<p>Alongside the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/05/20/iqoo-15t-launched-specs-price/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO 15T</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">iQOO</a> today announced the new iQOO Pad 6 Pro in China. Like its smartphone sibling, the tablet comes with flagship hardware and several gaming-focused software features.</p>

<h2><strong>iQOO Pad 6 Pro Specifications</strong></h2>

<p>The iQOO Pad 6 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and a self-developed Monster over-core engine. The tablet uses a VC three-dimensional cooling system for cooling, and backing all of this is a 13,000mAh battery.&nbsp;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="900" height="600" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-Pad-6-Pro-Launch-Specs-Price.jpg?x44794" alt="iQOO Pad 6 Pro Launch Specs Price" class="wp-image-739028" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-Pad-6-Pro-Launch-Specs-Price.jpg 900w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-Pad-6-Pro-Launch-Specs-Price-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-Pad-6-Pro-Launch-Specs-Price-768x512.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-Pad-6-Pro-Launch-Specs-Price-696x464.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-Pad-6-Pro-Launch-Specs-Price-630x420.jpg 630w" sizes="(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px" /></figure></div>

<p>The front of the device is home to a 13.2-inch 4K resolution screen with a 144Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision support. According to iQOO, the Pad 6 Pro supports 13 native 4K games.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The company has added gaming features such as game super-resolution, super-frame enhancement, and improved touch response for a more immersive gaming experience. The tablet also supports 4K gameplay screenshots and 4K screen recording.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On the software side, the Pad 6 Pro runs OriginOS 6 HD. The system includes several productivity and cross-device features, including the Vivo office suite, lossless file transfer, XiaoV memory, Atomic Notes, and Atomic Workbench. iQOO says the tablet also supports PC-level application adaptation, which should improve multitasking and office use.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo/">iQOO</a> is starting to reveal more details about the upcoming iQOO Pad6 Pro, and the company is putting a heavy focus on gaming performance ahead of the tablet’s May 20 launch in China.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="768" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-768x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-738479" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-768x1024.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-225x300.jpg 225w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-696x928.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-1068x1424.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-scaled.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33ur7ci7j32bc334qv5-315x420.jpg 315w" sizes="(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px" /></figure></div>

<p>One of the biggest claims so far is support for 13 native 4K games, which is still relatively uncommon on Android tablets. According to iQOO, some shooting games can run at up to 4K resolution and 144fps in the company’s Monster+ mode, while certain open-world titles support up to 2.7K at 120fps. As always, actual gameplay performance will likely vary depending on the title, but the specs are clearly aimed at mobile gamers who want something beyond standard tablet gaming.</p>

</figure>

<p>The display itself also looks fairly impressive on paper. The Pad6 Pro features a large 13.2-inch 4K LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 1200 nits brightness, and Dolby Vision support. Between the high resolution and refresh rate alone, the tablet seems positioned somewhere between a gaming device and a portable media machine.</p>

<p>Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. iQOO is also highlighting a large internal cooling system to help sustain performance during longer gaming sessions. The company even claims AnTuTu scores exceeding 4.44 million points, although benchmark numbers do not always translate directly into real-world experience.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="768" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-768x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-738476" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-768x1024.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-225x300.jpg 225w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-1152x1536.jpg 1152w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-1536x2048.jpg 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-696x928.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-1068x1424.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-scaled.jpg 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/007B27Qzgy1id33za6hvdj32bc3341ky-315x420.jpg 315w" sizes="(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px" /></figure></div>

<p>Battery life could end up being another major selling point here. The Pad6 Pro packs a massive 13,000mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, which should at least help offset the power demands of a large high-refresh-rate 4K display. Audio also seems to be part of the package, with an 8-speaker setup designed for a more immersive gaming and media experience.</p>

<p>While the hardware shares a lot in common with the Vivo Pad6 Pro, iQOO appears to be marketing this version more aggressively toward gamers and performance-focused users. The tablet will reportedly launch in color options including Crystal Gray and Silver Wing.</p>

