<p>The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China has proposed new mandatory national standards for power banks. The move comes amid growing concerns over the safety of lithium-ion battery-powered portable chargers.</p>

<p>According to a report from China, the proposed standards are part of a draft revision of the “Safety Technical Specification for Mobile Power Supplies.” MIIT is currently seeking public feedback on the plan. The new guidelines aim to improve product reliability and user safety by introducing tougher safety tests and regulatory oversight.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="640" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank-1024x640.png?x44794" alt="Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank" class="wp-image-630671" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank-1024x640.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank-300x188.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank-768x480.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank-696x435.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank-1068x668.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank-672x420.png 672w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Anker-321-Portable-Power-Bank.png 1200w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>The revised standards include extreme stress tests such as overcharging, puncture, compression, and thermal abuse. These additions build upon existing safety requirements for lithium-ion batteries used in power banks. The proposal also plans to regulate key production processes and critical materials used in battery cells and packs. MIIT will also evaluate how power banks perform after long-term use and aging.</p>

<p>The push for stricter regulation follows a global rise in power bank-related incidents. In the United States, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/06/09/anker-recalls-anker-321-portable-power-banks-potential-fire-risk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Anker has recalled</a> around 1.16 million units of its PowerCore 10000 (model A1263) sold between June 2016 and December 2022. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reported 19 incidents involving overheating, fire, or explosion. These events caused minor injuries and over $60,000 in property damage.</p>

<p>Australia has also raised concerns. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has issued 17 power bank recalls since 2020, with 34,000 faulty units still in use. Experts attribute the rise in safety risks to weak regulations and growing demand for portable charging devices. Airlines have also started tightening rules after a recent in-flight fire was linked to a power bank.</p>

<p>The MIIT proposal aims to address these issues by setting a higher safety benchmark for all mobile power products sold in China. If implemented, the new standards could influence global manufacturers and lead to stricter international safety norms.</p>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oneplus-13t/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">OnePlus 13T</a> has been making the rounds online in rumors and leaks. Now, the latest sighting is from a major Chinese certification, which hints at its imminent release. The company&#8217;s upcoming mini flagship has just surfaced on the MIIT database, so here are all the details.</p>

<h2>OnePlus 13T visits China&#8217;s MIIT Certification</h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="696" height="394" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-MIIT.webp?x44794" alt="OnePlus 13T" class="wp-image-680328" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-MIIT.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-MIIT-300x170.webp 300w" sizes="(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px" /></figure></div>

<p>The Chinese tech giant&#8217;s OnePlus 13T was spotted carrying the PKX110 model number (Via <em><a href="https://www.mysmartprice.com/gear/mobiles/mobiles-news/oneplus-13t-antutu/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">MySmartPrice</a></em>). Unfortunately, this listing does not reveal any features or specifications of the new premium phone. But most of its key specs have either been teased or leaked. The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/04/03/oneplus-13t-scores-3m-on-antutu-snapdragon-8-elite-16gb-ram-and-more-revealed/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">OnePlus 13T just recorded a score of over 3 million on AnTuTu</a> benchmark thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite. This chipset was even listed with 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and running on the Android 15 OS out of the box.</p>

<p>So we are getting a flagship performance level from this compact phone. One OnePlus executive recently confirmed that it will be releasing the mini flagship with a massive <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2025/04/02/oneplus-13t-officially-confirmed-to-pack-6000mah-battery/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">6,200mAh battery pack</a>, which could support 80W wired fast charging. For photography, there is a 50MP (Main) + 50MP (Telephoto) dual camera setup. On the front, the OnePlus 13T could sport a 6.31-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="693" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-mock-render_-693x1024.png?x44794" alt="OnePlus 13T mock render_" class="wp-image-679834" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-mock-render_-693x1024.png 693w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-mock-render_-203x300.png 203w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-mock-render_-768x1135.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-mock-render_-696x1028.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-mock-render_-284x420.png 284w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OnePlus-13T-mock-render_.png 976w" sizes="(max-width: 693px) 100vw, 693px" /><figcaption>OnePlus 13T mock render</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>While it is rumored to be more affordable than the OnePlus 13, it won&#8217;t cut corners in terms of design. So you&#8217;re still getting a glass panel on the rear and a metallic middle frame. But thanks to its compact size, the device would weight around 185 grams. The company is confirmed to launch the OnePlus 13T later this month, so stick around for more as we will covering the launch event later this month.</p>

<p>OnePlus plans to be the first smartphone brand to launch a flagship phone powered by Qualcomm&#8217;s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip. With the Snapdragon announcement drawing near, it seems like the OnePlus 13 launch is also right around the corner. A recent sighting in a Chinese certification has also backed these expectations, so here&#8217;s what we know.</p>

