Lava is taking its Agni smartphone series beyond India with the launch of the Agni 4N in the UK. While it is an entirely new phone for the UK, it is a slightly tweaked version of the existing Agni 4, which debuted last year. Here’s a look at the specifications, feature, and price of the UK-bound edition.

Lava Agni 4N specifications and features

The Agni 4N features a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2400 nits of local peak brightness, and 10-bit color support. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The phone runs stock Android 16 with Lava’s refreshed interface and zero bloatware. Lava has also promised two Android upgrades and three years of security updates. Vayu AI is integrated into the phone’s home screen and supports voice-based interactions alongside AI tools such as call summaries, photo editing, image generation, text assistance, and document analysis.

The horizontal camera module on the back has a 50-megapixel OIS primary camera with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The front gets a 50-megapixel selfie camera, with both camera systems supporting 4K video recording at 60fps.

The 5000mAh battery supports 66W charging, with Lava claiming a 50% charge in under 19 minutes. Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C 3.2, NFC and an IR blaster. An IP64 rating, Gorilla Glass protection and Wet Touch Control add further durability-focused features.

The main difference between the Agni 4N and the existing Lava Agni 4 is NFC connectivity, which the latter does not support.

Lava Agni 4N price and availability

The Lava Agni 4N is priced at £499 in the UK, which is approximately $675, for the 8GB+256GB configuration. It comes in Phantom Black and Lunar Mist and will go on sale through Amazon UK from September 4.