<p>Starting today, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo">iQOO</a> has started receiving pre-orders for its upcoming flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15T, in China. Alongside the phone, the company has also opened reservations for the iQOO Pad 6 Pro tablet and iQOO TWS 5i earbuds. While the official teaser images only reveal a glimpse of the products and promotional offers, recent leaks have already painted a fairly detailed picture of what users can expect from the new lineup.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO 15T: What to expect</strong></h3>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped">
<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1080" height="1440" data-id="737492"  src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-teaser.jpg?x44794" alt="iQOO 15T teaser" class="wp-image-737492" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-teaser.jpg 1080w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-teaser-225x300.jpg 225w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-teaser-768x1024.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-teaser-696x928.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-teaser-1068x1424.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-teaser-315x420.jpg 315w" sizes="(max-width: 1080px) 100vw, 1080px" /><figcaption>iQOO 15T&#8217;s teaser</figcaption></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="516" height="600" data-id="737435"  src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-image.jpg?x44794" alt="iQOO 15T image" class="wp-image-737435" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-image.jpg 516w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-image-258x300.jpg 258w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/05/iQOO-15T-image-361x420.jpg 361w" sizes="(max-width: 516px) 100vw, 516px" /><figcaption>iQOO 15T&#8217;s leaked image</figcaption></figure>
</figure>

<p>The teaser image shared by iQOO highlights the slim profile of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-15t">iQOO 15T</a> and hints at a large rear camera module. The company is also offering multiple pre-order benefits in China, including extended warranty support, battery-related benefits and trade-in offers. Apart from this, the teaser does not confirm hardware specifications yet.</p>

<p>However, known tipster Digital Chat Station recently <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/05/06/iqoo-15t-image-surfaces-ahead-of-expected-launch-this-month/">shared an alleged image</a> of the phone’s rear panel, suggesting that the iQOO 15T may borrow its design language from the iQOO 15 Ultra. The image revealed a square camera module paired with a flat metal frame. On the front, the smartphone is expected to offer a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/05/04/iqoo-15t-key-specs-leak/">6.83-inch 2K flat display</a> with a 144Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.</p>

<p>The iQOO 15T is also tipped to arrive with MediaTek’s upcoming Dimensity 9500 chipset, which is expected to be based on TSMC’s second-generation 3nm process. In terms of optics, leaks suggest a 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 primary camera with OIS support and full-pixel autofocus.</p>

<p>The device is also rumoured to support 8K video recording. Battery details point towards an 8,000mAh unit with support for 100W wired fast charging. Other expected features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, IP68 and IP69 ratings, and an X-axis linear motor.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Pad 6 Pro, TWS 5i incoming</strong></h3>

</figure>

<p>Alongside the smartphone, iQOO has also teased the iQOO Pad 6 Pro in a green color option. The teaser image confirms a slim design with a circular dual-camera setup at the back. The company is also promoting accessory and exchange-related offers for early buyers.</p>

<p>As per <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/04/28/iqoo-15t-pad-6-pro-neo-11-series-specifications-leaked/">recent reports</a>, the tablet may feature a 13.2-inch 4K LCD display and could run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It is also expected to offer up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, along with a 13,000mAh battery supporting 90W fast charging. This device is likely to be similar to the Vivo Pad 6 Pro, which debuted in March in China.</p>

<p>The iQOO TWS 5i earbuds have also surfaced through official teaser images, revealing an in-ear design with stem-style earbuds and a black-and-gold charging case. The teaser mentions up to 50 hours of battery life and 42ms low-latency gaming mode.</p>

<p>At present, there’s no telling whether these devices will be released globally.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="403" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-239-1024x403.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-736519" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-239-1024x403.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-239-300x118.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-239-768x302.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-239-696x274.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-239-1068x420.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-239.png 1157w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>iQOO Neo 15 and Pad 6 Pro details leaked</figcaption></figure>

