In a brief Weibo post, Meizu teased the DreamCar MX and revealed that it would be the first EV to leverage the power of community-driven design. True to its name, DreamCar MX will allow the Meizu community to shape various details of the vehicle, including its painting and interior color choices.

This approach positions DreamCar MX as a unique and personalized offering in the EV market. This collaboration with Geely suggests that Meizu’s venture into electric vehicles is backed by strong industry insights and technological advancements.

Meizu’s Flyme Auto will seamlessly integrate smartphones with the DreamCar MX

Meizu’s commitment to creating a seamless tech ecosystem extends beyond electric vehicles. In other words, Flyme Auto is what brought Meizu to the automotive industry through the partnership with Geely. During a recent conference in Shanghai, the company introduced its Flyme Auto software, designed explicitly for in-car entertainment and connectivity.

Flyme Auto simplifies the syncing process, ensuring that users can effortlessly transition between their smartphones and the car’s dashboard. The software’s unique features include the ability to cast the phone’s screen onto the car’s interface, enhancing the overall user experience.
