<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The Redmi K20 series was the first flagship smartphone lineup from Redmi. The Mi 9T will also have an in-display fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, and a 4000mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging (Quick Charge 4+).</p>

The device is basically a rebranded Redmi K20 but in its usual manner, the hype they are building around the device is leaving us confused. Particularly the latest series of video ads which promotes the device. The ads target the notch screen. Apparently, Xiaomi thinks notch on the display screen is no good.</p>
<p><iframe loading="lazy" width="696" height="392" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/h2ZuHI7OiFM?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>You can easily guess why the promo videos centre on the notch. It is because the Mi 9T uses a notch-less design with a pop-up selfie shooter. Despite that, you may find it hard understanding the message that Xiaomi tries to pass across with the video ads. The first video was of a distracted hairdresser, the next a dentist and the third a make-up artist. The videos seem to be themed around the idea that the notch is a distraction which denies the user and immersive viewing experience on the smartphone.</p>
<p><iframe loading="lazy" width="696" height="392" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/659icI2HEJo?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p style="text-align: center"><strong>EDITOR&#8217;S PICK: <a title="BOE demos 12.3-inch rollable screen at display show" href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/06/18/boe-demos-12-3-inch-rollable-screen-at-display-show/" rel="bookmark">BOE demos 12.3-inch rollable screen at display show</a></strong></p>
<p>  We are certain Xiaomi didn&#8217;t forget that it launched a couple of phones with the notch design. Right in front of me is a Redmi Note 6 Pro with a wide notch housing the front speaker, two selfie cameras and an LED notification light. The Redmi Note 7 and even the flagship Mi 9 has a water drop notch. There are a couple of other Xiaomi models with notch designs. No doubt, the company is just interested in marketing the pop-up camera-sporting Mi 9T and nothing more. This could also mean that the company is done with the notch design on its phones. If not, we don&#8217;t see how the company will market a notch-screen phone to us in the future.</p>

Xiaomi Malaysia has confirmed that the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-9t/">Mi 9T</a> will be launched in the country on 20th June.</p>
<p>The company has scheduled a launch event in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur, which will be open to fans as well. With this, Malaysia will become the fourth market after France, Italy, and Spain to get the Mi 9T phone.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-259227 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/mi-9t-malaysia-launch.jpg?x10805" alt="Xiaomi Mi 9T Malaysia Launch" width="500" height="500" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/mi-9t-malaysia-launch.jpg 500w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/mi-9t-malaysia-launch-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/mi-9t-malaysia-launch-300x300.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/mi-9t-malaysia-launch-420x420.jpg 420w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></p>
<p>Soon after the Malaysian launch, we expect the smartphone to be available in other Asian countries as well. However, in India, the smartphone is set to get launched next month with their original names &#8212; Redmi K20 and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k20-pro/">Redmi K20 Pro</a>.</p>
<p>The company was expected to launch the Mi 9T Pro smartphone &#8212; a re-branded model of the Redmi K20 Pro. However, the launch didn&#8217;t happen as it was speculated. There&#8217;s a possibility that the company could unveil the Mi 9T Pro at the Malaysia launch event.</p>
<p>For the initiated, the Xiaomi Mi 9T is the re-branded version of the Redmi K20 smartphone launched last month in China. As for the pricing, the Mi 9T starts at €299 (original price is €329) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB version and €369 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB version.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400"><div class="su-note" style="border-color:#e5e5e5;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><div class="su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim" style="background-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"></span><span style="color: #ff0000"><strong>Editor&#8217;s Pick: </strong></span><a title="Xiaomi Android Q beta testing roadmap for 11 Xiaomi phones confirmed" href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/06/14/xiaomi-android-q-beta-testing-roadmap-for-11-xiaomi-phones-confirmed/" rel="bookmark"><strong>Xiaomi Android Q beta testing roadmap for 11 Xiaomi phones confirmed</strong></a><b></b><span style="font-weight: 400"></div></div></span></p>
<p>The Xoaomi Mi 9T is the company&#8217;s first smartphone to feature a pop-up selfie camera. It comes with a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 SoC.</p>
<p>The pop-up selfie camera is a 16MP sensor while the back panel houses a triple camera setup which includes a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP telephoto camera, and a 13MP ultra-wide angle camera. The camera app has a bunch of modes including night mode and 960fps slow-motion recording.</p>
<p>The smartphone runs Xiaomi&#8217;s own <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/miui">MIUI</a> 10, which is based on Android Pie operating system, along with features such as Game Turbo. The device is powered by a 4,000mAh battery which comes with support for 18W fast charging technology.</p>

