Today, the same device has visited Geekbench with 12GB of RAM.</p>

<p>A <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> smartphone with model number M2102K1C <a href="https://browser.geekbench.com/v5/cpu/7129863">appears</a> on Geekbench 5 benchmarking platform. The device scores 1,132 and 3,488 on single and multi-core scores respectively. The device in testing seems to run Snapdragon 888 chipset with Adreno 660 GPU.</p>
<p>The model number is said to belong to the Mi 11 Ultra and it has already been spotted on several certifications including <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/05/xiaomi-mi-11-ultra-bags-tenaa-certification-expected-to-launch-soon/">China&#8217;s TENAA</a> recently. Anyway, the Geekbench reveals that the device would have 12GB RAM(10.98GB relative), and run <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/android-11">Android 11</a> OS.</p>
<p>Considering Xiaomi already <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/12/28/miui-12-5-announced-new-features-rollout-supported-devices/">unveiled the MIUI 12.5</a> at the Mi 11 launch event, we can expect the Mi 11 Ultra to come with it out of the box.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-380144 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/mi-11-ultra-geekbench-m2102k1c.png?x44794" alt="mi 11 ultra geekbench" width="646" height="738" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/mi-11-ultra-geekbench-m2102k1c.png 646w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/mi-11-ultra-geekbench-m2102k1c-263x300.png 263w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/mi-11-ultra-geekbench-m2102k1c-368x420.png 368w" sizes="(max-width: 646px) 100vw, 646px" /></p>
<p>Xiaomi is already hinting at a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/01/evidence-of-xiaomis-50mp-camera-phone-found-could-it-be-mi-11-ultra/">50MP GN2 sensor</a> on the Mi 11 Ultra. The device is said to take a great leap in camera tech compared to the non-Pro, Mi 11. The huge rectangular layout on the back will also probably have 48MP Periscope Telephoto and 48MP ultrawide lenses.</p>
<p>Upfront, it is likely to get a 20MP front selfie camera. Speaking of which, the device is said to have a 6.81-inch OLED QHD+ curved screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Other expected features include a 5,000mAh <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/26/xiaomi-mi-11-ultra-silicon-oxygen-anode-battery/">silicon-oxygen anode</a> battery with 67W charging, IP68 rating, Gorilla Glass Victus protection(Display).</p>
<p>There are chances that Xiaomi might unveil a new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/02/05/xiaomi-67w-gan-charger-leak/">67W GaN charger</a> at the event and a similar one has already been <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/16/377445-xiaomi-67w-charger-3c-china-could-be-mi-11-pro-ultra/">certified by the 3C authority</a>.</p>
