The phone, dubbed Lenovo K13, is a step back from the K12 smartphone launched last year, in terms of specifications.</p>
<p>The smartphone features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display that offers HD+ screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and a regular 60Hz refresh rate. There&#8217;s also a waterdrop notch on top of the display that houses a 5-megapixel selfie snapper.</p>

<p>On the backside, the device features a dual-camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There&#8217;s also a fingerprint sensor mounted on the back panel for added security.</p>
<p>Under the hood, the Lenovo K13 is powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/unisoc">Unisoc</a> SC9863A chipset which has an octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz. The device comes packed with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.</p>
<p>It also comes with a microSD card slot for further expanding the storage capacity. In comparison, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/lenovo-k12/">K12</a> is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 460 SoC, packing 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a usual set of connectivity options, including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. The phone runs the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android">Android operating system</a> out-of-the-box and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging.</p>

It will be the second E7 series phone for India after the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e7-plus">Moto E7 Plus</a> that went official last year. The series also includes the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e7">Moto E7</a>, which is available in Europe and some other markets. A new Motorola phone with model number XT2097-14 has received certification from Thailand’s NBTC authority (<a href="https://twitter.com/yabhishekhd/status/1361504734155206656">via</a>). The listing reveals that the device will be heading to Thailand with a “Moto E7i Power” moniker.</p>
<p>The Moto E7i Power name had appeared earlier this month when it received approval from the Bluetooth SIG regulatory body. The model numbers such as XT2097-12 and XT2097-13 that were in its Bluetooth SIG certification recently are nothing but country variants of the Moto E7i Power.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-371624" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E7i-Power-NBTC.jpg?x10805" alt="Moto E7i Power NBTC" width="778" height="113" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E7i-Power-NBTC.jpg 778w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E7i-Power-NBTC-300x44.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E7i-Power-NBTC-768x112.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E7i-Power-NBTC-696x101.jpg 696w" sizes="(max-width: 778px) 100vw, 778px" /></p>
<p>Interestingly, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/06/lenovo-k13-moto-e7i-power-and-moto-e6i-get-bluetooth-certification/">Bluetooth SIG listing also revealed</a> that another country variant with model number XT2097-15 will be receiving it with a different “Lenovo K13” moniker. Hence, it appears that the Lenovo K13 and Moto E7i Power are the same phones with different names for different countries.</p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/09/lenovo-k13-renders-along-with-key-specs-leaked/">A recent leak revealed</a> that the Lenovo K13 has a 6.5-inch display that offers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. It is expected to feature a 5-megapixel camera and a dual-camera setup comprising of a 13-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.</p>
<figure id="attachment_370310" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-370310" style="width: 704px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-370310" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2.jpg?x10805" alt="Lenovo K13" width="704" height="550" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2.jpg 704w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2-300x234.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2-696x544.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2-538x420.jpg 538w" sizes="(max-width: 704px) 100vw, 704px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-370310" class="wp-caption-text">Leaked render of Lenovo K13 by 91mobiles</figcaption></figure>
<p>The Lenovo K13 is powered by an unknown octa-core processor that clocks at 1.6GHz. It has 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of native storage, and a microSD. There is no word on the battery capacity of the K13. It is expected to come with other features like USB-C and a dual-SIM slot. There is a possibility that this handset may end up as the Lenovo Lemon K13 phone in China.</p>

It seems that its launch date could be drawing near as it has received multiple certifications.</p>
<p>A device with XT2097-15 model number has recently received certification from the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and Bluetooth SIG. The EEC listing has no information on its specs, but the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/06/lenovo-k13-moto-e7i-power-and-moto-e6i-get-bluetooth-certification/">Bluetooth SIG certification</a> has revealed that the XT2097-15 model number belongs to the Lenovo K13. It also states that the K13 is equipped with Bluetooth 4.2 support. Previously, the handset was seen at the TUV Rheinland certification platform. It revealed that the device has a 4,850mAh battery and 10W charging support.</p>