<h4><strong>Mi Smart Band 4</strong></h4>
<p>The Mi Smart Band 4 is the international variant of the Mi Band 4 which was unveiled in China just yesterday. While it is nearly identical, the international version is missing some features. For example, the Mi Band 4 works with Xiaomi&#8217;s Xiao Ai assistant, allowing you to give voice commands using the smart band but the international version doesn&#8217;t have that. It actually doesn&#8217;t work with an Assistant &#8211; Google&#8217;s or Amazon&#8217;s. Another key difference is there is no NFC, or rather an NFC edition.</p>
<p>The Mi Smart Band 4 is priced at €34.99 and will go on sale on June 26.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-258698" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-True-Wireless-Earphones.png?x10805" alt="Mi True Wireless Earphones" width="1150" height="468" /></p>
<h4><strong>Mi True Wireless Earphones</strong></h4>
<p>The Mi True Wireless Earphones has a price tag of €79.99. It will be available for purchase starting June 17 and comes in white.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-258695" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro.png?x10805" alt="Mi Electric Scooter Pro" width="1201" height="483" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro.png 1201w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro-300x121.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro-768x309.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro-1024x412.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro-696x280.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro-1068x430.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Mi-Electric-Scooter-Pro-1044x420.png 1044w" sizes="(max-width: 1201px) 100vw, 1201px" /></p>
<h4><strong>Mi Electric Scooter Pro</strong></h4>
<p>Xiaomi has announced a Pro version of its Mi Electric Scooter. This is priced at €499.99 and will go on sale on June 18. <p>The Xiaomi Mi 9T is hitting the Philippines with a price tag of PHP19,500 (~$377) for the 6GB+64GB variant. The 6GB+128GB variant is on offer for PHP20,500 (~$396). However, the models are sold via grey-market resellers and not by official stores or authorized dealers. So intending buyers may want to exercise caution on this one.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Mi-9T-sale-gray-market-Revu-Philippines-aa.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-257766" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Mi-9T-sale-gray-market-Revu-Philippines-aa.jpg?x10805" alt="Xiaomi Mi 9T" width="654" height="711" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Mi-9T-sale-gray-market-Revu-Philippines-aa.jpg 654w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Mi-9T-sale-gray-market-Revu-Philippines-aa-276x300.jpg 276w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Xiaomi-Mi-9T-sale-gray-market-Revu-Philippines-aa-386x420.jpg 386w" sizes="(max-width: 654px) 100vw, 654px" /></a></p>

<p>As you already know by now, the Mi 9T has the same design as the Redmi K20 which made its debut in China only last week. The device will feature a 6.39-inch FHD+ notch-less AMOLED display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset. Xiaomi may also release a Mi 9T Pro which will pack a Snapdragon 855 flagship SoC. But we can&#8217;t say if it will be launched on June 12 also. The Mi 9T also comes with a triple camera setup at the rear. The front has a 20MP sensor for selfies which sits on a motorised pop-up housing at the top edge.</p>
<p>There are also speculations that the Mi 9T and 9T Pro will be released in some markets as Poco F2 and Poco F2 Pro. The Pocophone model was first launched in India last year. Thus, if this is true, India won&#8217;t be among the countries to get the Poco F2 as the Redmi K20 series is set to launch in India on July 15.</p>

While one of the images was spotted on China&#8217;s Weibo, the second image was shared by a tech reviewer from Dubai. this suggests the device will be sold in Dubai and perhaps UAE as the Mi 9T just the same way as in Russia, Thailand and some other countries. <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-256738" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t-1024x894.jpg?x10805" alt="XIaomi Mi 9T" width="696" height="608" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t-1024x894.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t-300x262.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t-768x670.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t-696x608.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t-481x420.jpg 481w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mi-9t.jpg 1031w" sizes="(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px" /></a></p>
<p>The retail box has the render of the device with the inscription &#8220;Mi 9T&#8221; and without any doubt, the render is the same as that of the Redmi K20 series. The retail box also shows the device will come in a Carbon Black variant and will have 6GB RAM and 64GB storage, perhaps on the base variant.</p>

<p>The removable screen guard that Xiaomi phones usually ship with gives the key specs to include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor. The device also has a 6.39-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. There is a 48MP AI triple camera at the rear and a 20MP pop-up selfie shooter. The Mi 9T also crams a 4000mAh battery under its hood and ships with an 18W fast charger.</p>
<p>As the saying goes, &#8220;A rose by any other name would smell as sweet&#8221;. The Redmi K20 and K20 Pro are awesome models. So, the Mi 9T wouldn&#8217;t likely disappoint except if Xiaomi slaps an exorbitant price on the phone. We expect Xiaomi to officially launch the device pretty soon.</p>

