<p>The Intel Core Ultra 9-185H processor powering the Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 AI Core Edition boasts 16 cores and 22 threads with a turbo frequency of 5.1GHz. This high-performance processor is set to enhance the overall computing experience, particularly for users engaged in demanding tasks such as gaming, content creation, and multitasking.</p>



<p>The Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 Core Edition offers a comprehensive set of features to cater to diverse user needs. It includes integrated Intel ARC graphics, which promises a 2x performance jump and supports advanced technologies like ray tracing and XeSS. Additionally, the notebook is equipped with a new independent AI engine NPU, enhancing <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/ai/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">AI</a>-related tasks such as background blurring in video meetings or noise reduction in calls.</p>



<p>Memory and storage options are abundant in the Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 Core Edition, with configurations available for up to 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and dual PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 hard drive bays. The inclusion of a 1TB SSD ensures ample storage space for files, applications, and multimedia content.</p>



<p>Other notable features of the Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 Core Edition include a high-resolution 2.8K 120Hz OLED display and, an advanced cooling system with Extreme Fengshen+ technology. The notebook also boasts a versatile selection of interfaces, including Thunderbolt 4, HDMI, and an SD card reader, providing seamless connectivity options for various peripherals.</p>



<p><strong>Price</strong></p>



<p>Notably, the company has already launched the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/01/17/lenovo-xiaoxin-pro-14-2024-launch/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Core Ultra 5 125H version</a> of this laptop back in January this year with the same 2.8K display and a price tag of ¥5,799 (~$815) and ¥6,299 (~$885) for the 16GB and 32GB versions of the laptop. The exact pricing of this upcoming Core Ultra 9 version has not been revealed yet. However, it will fall within the price range of ¥6,000 to ¥7000 price bracket.</p>



<p>The Xiaoxin Pro 14/16 2024 laptops also have a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/02/26/lenovo-xiaoxin-pro-14-16-2024-ryzen-edition-r7-8845h-laptops-go-on-sale-starting-from-4999-yuan-695/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ryzen edition</a> that is powered by the R7 8845H and offers a performance release of 63W.</p>

<p>Lenovo held a launch event in China last night. The company unveiled a variety of computers, including models under the China-exclusive Xiaoxin series.</p>



<p>The firm announced the 2024 edition of its popular Xiaoxin Pro 14 and Xiaoxin Pro 16 notebooks. Let’s take a look at the smaller laptop in this article. <h3><strong>Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 14 Specificaitons</strong></h3>



<p>The <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/Lenovo/">Lenovo</a> Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 notebook sports a metal body like its predecessors. It has a thickness of about 15.9mm and weighs around 1.46kg. There’s a special 10th-anniversary Xiaoxin logo on its lid.</p>



<p>It is powered by <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/Intel/">Intel</a>’s new Core Ultra processors and boots Microsoft <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/Windows-11/">Windows 11</a>. At launch, the laptop houses a Core Ultra 5 125H chip. The Ultra 7 155H and Ultra 9 185H variants of the device will be released later.</p>



<p>The processors are paired with up to 32GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB SSD. There are two cooling fans to keep the thermals under control.</p>



<p>The computer sports a 14-inch display with a 2.8K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel can cover 100% of the sRGB color gamut and has a 16:10 aspect ratio. The OLED version can reach a peak brightness level of 600 nits, while the LCD variant is limited to 400 nits.</p>



<p>Other features include a backlit keyboard, glass touchpad, Dolby Atmos-supported dual stereo speakers, and an IR webcam for Windows Hello face authentication. The laptop comes with multiple ports, such as a Thunderbolt 4, a USB Type-C, 2 x USB Type-A, an HDMI, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and an SD card reader.</p>



<p>Last but not least, the notebook is backed by an 84Wh battery and supports 100W charging.</p>



<h3><strong>Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 14 Price</strong></h3>



<p>The Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro 14 carries the following price tags in China.</p>

<p>These prices apply to both LCD and OLED variants of the laptops. However, only the latter model is on sale right now, while the former will be made available later.</p>

<p>As per the brand, the Xiaoxin Pro 14 2024 will come with CPUs ranging from Intel&#8217;s Core Ultra 5 125H to Core Ultra 7 155H. It will also have an Intel ARC graphics card boasting a 2x performance increase and supporting advanced features like ray tracing and XeSS. The laptop will feature up to 32GB 7467MT/s LPDDR5x coupled with a 1TB M.2 SSD and a vacant Pcle 4.0 M.2 slot.</p>



<p>One of the key features of the Xiaoxin Pro 14 is the integration of a new independent AI engine NPU chip. Compared to the previous generation, the display sees significant improvements, with an optional OLED version providing a 2.8K 120Hz display at 600 nits, covering the full DCI-P3 color range and certified for HDR True Black 500, along with dual Rheinland eye protection certification.</p>



<p>To keep thermals in check, Lenovo has introduced the Extreme Fengshen+ cooling system, a 3D composite heat pipe, a keyboard cooling air duct, and four-vortex frost air ducts on the Xiaoxin Pro 14. Battery life receives an upgrade with the Xiaoxin Pro 14 now housing an 84Wh Big Mac battery, providing around 25.2 hours of local video playback and approximately 10.38 hours of daily battery life. In terms of connectivity, the device offers a variety of ports, including 2C (featuring Thunderbolt 4 and supporting 20Gbps speed), 2A, HDMI, and an SD card reader.</p>
