To target first-time smartphone buyers, Lava has launched the Lava Z40 Android Go phone. The entry-level smartphone comes with modest specs and it carries an attractive price tag of Rs. 3,499. Here is all the information on its specifications and features.

Lava Z40 Specifications and Features

The Lava Z40 that runs on Android Go version of Android 8.1 Oreo OS is fitted with a 4-inch display. The smartphone delivers a resolution of 400 x 800 pixels along with a conventional aspect ratio of 16:9. The display of the phone is shielded by a Gorilla Glass layer.

The Z40 is driven by an octa-core processor that works at 1.4 GHz. The SoC is supported by 1 GB of RAM. The native storage available on the device is 8 GB of RAM. The smartphone supports up to 64 GB of microSD card. The device comes with support for 10 Indian languages. The Go edition of different apps consume less space on the device.