<p>According to information shared by the tipster, iQOO could unveil the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-15t">iQOO 15T</a> as early as May in China. The leak suggests that the smartphone may feature a large 6.82-inch flat display with a 2K resolution. It is also tipped to be powered by the upcoming MediaTek <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo">Dimensity 9500</a> chipset.</p>

<p></p>

<p>For photography, the device could include a 200-megapixel camera. In the comments section of the post, the tipster further claimed that the iQOO 15T may pack an 8,000mAh battery.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="183" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-241-1024x183.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-736522" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-241-1024x183.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-241-300x54.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-241-768x138.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-241-696x125.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-241-1068x191.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-241.png 1156w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The same leak also revealed details about the upcoming iQOO Pad 6 Pro tablet. The device is said to feature Qualcomm’s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-elite-gen-5">Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5</a> chipset paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It may arrive with a massive 13.2-inch 4K LCD display and could house a 13,000mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging.</p>

<p>The tablet is also tipped to feature an eight-speaker setup for an enhanced multimedia experience. The leak mentions that the device may be offered in multiple color options, including Man Dao, Grey Crystal, and Silver Wing editions.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Neo 11 series in the works</strong></h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="142" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-240-1024x142.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-736521" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-240-1024x142.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-240-300x41.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-240-768x106.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-240-696x96.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-240-1068x148.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/image-240.png 1164w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>In addition, the tipster hinted that the iQOO Neo 11 series may arrive later than the iQOO 15T. While specific details about the Neo 11 lineup remain under wraps, the leak suggests that the series could bring minor iterative upgrades over its predecessor. There is a possibility that this device could feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a 6.83-inch 2K LTPS display with support for a 165Hz refresh rate, and an approximately 8,000mAh battery. The final moniker of this device remains unclear, so it is yet to be seen whether it will be called the iQOO Neo 11S or Neo 11 Pro.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="200" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-59-1024x200.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-726464" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-59-1024x200.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-59-300x59.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-59-768x150.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-59-696x136.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-59-1068x209.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-59.png 1227w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>As can be seen above, two new tablets bearing the model numbers iPA2673 and PA2671 have received approval from the 3C authority in China. These could be the upcoming iQOO Pad 6 Pro and Vivo Pad 6 Pro, respectively. While the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo">iQOO</a> device has been spotted with a power brick that supports up to 80W charging, the Vivo Pad 6 Pro’s power adapter supports up to 90W charging.</p>

<p>To recall, the Vivo Pad 5 Pro was announced along with the Vivo X200 Ultra and Vivo X200s in April 2025 in China, whereas the iQOO Pad 5 Pro was announced in May. Therefore, it is likely that the iQOO Pad 6 Pro may debut around a month after the Vivo Pad 6 Pro.</p>

<p>According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo Pad 6 Pro / iQOO Pad 6 Pro will arrive with a 13-inch display and a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-elite-gen-5">Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5</a> chipset. In addition, these tablets are expected to pack huge batteries, but the exact capacity is not known yet.</p>

<p>Other details about these tablets remain under wraps. Like the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-pad-5-pro">Vivo Pad 5 Pro</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-pad-5-pro">iQOO Pad 5 Pro</a>, their successor editions are expected to pack nearly identical specs.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="226" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-60-1024x226.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-726465" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-60-1024x226.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-60-300x66.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-60-768x170.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-60-696x154.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-60-1068x236.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/02/image-60.png 1231w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>In related news, the Vivo X300 Ultra’s standard version, which bears the model number V2547A, has also been approved by 3C. This comes close on the heels of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2026/02/07/vivo-x300-ultra-beidou-edition-3c-certified/">X300 Ultra Beidou Edition’s 3C certificatio</a>n, which was spotted earlier this week. Both devices have been listed with a 100W charger.</p>