The name has already been confirmed to be Mi 9T, and now, an early listing has revealed the price of the phone in Italy.</p>
<p>The listing, which was first reported by <em>Smartprix</em>, is on an Italian e-commerce store called <strong>GrossoShop</strong>. The listing says the Mi 9T will be available in three color variants &#8211; Carbon Black, Glacier Blue, and Flame Red.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-256406" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop.png?x10805" alt="Mi 9T listing Grossoshop" width="1552" height="557" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop.png 1552w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop-300x108.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop-768x276.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop-1024x368.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop-696x250.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop-1068x383.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/Mi-9T-Grossoshop-1170x420.png 1170w" sizes="(max-width: 1552px) 100vw, 1552px" /></p>

In China, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k20/">Redmi K20</a> was only announced in the first two configurations but the listing on the official site includes the third variant.</p>
<p>The listing states the Mi 9T supports LTE Band 20 and a conversation between Smartprix and the store&#8217;s customer support confirmed the phone does support the aforementioned band. The customer support also said the phone will be in stock in a few days which means that a launch date is close.<img loading="lazy" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-65525 td-animation-stack-type0-2" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?resize=696%2C450&amp;ssl=1" sizes="(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px" srcset="https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?w=788&amp;ssl=1 788w, https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?resize=300%2C194&amp;ssl=1 300w, https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?resize=768%2C496&amp;ssl=1 768w, https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?resize=696%2C450&amp;ssl=1 696w, https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?resize=650%2C420&amp;ssl=1 650w" alt="" width="484" height="313" data-attachment-id="65525" data-permalink="https://www.smartprix.com/bytes/?attachment_id=65525" data-orig-file="https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?fit=788%2C509&amp;ssl=1" data-orig-size="788,509" data-comments-opened="1" data-image-meta="{&quot;aperture&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;credit&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;camera&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;caption&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;created_timestamp&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;copyright&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;focal_length&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;iso&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;shutter_speed&quot;:&quot;0&quot;,&quot;title&quot;:&quot;&quot;,&quot;orientation&quot;:&quot;0&quot;}" data-image-title="mI-9T" data-image-description="" data-medium-file="https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?fit=300%2C194&amp;ssl=1" data-large-file="https://i0.wp.com/www.smartprix.com/bytes/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/mI-9T-1.jpg?fit=696%2C450&amp;ssl=1" /></p>

The Mi 9T has been a regular in the rumour mills lately and the teaser finally confirms its existence. The confirmation comes on the heels of speculations that the device will be launched soon. Xiaomi had even <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/29/xiaomi-releases-first-official-teaser-for-mi-9t-not-a-rebranded-redmi-k20/">released a teaser earlier on</a> which sought the option of fans on what the letters among the trio of K, I, or T best suit the latest member of the Mi 9 family. This new teaser is a response to that question.</p>
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true">
<p lang="en" dir="ltr">Here&#39;s the answer! Mi 9T is coming soon! Guess what T stands for? <a href="https://t.co/0mY2N7lnSx">pic.twitter.com/0mY2N7lnSx</a></p>

<p><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script></p>
<p>The teaser didn&#8217;t reveal any detail of the Mi 9T but rumour has it that the device will be released alongside the Mi 9T Pro. It is also said that both models will arrive as rebranded Redmi K20 and K20 Pro models. This rumour was first carried <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/26/redmi-k20-series-reported-to-launch-as-mi-9t-series-in-poland/">a Polish blog which claimed</a> that these Redmi flagships will be launching as Xiaomi Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro in Poland. A Russian tech blog also rumoured that <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/29/xiaomi-mi-9t-mi-9t-pro-may-launch-in-june-in-russia-as-rebranded-redmi-k20-and-k20-pro/">the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro will be arriving as Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro in Russia</a> in the coming month. The blog even tipped that the Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro will be respectively priced around RUB 25,000 (~$387) and RUB 35,000 (~$540).</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400"><div class="su-note" style="border-color:#e5e5e5;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><div class="su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim" style="background-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"></span><b>Editor&#8217;s Pick: </b><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/20/xiaomi-mijia-bicycle-pump-review-the-first-portable-pump/"><b>Xiaomi Mijia Bicycle Pump Review: The First Portable Pump</b></a><span style="font-weight: 400"></div></div></span></p>
<p>The Mi 9T was also recently<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/21/unannounced-xiaomi-mi-9t-model-number-m1903f10g-receives-certification-in-thailand/"> certified in Thailand</a> as well as Taiwan, Singapore and by the Eurasian Economic Commission. While the specifications are still not revealed, the spread of the certification shows the model will likely be sold globally when it launches. Further, Xiaomi had teased a render of the Mi 9T yesterday showing a triple rear camera setup, pop-up selfie camera, curved-edge display and the rear panel with a gradient finish. That&#8217;s basically the design of the Redmi K20 Pro. So we may see the Mi 9T coming with the Redmi K20 series design but with some slight modifications. Another thing we could pick up from the official tweet is that the phone may come with a 5G version. Xiaomi is yet to reveal a date but the launch is likely imminent.</p>

