It looks like the phone has been listed on the e-commerce site today for a price tag of 1299 Yuan.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-listing.png?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-49471" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-listing.png?x10805" alt="meizu blue charm note 2 listing" width="993" height="466" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-listing.png 993w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-listing-300x141.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-listing-895x420.png 895w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-listing-640x300.png 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-listing-681x320.png 681w" sizes="(max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px" /></a></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Yes, contrary to earlier rumors which said that the phone will most likely retain the same 999 Yuan price tag as the Meizu M1 Note, it looks like this phone will be priced 300 Yuan more. While JD.com is already accepting registrations for the said device, the phone will start selling only from June 18. The product page for the Blue Charm Note 2 adds that the final price may change after the official announcement on June 2. So we are not yet sure whether the company is launching the device for 1299 Yuan.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2.png?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-49472" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-1024x420.png?x10805" alt="meizu blue charm note 2" width="800" height="328" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-1024x420.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-300x123.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-640x262.png 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-681x279.png 681w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2.png 1212w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>Unfortunately, we are still not sure about the specs of the device.  <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2015/05/28/meizu-m1-note-2-leaked-again-oval-shaped-physical-home-button-spotted/" target="_blank">Geekbench listing </a>has revealed that the phone will most likely come with the new MT6753 octa-core processor with additional network connectivity, with 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM. While the listing says that the phone will feature a 4.6-inch 1080p display, from the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2015/05/27/meizu-kind-of-confirms-a-side-placed-power-button-for-its-blue-charm-note-2-handset/" target="_blank">pictures leaked recently</a>, it looks like the new Blue Charm device will retain the same 5.5-inch screen as its sister Meizu M1 Note model.</p>

<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-021.jpg?x10805'><img width="366" height="465" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-021.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-large size-large" alt="" loading="lazy" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-021.jpg 366w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-021-236x300.jpg 236w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-021-331x420.jpg 331w" sizes="(max-width: 366px) 100vw, 366px" /></a>
<a href='https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-01.jpg?x10805'><img width="440" height="548" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-01.jpg?x10805" class="attachment-large size-large" alt="" loading="lazy" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-01.jpg 440w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-01-241x300.jpg 241w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-01-337x420.jpg 337w" sizes="(max-width: 440px) 100vw, 440px" /></a>

<p>Also, its almost confirmed that the phone will feature a physical oval shaped home button with a metal frame and a plastic back. Also, the power is moved to the right side, according to a teaser image from the company. The official launch is tomorrow, so we will finally know the full details about the device pretty soon.</p>
<p>Stay tuned for more info.</p>

Thanks to a set of leaked images, we already know that the phone will have a side placed power button.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-02.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-49215" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-02.jpg?x10805" alt="meizu m1 note 2 02" width="366" height="464" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-02.jpg 366w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-02-237x300.jpg 237w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m1-note-2-02-331x420.jpg 331w" sizes="(max-width: 366px) 100vw, 366px" /></a></p>
<p>Now, today&#8217;s leak once again reveals an oval shaped physical home button. While this is an interesting move by the company, it doesn&#8217;t come as a surprise as we have seen an<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2015/04/27/meizu-mx5-could-sport-a-physical-home-button-with-fingerprint-recognition/"> earlier leak with the exact same physical home button</a>. However, reports have said that physical button may just be for improving user experience and it may not feature a fingerprint sensor. The rear side features a plastic finish with metal frame on the side.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m2-note.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-49214" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m2-note.jpg?x10805" alt="meizu m2 note" width="621" height="607" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m2-note.jpg 621w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m2-note-300x293.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-m2-note-430x420.jpg 430w" sizes="(max-width: 621px) 100vw, 621px" /></a></p>
<p>We have also spotted the device on Geekbench, which reveals a full HD 4.6-inch display. This should provide an impressive pixel density. Other specs include octa-core 64-bit MT6753 chip, 2GB RAM, 13MP Camera, 8MP front shooter and Android 5.1 OS.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-48801" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-1024x686.jpg?x10805" alt="Meizu M1 Note 2" width="800" height="536" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-300x201.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-627x420.jpg 627w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-537x360.jpg 537w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-640x429.jpg 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-681x456.jpg 681w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>However, from the earlier leaked images, it doesn&#8217;t look like the phone features such a compact display i.e. of 4.6-inches. So, its best to wait till an official confirmation from the company on June 2.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-49173" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser-597x1024.jpg?x10805" alt="meizu blue charm note 2 teaser" width="597" height="1024" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser-597x1024.jpg 597w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser-175x300.jpg 175w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser-245x420.jpg 245w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser-640x1097.jpg 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser-681x1167.jpg 681w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-teaser.jpg 700w" sizes="(max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px" /></a></p>
<p>Looks like, the leaked image was the real deal as earlier today, even Meizu silently confirmed the change of position of the power button. The company revealed a new teaser for the Blue Charm 2 launch on June 2 and in the poster, the phone was outlined. On the right side of the outlined phone, we can clearly see a raised button, which should be for the power button. So, it looks like the earlier Weibo leak was right on target.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-48801" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-1024x686.jpg?x10805" alt="Meizu M1 Note 2" width="800" height="536" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-300x201.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-627x420.jpg 627w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-537x360.jpg 537w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-640x429.jpg 640w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Meizu-M1-Note-2-681x456.jpg 681w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>The overall design seems to be a continuation of the existing Meizu M1 Note. This doesn&#8217;t come as a surprise given that it is said that the upcoming Note 2 handset will be a variant of the existing model and not exactly an upgrade. So, expect only a few changes like the power button placement, and even an oval shaped physical home button, just below the display.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, even now we are unsure about the specifications of the device. But the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2015/05/26/meizu-blue-charm-note-2-launch-confirmed-on-june-2/">company has confirmed the launch date as June 2</a>, so we will have to patiently wait for more details at the event which is just a week away.</p>

<p>However, it looks like Meizu may have finally decided to follow the crowd as a new leak of the upcoming Meizu M1 Note 2 handset reveals a side placed power button. Despite the resemblance to the M1 Note, from the power button placement, we know that this is a new Meizu handset and not an existing one.</p>
<p>The one who leaked this picture also reveals that this is the gray version of the Blue Charm Note 2 handset. And the color does looks extremely good on the device. It looks like the phone continues with the iPhone 5C like unibody design. Unfortunately, at this moment, we have very little details about the configuration of the Blue Charm Note 2. Also, earlier reports have suggested that this could be just a variant of the device and not exactly a successor to the existing <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2014/12/23/meizu-blue-charm-note-official-5-5-inch-octa-core-beast-160/">Meizu M1 (Blue Charm) Note</a>, since the phone is only about six months old.</p>
<p>However, the leakster further confirms that we should see the device on the June 2 conference, which is just a week away. So, expect a lot more details in the coming days.</p>
