iQOO’s next smartphone to debut will be the iQOO Neo 6 SE. The smartphone is scheduled to launch on May 6 and will succeed the iQOO Neo 5 SE that launched last year. Ahead of its release, the brand has been teasing the phone’s key highlights. In the newest teaser poster, iQOO has revealed the phone’s camera details.

According to the poster, the iQOO Neo 6 SE will feature a 64MP main camera which is the same as the Neo 6 but differs from the predecessor Neo 5 SE’s 50MP lens. Furthermore, the 64MP sensor will have support for Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).

Apart from this, the phone’s teaser also reaffirms the 80W fast charging support. It appears that most of the specs of the iQOO Neo 6 SE will be similar to the original iQOO Neo 6.

Other specs of the smartphone were teased recently. The smartphone will feature a 6.62-inch punch-hole display with a Full-HD+ resolution. It will be an OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Recent teasers revealed that the screen will have a whopping 1200Hz touch sampling rate, 1300 nits of brightness, and HDR10+ certification. The device is expected to come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC and have a 4,700mAh battery. As said earlier, it has an 80W fast charging support.

Earlier today (28th April 2022), iQOO shared a new teaser for its upcoming smartphone, the Neo 6 SE. The company has already shared a few teasers in the past, but the latest one offers us for information regarding its battery.

The new device was teased on the company’s official Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website) account, which also shared an image poster. Looking at this picture, we can see that the handset is powered by a large 4,700mAh battery pack that supports dual cell 80W flash charging support. As per official claims, the iQOO Neo 6 SE can be fully charged to 100 percent in just 30 minutes.

Furthermore, the Chinese smartphone maker also claimed that it has an excellent battery life thanks to improved power efficiency. So, one can play 24 matches of Honor of Kings, or watch videos/movies for up to 19 hours. As of right now, the device is already available for registrations. It is a high end model that is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC that is paired with an overclock UFS 3.1 storage and UFS Deep Defragmentation 2.0 technology as well.

As per per our previous report, the iQOO Neo 6 SE may sport a 6.62 inch FHD+ OLED display that has a punch hole camera cutout. Overall its specifications are quite similar to the Neo 6, which is powered by the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The smartphone is set to be unveiled on 6th May 2022 in China. Earlier this month, iQOO took wraps off the iQOO Neo 6 smartphone in China. The device comes with flagship hardware like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, 120Hz AMOLED screen, and an independent display chip. Now, it’s time for the lower-end variant of the phone which will likely be called the iQOO Neo 6 SE. The phone emerged on a few certifications in the past, but there wasn’t anything concrete revealing all of its details. The popular tipster DigitalChatStation has now revealed the phone’s key highlights. Let’s take a look.

The iQOO Neo 6 SE is tipped to come with a 6.62-inch punch-hole display with a Full-HD+ resolution. The screen will an OLED panel with a 120Hz touch sampling rate. This is the same as the iQOO Neo 6. Furthermore, the smartphone is said to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset. This is contrary to the previous rumors that said it will arrive with the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC.

As for the battery, the tipster reveals the device to pack a 4,700mAh cell that will support 80W fast charging technology. This would make the phone charge up to 30% in around 5 minutes. It appears that some of these specs have been recycled from the original iQOO Neo 6 as it has the same battery and charging speed. As said above, the display is also the same.

Having said that, the company might as well keep the overall design similar. Who knows? As of now, we only know that the chipset itself is changing. With these details out, we expect the phone’s release to be near.