While some said the K20 Pro will launch as the POCO F2, others said the two phones will retain their names even outside China, yet another source said they will be launched as the Xiaomi Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro in some parts of Europe. A new teaser by <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> does confirm the Mi 9T name but refutes the rumor that it is a rebranded <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k20/">Redmi K20</a>/<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k20-pro/">Redmi K20 Pro.</a></p>

<p>The teaser which was shared on their official Twitter page shows a phone with a similar design to the current <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-9/">Mi 9</a>. The cameras are on the left side of the phone and not in the center like on the Redmi K20. However, it doesn&#8217;t have a notch in its display for the front-facing camera.</p>
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-width="550" data-dnt="true">

<p><script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script></p>
<p>The caption says “K, I or T&#8230;Which letter would you choose for the newest member of our Mi9 family? why?”. There is a “T” among the suggested letters and we already know a phone called the Mi 9T has been <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/21/unannounced-xiaomi-mi-9t-model-number-m1903f10g-receives-certification-in-thailand/">certified in a number of countries</a>. It is safe to conclude that the device in the teaser is indeed the Mi 9T.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-weight: 400;"><div class="su-note" style="border-color:#e5e5e5;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><div class="su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim" style="background-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"></span><b>Editor&#8217;s Pick: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/29/new-mediatek-soc-will-bring-5g-to-cheaper-flagships/">New MediaTek SoC will bring 5G to Cheaper Flagships</a></b><span style="font-weight: 400;"></div></div></span></p>
<p>The hashtag  <strong>#PopUpInStyle</strong> also hints the phone will have a pop-up selfie camera just like the Redmi K20 series. However, we strongly believe the module may slide out from the middle of the device and not from the side like on the Redmi K20 series.</p>
<p>Seeing as the Mi 9T is practically a Mi 9 with a new display and a pop-up selfie camera, its specs will be greatly similar if not identical to that of the Mi 9. So, expect a smaller battery capacity than the Redmi K20, wireless charging, and a missing audio jack.</p>

<p>According to a Polish blog, <em>Spiders Web</em>, the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/redmi">Redmi</a> K20 series will make its way to Poland but as <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a>-branded devices. The blog was specific about the names too &#8211; the Redmi K20 will launch as the Mi 9T while the Redmi K20 Pro will be sold as the Mi 9T Pro.</p>
<p>The blog refused to mention the source of the information but claimed it is a very credible one. They also mentioned that a release date is currently unknown but did say their prices will be <em>similar</em> to that of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-9-se/">Mi 9 SE</a> and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-9/">Mi 9</a>. We do not think this means they will have the same prices but rather share the same price difference.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><div class="su-note" style="border-color:#e5e5e5;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;"><div class="su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim" style="background-color:#ffffff;border-color:#ffffff;color:#333333;border-radius:3px;-moz-border-radius:3px;-webkit-border-radius:3px;">Editor&#8217;s Pick:<a href="http://bit.ly/2W1JtBv"> Xiaomi turned 9 This Year: We Document Its Journey &amp; Major Milestones!</a></div></div>
<p>The Mi 9T name isn&#8217;t new as it was <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2019/05/21/unannounced-xiaomi-mi-9t-model-number-m1903f10g-receives-certification-in-thailand/">spotted last week at Thailand&#8217;s certification agency</a> as well as Taiwan and Singapore&#8217;s agencies too. This is an indication that Poland will not be the only country where the Redmi K20 will launch as the Mi 9T.</p>
<p>The Redmi K20 will come with a Snapdragon 730 processor while the Redmi K20 Pro will have the Snapdragon 855. Both phones will have a pop-up selfie camera, triple rear cameras, a 4000mAh battery with support for fast-charging, an audio jack, Hi-Res audio, dual-frequency GPS, NFC, and a notch-free AMOLED display with a 7th-gen in-display fingerprint scanner.</p>

The listing also gave us a hint of the Mi 9T moniker.<img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-large wp-image-254416" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704-1024x704.jpg?x10805" alt="Xiaomi Mi 9T" width="696" height="479" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704-300x206.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704-768x528.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704-100x70.jpg 100w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704-218x150.jpg 218w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704-696x479.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/MI-9T-Certification-DT-1024x704-611x420.jpg 611w" sizes="(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px" /></p>
<p>The device has also received certification in Taiwan, Singapore and by the Eurasian Economic Commission bearing the same model number M1903F10G. Among the details gathered from the listing include that the model is part of the Mi 9 series.</p>
