<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The vivo group phone that has been </span><a href="https://www.mysmartprice.com/gear/iqoo-z5-pro-tenaa-certification-launch-imminent/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">found on TENAA and IMEI database</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> has model number </span><b>V2148A</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">. As per the latter, the device will go official as iQOO Z5 Pro. Whereas, the former says that the smartphone will have support for 5G, in addition to 4G, 3G, and 2G.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Last month, the vanilla model of this handset called iQOO Z5 meant for India was also </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/08/17/iqoo-z5-india-launch-soon/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">spotted</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> on the IMEI database. This phone has model number </span><b>I2018</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Unfortunately, apart from the above-mentioned information, we know nothing about these smartphones. But we can tell that these devices will replace the iQOO Z3.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The first </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/iQOO/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">iQOO</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Z series phone dubbed as </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-iqoo-z1/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">iQOO Z1</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> was launched in May 2020. It was soon followed by a new model called </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-iqoo-z1x/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">iQOO Z1x</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> a couple of months later.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interestingly, the brand skipped iQOO Z2 and released </span><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-iqoo-z3/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">iQOO Z3</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> in March 2021. Unlike the older models, this one also made its way to India a few months back in June.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Now, the company is all set to introduced iQOO Z5 and iQOO Z5 Pro by omitting the ‘4’ moniker as it is considered an omen in China. Also, this is the first time Z series will be getting a Pro variant.</span></p>
