p>

<p>The handset is anticipated to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip and a 6,000mAh battery. Despite a large-sized battery, the product may have a thickness of just 7.2mm.</p>

<p>The phone will sport three 50MP cameras: two on the rear (wide + ultrawide) and one on the front (with autofocus). Lasty, it will flaunt a 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz micro-curved OLED display.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO</a> is gearing up to launch the Neo 10R in India this month. <p>This new color variant sticks to iQOO’s signature dual-tone design. The back panel features a squircle camera module, with the majority in blue and a white section on the side.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This colorway is reportedly designed solely for India and won&#8217;t be available in other regions. The design echoes the Rally Orange variant previously launched in China as part of the iQOO Neo 10 series.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/">iQOO</a> launched the Neo9 and Neo9 Pro in India back in February last year. The successors were launched in China towards the end of last year as normal, but there hasn&#8217;t been much information about the availability in India. Surprisingly, the brand is preparing a new model under the Neo10 series, the Neo10R, which will launch in India &#8216;soon&#8217;. The confirmation comes from Nipun Marya, the CEO of iQOO India.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="819" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official-819x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-670816" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official-819x1024.jpg 819w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official-240x300.jpg 240w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official-768x960.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official-696x870.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official-1068x1335.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official-336x420.jpg 336w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/iQOO-Neo10R-design-official.jpg 1080w" sizes="(max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px" /></figure>

<h2>iQOO Neo10R back design confirmed</h2>

<p>He made a post on Twitter yesterday stating &#8220;The game-changer is here&#8221; with a poster that includes the Neo 10R naming and reveals a two-tone design. Notably, the bottom half portion looks somewhat similar to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10/">Neo10</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10-pro/">Neo10 Pro</a>, with the dotted structure, vertical iQOO branding (unlike the Neo9 series), and the Neo branding below the camera module. Upon closer inspection, the image also confirms the previously rumored switch to a square camera island design.</p>

<p>To be fair, iQOO took a big shift in design in only one generation. First, the brand integrated the individual camera modules within a rectangular camera island. Now it&#8217;s opting for a much larger and conventional looking back design. While this is a design update, I personally feel like the Neo series will be losing part of its identity with this redesign. However, it could also be a strategic move to differentiate the &#8216;R&#8217; model from the standard and Pro models, which, in my opinion, look more premium.</p>

<p>As for the performance, the company has already confirmed the use of Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. For reference, the Neo10 and Neo10 Pro (in China) equips the Snapdragon 8 gen 3 and Dimensity 9400 chips respectively. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 is considered a &#8220;cut-down&#8221; or scaled-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. You can learn more about the differences <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/05/16/snapdragon-8s-gen-3-vs-8-gen-3-comparison/">here</a>. <p>Over the last few days, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/24/iqoo-neo-10r-teased-india/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO shared teasers for the iQOO Neo 10R</a>. This upcoming smartphone is expected to launch in the Indian market soon. But ahead of its official debut, the iQOO Neo 10R has just been spotted in a new leak, which revealed some of its features. So let&#8217;s check it out.</p>

<h2>iQOO Neo 10R Gaming and Video Recording Capabilities Revealed</h2>

<p>The news arrives from a <em><a href="https://www.mysmartprice.com/gear/mobiles/mobiles-news/iqoo-neo-10r-video-recording-gaming-capability-exclusive-leak/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">MySmartPrice </a></em>report, which revealed a few details regarding the iQOO Neo 10R. As per sources close to the matter, the iQOO Neo 10R will offer support for 4K 60fps video recording from its cameras. You&#8217;re also getting support for 90fps in gaming as well. It can offer higher framerate thanks to the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. To recall, the Chinese company previously <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/25/iqoo-neo-10r-design-revealed-confirmed-to-be-powered-by-snapdragon-8s-gen-3/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">teased the upcoming smartphone with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3</a>.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1024x685.jpeg?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10R 5G" class="wp-image-670430" width="713" height="477" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1024x685.jpeg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-300x201.jpeg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-768x514.jpeg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-696x465.jpeg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-1068x714.jpeg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image-628x420.jpeg 628w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/01/image.jpeg 1446w" sizes="(max-width: 713px) 100vw, 713px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10R 5G</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>This teaser also confirmed its design as well. Based on what we know so far, the iQOO Neo 10R features a rectangular camera layout with rounded corners. This module houses a dual camera setup, with the module confirming OIS support (Optical Image Stabilization). The Neo 10R is expected to launch in two storage configurations, namely 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants. </p>

