iQOO has finally launched the affordable iQOO Z6 Lite 5G in the Indian market. The newly launched handset is advertised to be the first smartphone globally to feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC. In addition, it comes with an array of features, including a 120Hz refresh rate, a 5000mAh battery, a 50-megapixel main camera, and a lot more. The newly launched iQOO Z6 Lite 5G boasts a massive 6.58-inch Full HD+ display offering a resolution of 2408×1080 pixels. The panel supports a 120Hz screen refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Furthermore, the display has a waterdrop notch to make room for the selfie camera.

Now, let’s come to the main highlight of the phone—the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 SoC. Don’t confuse this with a high-end chip. It is just the successor of the Snapdragon 480 Plus fabbed on the older 6nm process. It is claimed to bring 10% proven GPU performance and up to 15% better CPU performance compared to its predecessor.

The chipset will be accompanied by up to 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 12 on top of FuntouchOS 12. The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G packs a massive 5000mAh battery with 18W charging support. iQOO decided to give customers a flagship experience, so you won’t find a charger in the box.

As far as cameras are concerned, the handset features a dual rear camera setup with the combination of a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro unit. On the front, it houses an 8-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls.

The iQOO Z6 Lite 5G price in India starts at Rs 13,999 for the base 4GB+64GB variant. It is also available in a higher-end 6GB+128GB option, which is priced at Rs 15,499. The handset will be available for purchase through Amazon starting on 14 September from 12:15 PM. It will be offered in Stellar Green and Mystic Night color options.