<p>The Lenovo K13 will be replacing the Lenovo K12 which was announced back in December. The K13 may go official later this month or in the coming month. The leaked specs suggest that the smartphone will arrive with an affordable price tag.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>According to the <a href="https://www.91mobiles.com/hub/lenovo-k13-specifications-design-revealed-exclusive/">report</a>, <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/lenovo-k13">Lenovo K13</a> will have 4G LTE connectivity support, run Android 10 OS just like its predecessor. If you recall, Lenovo resurrected the Lemon series in China with budget <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/09/lenovo-lemon-k12-series-launch-china/">Lenovo Lemon K12 Pro and Lemon K12</a> smartphones. These were rebadged versions of <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-g9-power">Moto G9 Power</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e7-plus/">Moto E7 Plus</a> respectively.</p>
<p>These devices also had the 4G LTE connectivity and ran <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android-10">Android 10 OS</a> out of the box. If this isn&#8217;t enough, the Bluetooth SIG also suggested that the Lenovo K13 could just be a rebrand of <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/moto-e7i-power">Moto E7i Power</a> as model numbers were similar(XT2097).</p>
<p>Anyway, it&#8217;s really disappointing to see devices debuting with Android 10 at a time when <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/09/android-12-screenshots-leak/">Android 12&#8217;s arrival</a> is imminent. Coming back, the report also shows renders of the Lenovo K13. The device is said to come in two colors- Red and Blue. The design is a bit different as this one has vertically-aligned dual-cameras on the back.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-370310" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2.jpg?x10805" alt="" width="704" height="550" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2.jpg 704w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2-300x234.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2-696x544.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Lenovo-K13-2-538x420.jpg 538w" sizes="(max-width: 704px) 100vw, 704px" /></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Surprisingly, it seems to have a speaker grille located on the back alongside the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/lenovo">Lenovo</a> branding. There is also a fingerprint sensor at the center of the rear. Apart from this, the device has Power, Volume, Google Assistant keys to the right side.</p>
<h4><strong>Lenovo K13 Specifications(Expected)</strong></h4>
<p>As for Specs, the device is likely to get a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 1600x720p resolution and mostly a waterdrop notch. It will be powered by an Octa-core chipset clocked at 1.6GHz paired with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. The device could also get a microSD expansion up to 32GB.</p>
<p>For cameras, the rear setup will have a 13MP main and a 2MP sensor, and a 5MP sensor up front for selfies according to the report. Weighing 200g, other features of it include dual-SIM and a Type-C port for charging. I guess we will have just have to wait for the official launch date and price now.</p>

Motorola went on to release three other phones in the series &#8211; the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e6-play/">Moto E6 Play</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e6-plus/">Moto E6 Plus</a> in 2019 and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e6s-2020/">Moto E6s</a> in 2020. However, it appears Motorola isn&#8217;t done with the series yet even though it has announced the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e7/">Moto E7</a> series. The Bluetooth SIG has certified a new model called the Moto E6i along with two other Motorola and Lenovo phones.</p>
<p>The Moto E6i was certified alongside the Lenovo K13 Power and the Moto E7i Power. The new Moto E6 phone has model numbers XT2053-5 and XT2053-6. The certification page shows that it has Bluetooth 4.2.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-369889" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E6i-Moto-E7i-Power-Lenovo-K13.png?x10805" alt="Moto E6i-Moto E7i Power - Lenovo K13" width="944" height="504" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E6i-Moto-E7i-Power-Lenovo-K13.png 944w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E6i-Moto-E7i-Power-Lenovo-K13-300x160.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E6i-Moto-E7i-Power-Lenovo-K13-768x410.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E6i-Moto-E7i-Power-Lenovo-K13-696x372.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Moto-E6i-Moto-E7i-Power-Lenovo-K13-787x420.png 787w" sizes="(max-width: 944px) 100vw, 944px" /></p>
<p>The Moto E7i Power should join the Moto E7 and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/motorola-moto-e7-plus/">Moto E7 Plus</a> as the third model in the Moto E7 series. When it launches, it will be the first Moto E Power phone in almost five years. The last one was the Moto E3 Power released in 2016. We expect the E7i Power to have an amazing battery life as one of its top features when it launches. The phone will have three market variants seeing as there are three model numbers.</p>
<p>Bluetooth SIG also certified the Lenovo K13, which is surprising considering that the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/lenovo-k12">Lenovo K12</a> series was announced just two months ago. However, it appears the Lenovo K13 will be a rebadge of the Moto E7i Power as its model number XT2097-15 is a variant of the Moto E7i Power&#8217;s model numbers.</p>
<p>We don&#8217;t know when these three devices will launch, but now that they have been certified, we can expect them to be announced in the coming months.</p>
