Xiaomi will also get a global license to use Meitu&#8217;s technologies and domain names. A poster has surfaced revealing what might be the first smartphone co-developed by the two companies.</p>
<p>The poster shows a Meitu branded phone with a flip camera similar to that of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/asus-zenfone-6/">ASUS Zenfone 6/ASUS 6z</a>. However, unlike the<a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/ASUS"> ASUS</a>, this has a bigger module since it has three rear cameras. Looking at it again, the design seems to be like a cross between the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-mate-20-pro/">Huawei Mate 20 Pro</a> and the ASUS Zenfone 6.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-259904" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Meitu-Xiaomi-phone.jpg?x44794" alt="Meitu Xiaomi Little Fairy phone" width="690" height="907" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Meitu-Xiaomi-phone.jpg 690w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Meitu-Xiaomi-phone-228x300.jpg 228w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Meitu-Xiaomi-phone-320x420.jpg 320w" sizes="(max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px" /></p>
<p>There are no details regarding the camera specs but we bet one of the cameras is a 48MP sensor. We are also pretty sure the phone will have some really amazing camera features for taking breathtaking selfies. To sum it up, this might just be the new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/27/dxomark-asus-zenfone-6-is-the-new-selfie-king/">selfie camera king</a> if DxOMark reviews it.</p>
<p>With respect to design, the phone has a pink gradient finish, curved sides, and pink buttons on the right frame. You can already tell who the target market is.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-259903" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Meitu-Little-Fairy.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi + Meitu Little Fairy" width="596" height="432" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Meitu-Little-Fairy.png 596w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Meitu-Little-Fairy-300x217.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Meitu-Little-Fairy-324x235.png 324w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Meitu-Little-Fairy-579x420.png 579w" sizes="(max-width: 596px) 100vw, 596px" /></p>
<p>The text on the poster translates to “Meitu” and “Little Fairy”. This is not the first place we have come across the name “Little Fairy”. A Weibo post from earlier today by Xiaomi&#8217;s Lin Bin also mentioned the name. In the post, he mentioned the name was formed from the collaboration between Xiaomi and Meitu.</p>
<p>We have no idea when this device will launch but we are pretty excited and we are sure you are too. Nevertheless, we sure will update you when we get more details.</p>