<p>On the front, the device is rumored to sport a tall 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution, and a 16MP selfie shooter. The rear packs a 50MP Sony LYT600 main camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. A massive 6,400mAh battery pack powers this device, which supports 80W wired fast charging. Rumors have hinted that the iQOO Neo 10R may launch for around 30,000 INR, so it would likely compete with devices like the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x7-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">POCO X7 Pro</a>. </p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO</a> is gearing up to launch the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10r-5g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 10R</a> smartphone in India soon. The first teaser dropped just yesterday, and the brand has confirmed the phone’s design and chipset via Amazon.</p>

<h2><strong>iQOO Neo 10R Design and Chipset</strong></h2>

<p>The Neo 10R features a distinct design compared to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 10</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 10 Pro</a>, which were launched in China in November. While the latter have a rectangular camera layout, the Neo 10R opts for a square module with rounded edges to house its dual-camera setup. </p>

<p>The LED flash is positioned on the left, outside the module. Additionally, an imprint of &#8220;OIS&#8221; confirms that the main lens will support optical image stabilization.</p>

<p>More importantly, another teaser confirms that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. The processor consists of one Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3GHz, four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.8GHz, and three Cortex-A520 cores at 2GHz.</p>

<h2><strong>Rest of the specs</strong></h2>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/21/iqoo-neo-10r-specs-price-range-launch-timeline-leak/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">According to a previous report</a>, iQOO will pair the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 with two RAM and storage options: 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB.</p>

<p>On the front, the device will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 16MP selfie camera. On the back, it will sport a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor alongside an 8MP ultrawide lens.</p>

<p>Powering the device will be a massive 6,400mAh battery, supported by 80W fast charging. The Neo 10R is expected to launch in two color options: Blue White Slice and Lunar Titanium.</p>

<p>The device is expected to be priced under INR 30,000. At this price point, the Neo 10R 5G will compete with devices like the recently launched <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x7-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">POCO X7 Pro</a>, powered by the Dimensity 8400 (check out our <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/21/dimensity-8400-ultra-vs-snapdragon-8s-gen-3/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Dimensity 8400-Ultra vs. Snapdragon 8s Gen 3</a> for a detailed comparison), as well as the POCO F6 and Motorola Edge 50 Pro.</p>

<p>An executive from iQOO India has just shared a teaser that might hint at the launch of an upcoming smartphone. The device in question could be the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10r-5g/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO Neo 10R</a>. The company is expected to release a couple of new devices soon. So here&#8217;s what we know so far.</p>

<h2>iQOO Neo 10R arriving in India soon?</h2>

<p>The teaser was shared by iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya who shared a tweet that suggests that a new R model is in the works. His tweet reads &#8220;A𝐫e you 𝐫eady fo𝐫 the fi𝐫st 𝐫ema𝐫kable iQOO 𝐫eveal of 2025? 𝐑e𝐫ead &#8211; it might be 𝐫ight in the tweet!&#8221; The emphasis on the letter &#8220;r&#8221; clearly suggests that the iQOO Neo 10R might be making its debut in the Indian market soon. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="824" height="494" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/iQOO-Neo-10-Pro.webp?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-665122" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/iQOO-Neo-10-Pro.webp 824w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/iQOO-Neo-10-Pro-300x180.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/iQOO-Neo-10-Pro-768x460.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/iQOO-Neo-10-Pro-696x417.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/iQOO-Neo-10-Pro-701x420.webp 701w" sizes="(max-width: 824px) 100vw, 824px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 10 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>To recall, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/29/iqoo-neo10-neo10-pro-launched-snapdragon-8-gen-3-dimensity-9400-iqoo-13s-q2-gaming-chip-6400mm%c2%b2-vc-cooling-more/2/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO Neo 10 series</a> was first unveiled in China, consisting of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 10 </a>and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 10 Pro </a>models. But earlier this week, a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/21/iqoo-neo-10r-specs-price-range-launch-timeline-leak/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">big leak</a> revealed a lot of details regarding the iQOO Neo 10R. It will reportedly be equipped with a tall 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 16MP selfie shooter on the front, while the rear packs a 50MP (Main) + 8MP (Ultrawide) dual camera setup on the rear. </p>

