Although Lenovo is known for Windows laptops, the company also sells Android tablets, entry-level models to be exact. But last year due to the increase in demand, the firm once again started selling premium Android tablets. A year later, the tech giant makes a major announcement regarding these products in China.

According to the official Weibo accounts of Lenovo Xiaoxin and Lenovo YOGA, the Chinese tech giant is giving away a year of additional warranty on Android tablets for free in its home country.

The social media post is bleak without proper details. It merely says one-year additional warranty on all Lenovo tablets. 

Anyway, going by the replies in the comment section, this offer is also applicable to already purchased tablets. But unfortunately, the models covered in the offer are unknown. As per the image, the offer should be limited to the mid-range as well as premium Xiaoxin and YOGA-branded Android tablets.

In simpler words, Lenovo Android tablets in China now come with a 2-year warranty. Existing customers will be also upgraded to two years.

As per IDC, Lenovo’s tablet market share stood at 11.6% in Q2 2021. The company ranked third with shipments of 4.7 million units. It grew the most with a 64.5% YoY growth, while HUAWEI along with HONOR declined by 57.5% YoY. 

Therefore, it makes sense for the firm to lure in more customers as well as retain existing customers by offering a 2-year warranty.

Lenovo officially released Yoga Tablet PC in Beijing today, and as we mentioned on our recent article before, Ashton Kutcher has join with Lenovo and appear on Lenovo’s video commercial. Yang Yuanqing, chairman and CEO of Lenovo Group announced that Kutcher became Lenovo product engineers and personally to grant work card.

Lenovo senior vice president, Lenovo Business Group President Liu subsequent interview with reporters, that’s why Lenovo is hire Ashton Kutcher for their company. Liu said Kutcher is not just a Hollywood actor, but he was an investment in technology, he is very interested in technology. Lenovo has been officially released the new Lenovo Yoga tablet lineup. The tablet comes in two different versions of the screen, 10 inches and 8 inches screen size. Although different screen sizes, both Lenovo Yoga tablet has the same specs.

Lenovo Yoga tablet 10 inch and 8 inch screen has a resolution of 1280 x 800 with a viewing angle of 178 degrees. Both tablet is powered by MediaTek MT8125 processor 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, sports with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory, running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.

Yoga Tablet brings different designs with another tablet in the market. In addition, the tablet can be hold as usual, and it can be positioned potrait or landscape position since both tablet has a foldable kickstand. This tablet can running up to 18 hours battery life in single charge.

The Lenovo Yoga 8 inch tablet is powered by 6.000mAh battery capacity while the 10 inch version is powered by 9.000mAh battery capacity. The 8-inch version has 399 grams of weight while the 10 inch version has 603 grams of weight.

A world’s thinnest tablet ready to be introduced by Lenovo. The tablet is Lenovo Yoga trhat will be introduced next month. Unfortunately, there is no detailed information about this device.

The existence of this tablet revealed on the micro blogging site Sina Weibo. The VP of Lenovo Chen Xu Dong who disclose information regarding the whereabouts of these tablets . Dong said that the Lenovo Yoga tablet is a revolutionary device .

In terms of design, this tablet is very different with other devices that already on the market today. The differences include the presence of two small legs at the end of the tablet . In addition, the tablet is also powered by Intel processors Bay Trail.

Dong did not mention the operating system that will be used by this tablet. But Lenovo Yoga tablet is touted to be present with the ability to ‘longest’ standby time. Not mentioned when Lenovo will release this tablet. Most likely this device will be introduced next month . Let’s get wait.
