Apparently, someone has another idea of a bulky Switch <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2020/06/12/sony-ps5-design-games-revealed/">console</a>. A <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCao3Nt6sXkRZc851f6wHmkg" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">YouTuber</a> Michael Pick recently shared a video of a gigantic Nintendo Switch that he manufactured.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-382113" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch.jpg?x10805" alt="Nintendo Switch" width="1133" height="930" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch.jpg 1133w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-300x246.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-768x630.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-1024x841.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-696x571.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-1068x877.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-512x420.jpg 512w" sizes="(max-width: 1133px) 100vw, 1133px" /></a></p>
<p>The fan-made Switch is way bigger than the original Switch and the manufacturer touts it to be the world&#8217;s largest fully functioning Nintendo Switch. Yes, the console is fully functional in all aspects, including the buttons.</p>
<figure id="attachment_382114" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-382114" style="width: 1280px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-382114" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2.jpg?x10805" alt="" width="1280" height="720" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2.jpg 1280w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-2-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-382114" class="wp-caption-text">Giant Nintendo Switch</figcaption></figure>
<p>In terms of dimension, the mammoth Switch is 30 inches tall and 70 inches wide, making it absolutely impossible to press two buttons on opposite sides of the display without stretching your hands to the extreme. The weight also comes in at 29.48 kg (65 pounds). Thus, this isn&#8217;t a handheld device anymore. It is 650% bigger than the Switch manufactured by Nintendo.</p>
<p><iframe loading="lazy" title="World&#039;s LARGEST Nintendo Switch! (actually works)" width="696" height="392" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/fZPHz4oeS54?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe></p>
<p>What looks really interesting about the entire setup is the 4K LED TV. The buttons, manufactured by 3D printing, all work, and the device can even be used with a regular size Switch and Joy Con which can easily be replaced if there is a need.<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5.jpg?x10805"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-382117" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5.jpg?x10805" alt="Nintendo Switch" width="1280" height="720" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5.jpg 1280w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5-768x432.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5-696x392.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5-1068x601.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/nintendo-switch-5-747x420.jpg 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px" /></a></p>
<p>The project is for a good course, by the way. Pick donated the mammoth Nintendo Switch to St. Jude&#8217;s Children&#8217;s Hospital. We are sure the kids who are going to be playing this would absolutely love it. By the way, playing a round of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe on the giant display will be super fun.</p>