<p>The Chinese brand is expected to launch the smartphone in two color options, namely Blue Shite Slice and Lunar Titanium. iQOO&#8217;s Neo 10R model could launch next month for around 30,000 INR. Although rumors point at three storage variants, which include 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. This is still just an unconfirmed report, so take this news with a pinch of salt. </p>

The device is claimed to come in two color options: Blue White Slice and Lunar Titanium. As for the price point, the device is said to be priced under the INR 30,000 mark. At this price point, the Neo 10R 5G will go up against devices like the recently launched Dimensity 8400-clad <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-x7-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">POCO X7 Pro</a> (check out <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/01/21/dimensity-8400-ultra-vs-snapdragon-8s-gen-3/">Dimensity 8400-Ultra vs Snapdragon 8s Gen 3</a>), the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-poco-f6/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">POCO F6</a>, and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-edge-50-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Motorola Edge 50 Pro</a>. From a purely gaming-centric perspective, the X7 Pro and the F6 out of <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/POCO/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">POCO</a>&#8216;s camp will be the main competitors.</p>

<p>After launching the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-iqoo-13/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO 13</a> in China in November, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO </a>is preparing for its Indian debut on December 3rd. Shortly after, the company might introduce another device. Reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav claims that the company is preparing to launch iQOO Neo 10R in the country.</p>

<p>If true, this would be the first for iQOO in India, as the company has never released a phone with the &#8220;R&#8221; suffix before. According to Yadav, the Neo 10R will offer three storage configurations: 8GB RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><a href="https://x.com/yabhishekhd/status/1862480688819179543"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="462" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo-10R-specs.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-662498" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo-10R-specs.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo-10R-specs-300x154.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo-10R-specs-768x394.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo-10R-specs-696x357.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo-10R-specs-818x420.jpg 818w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></a></figure></div>

<p>Details about the rest of the hardware remain under wraps, but iQOO&#8217;s past strategies might provide some clues. For instance, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro in India was a rebranded version of the Chinese Neo 9. If iQOO follows a similar approach, the Neo 10R might simply be a repackaged Neo 10 tailored for the Indian market.</p>

<h3><strong>What does the Neo 10 series offer?</strong></h3>

<p>Meanwhile, iQOO has already launched the Neo 10 series in China. The Neo 10 series boasts a familiar flat design reminiscent of last year&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-iqoo-neo-9/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 9</a> series, but with slimmer bezels measuring a mere 1.4mm. While the frame remains plastic, the camera island gets a design refresh, and a vegan leather version adds a touch of novelty.</p>

<p>Both <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 10</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Neo 10 Pro</a> sport a large 6.78-inch 1.5K+ 144Hz 8T LTPO display. Its peak brightness goes up to a staggering 1800 nits globally and 4500 nits locally, a significant improvement over the Neo 9&#8217;s 1400 nits peak brightness.  </p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="655" height="522" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro.png?x44794" alt="iQOO-Neo10-Pro" class="wp-image-662408" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro.png 655w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro-300x239.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/iQOO-Neo10-Pro-527x420.png 527w" sizes="(max-width: 655px) 100vw, 655px" /></figure>

<p>Under the hood, the Neo 10 features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, while the Neo 10 Pro runs on the Dimensity 9400 chipset. Both models include the Q2 gaming chip inherited from the upcoming iQOO 13 and a 6400mm² VC cooling system for sustained performance during intense gaming sessions.</p>

<p>Camera-wise, both Neo 10 and Neo 10 Pro rely on the Sony IMX921 main sensor, while the Pro model ups the ante with a 50MP ultrawide camera compared to the standard version&#8217;s 8MP offering.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>Both phones come with a substantial 6100mAh battery and support 120W fast charging with support for the 100W PPS protocol that promises a 50% charge in just 15 minutes. </p>
