The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition is only different in outlook from the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/01/05/lenovo-k4-note-official-with-mt6753-3gb-ram-a-vr-accesory/" target="_blank">Vibe K4 Note that was launched in India in January this year </a>running on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, which was later upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.<img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-89887 aligncenter" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Lenovo-Vibe-K4-Note-Wooden-Edition.jpg?x10805" alt="Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition" width="768" height="751" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Lenovo-Vibe-K4-Note-Wooden-Edition.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Lenovo-Vibe-K4-Note-Wooden-Edition-300x293.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px" /></p>
<p>The Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden Edition  comes with a cool wooden back constructed from Formica-like wood veneer but has been strengthened with layer of flexible polycarbonate. The wooden back design gives the device a natural looks that syncs with the environment.</p>
<p>In other specifications, the Vibe K4 Note is closely similar with the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note Wooden edition. The specs sheet include, a 5.5-inch IPS display with 1080p display with extra glass protection provided by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and an Octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor with ARM Mali T720 GPU.</p>
<p>The sleek device boots Android 5.1 Lollipop with Vibe UI but the OS is now upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Lenovo started rolling out updates for the OS since June 2015. Other specifications include;13MP rear facing camera with dual-tone LED flash, a 5MP front-facing shooter, 3GB RAM, 16GB ROM expandable up to 128GB, dual-SIM support, 4G connectivity and a host of others.</p>
<p>With these array of specs and features, it is no surprise Lenovo claims to have sold over 750,000 units of the Vibe K4 Note in India alone. The Lenovo Vibe K4 Wooden Edition is available exclusively from Amazon India (<a href="http://amzn.to/29z8WX4">Amazon.in</a>) at a price of Rs. 11,499 ($172) which is a little higher than the original Vibe K4 Note with a price tag of Rs. 10,999 ($164.40) <a href="http://amzn.to/29FuSVk">on the same site</a>.</p>

These two models will also go on sale in China, however, they could have one major difference. HelloMotoHK reveals that Moto Z devices sold domestically will come with Lenovo&#8217;s Vibe UI instead of the traditional near Android look. Luckily, it looks like the Vibe UI will only be installed in the phones sold in China, which means other international regions still get the Moto Z with its Moto Pure Android system. Given that <a href="https://plus.google.com/+hellomotoHK/posts">HelloMotoHK</a> has a pretty good record when it comes to Motorola smartphones, this could indeed turn out to be true.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-85493" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/moto-z-02.jpg?x10805" alt="moto z 02" width="980" height="407" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/moto-z-02.jpg 980w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/moto-z-02-300x125.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/moto-z-02-768x319.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px" /></p>
<p>Another reason why this is possible is because Chinese people love customized UI interface. This is why we see most Chinese manufacturers having a heavy UI on top of the Android version. But that isn&#8217;t the case with international customers since we have seen that many love the clean Android look. So, it could be a win-win situation for all users.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-86751" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/lenovo-vibe-ui.jpeg?x10805" alt="lenovo vibe ui china" width="600" height="1066" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/lenovo-vibe-ui.jpeg 600w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/lenovo-vibe-ui-169x300.jpeg 169w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/lenovo-vibe-ui-576x1024.jpeg 576w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></p>
<p>As for the pricing, Moto Z is <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/06/12/moto-z-moto-z-force-china-pricing-leaked/">expected to retail at 2998 Yuan </a>($456) in China. The Moto Z Force model should cost around 5299 Yuan ($806).</p>
<p>So what do you think about Lenovo&#8217;s move to install its own custom UI on Moto smartphone sold in China?</p>

One of those devices was going to be the Lenovo Vibe P1. However, it looks like a Chinese retailer has already listed the device its website, revealing its full specifications.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-57523" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01.jpg?x10805" alt="lenovo vibe p1 01" width="700" height="700" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01.jpg 700w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01-420x420.jpg 420w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01-640x640.jpg 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/lenovo-vibe-p1-01-681x681.jpg 681w" sizes="(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /></a></p>
<p>TheLenovo Vibe P1 will reportedly come with a 5.5-inch full HD 1080p IPS display. Under the hood, there will be the Snapdragon 615 octa-core chip based on Cortex-A53 and clocked at 1.5GHz. To support this chip, there will Adreno 405 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with MicroSD expansion.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-57524" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02.jpg?x10805" alt="Lenovo vibe P1 02" width="700" height="700" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02.jpg 700w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02-420x420.jpg 420w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02-640x640.jpg 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Lenovo-vibe-P1-02-681x681.jpg 681w" sizes="(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /></a></p>
<p>At the back, there will be a 13MP camera with two-tone flash focus and PDAF (Phase Detection Auto Focus). Up front, you get a 5MP shooter. One of the highlights of the Lenovo Vibe P1 is its massive 5000mAh capacity battery. This should be easily enough for a couple of day&#8217;s usage. Further, you get fast charge tech on the device to make sure that the battery charges quickly.</p>
<p>The listing shows that there will be a fingerprint sensor, but since we don&#8217;t see one at the back, it will most likely be integrated into the home button up front. Despite its massive battery, the phone is supposed to 9.9mm thick. Finally, for software, the Lenovo Vibe P1 will run on Android 5.1 with Vibe UI 2.68 on top.</p>
<p>Although there&#8217;s still time for its release, Pandawill has listed the Vibe P1 at $309.99. Not as cheap as we would have expected, but then Lenovo&#8217;s Vibe series have never been the most affordable of products. Still, for a good looking device with a massive 5000mAh battery, the price tag is quite decent.</p>