<h2>OnePlus 13 spotted in Chinese certification</h2>

<p>The Chinese smartphone maker&#8217;s next-gen premium device surfaced on the MIIT database. This is a major certification platform, which hints at the OnePlus 13&#8217;s imminent release. This device was spotted carrying the PJZ110 model number and was certified with 5G connectivity, a dual SIM card slot, and running on the Android operating system. </p>

<p>Apart from these basic specs, MIIT didn&#8217;t reveal any other notable details. But we have a fair bit of info regarding its specs thanks to various leaks and reports. OnePlus 13 is confirmed to arrive with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/09/11/oneplus-13-spotted-on-geekbench-with-snapdragon-8-gen-4-outperforming-iphone-16s-apple-a18-chip/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">GeekBench listing </a>showcased the smartphone with 16GB of RAM. The benchmarks also confirmed its flagship phone with Android 15 OS out of the box. Reports have claimed that a massive 6,000mAh battery pack could power this device, which supports <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/08/27/oneplus-13-main-camera-battery-size-wired-wireless-charging-details-leaked/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">100W wired fast charging </a>and 50W wireless fast charging. </p>

<p>For optics, the rear is expected to pack a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT808 primary sensor along with an ultra wide angle lens and a periscope telephoto shooter. The camera module will continue the Hasselblad calibration. Other notable details include an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance and a new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/09/18/oneplus-13-green-vegan-leather-option-tipped/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">green vegan leather</a> option. The OnePlus 13 on GeekBench was seen outperforming the iPhone 16&#8217;s Apple A18 chipset. Based on what we know so far, this flagship device will be <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/09/09/oneplus-13-with-snapdragon-8-gen-4-officially-confirmed-to-launch-in-october/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">announced in September</a>.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi </a>is rumored to be working on a new foldable phone. The device in question is expected to feature a clamshell folding design and could be the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi-mix-flip/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Xiaomi Mix Flip</a>. Now, the latest sighting in a Chinese certification platform has revealed more details regarding the upcoming device. So let&#8217;s have a look.</p>

<h2>New Xiaomi Mix Flip surfaces on MIIT</h2>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-MIX-Flip-MIIT.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi MIX Flip" class="wp-image-599042" width="271" height="483" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-MIX-Flip-MIIT.jpg 369w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-MIX-Flip-MIIT-168x300.jpg 168w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-MIX-Flip-MIIT-235x420.jpg 235w" sizes="(max-width: 271px) 100vw, 271px" /></figure></div>

<p>The Chinese tech giant&#8217;s upcoming Mix Flip model was spotted on the MIIT certification platform. Looking at the online database, we can see the smartphone carries the 2311BPN23C model number. This is in line with our previous report with a previous <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/09/05/xiaomi-mix-flip-moniker-confirmed-via-imei/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">IMEI database </a>also listing the device with the same model number. The latest sighting in China confirms an interesting feature that could be making its way to the Xiaomi Mix Flip.</p>

<p>The new foldable phone was listed with support for satellite communication, which is a popular feature that has been arriving on flagship devices in recent times. Unfortunately, the MIIT certification does not reveal any other finer details regarding this device. Although a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/11/21/xiaomi-mix-flip-likely-to-feature-snapdragon-8-gen-2/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">previous leak</a> for tipster Digital Chat Station revealed some key specifications of the Mix Flip. The new Flip phone is rumored to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-Mix-flip-3-renders.webp?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mix Flip" class="wp-image-599035" width="663" height="663" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-Mix-flip-3-renders.webp 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-Mix-flip-3-renders-300x300.webp 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-Mix-flip-3-renders-150x150.webp 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-Mix-flip-3-renders-768x768.webp 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-Mix-flip-3-renders-696x696.webp 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/01/Xiaomi-Mix-flip-3-renders-420x420.webp 420w" sizes="(max-width: 663px) 100vw, 663px" /></figure></div>

<p>Renders of the Mix Flip `online also offered us a look at its design. The rear houses a horizontally aligned triple camera setup, which is expected to include a 3x telephoto lens. A small external screen is situated right below the rear camera module. Meanwhile, the front has a tall clamshell screen with a center aligned punch hole cutout for the selfie camera. This is all the information we have at the moment so stick around for more updates.</p>

<p>iQOO is officially teasing the launch of iQOO Neo 7 Pro in India. On the other hand, there are reports suggesting that the Chinese division of the brand will soon debut the iQOO 11S. This smartphone seems to have been listed on the MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) website.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="809" height="676" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/iQOO-11S-1.jpg?x44794" alt="Iqoo 11s" class="wp-image-542273" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/iQOO-11S-1.jpg 809w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/iQOO-11S-1-300x251.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/iQOO-11S-1-768x642.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/iQOO-11S-1-696x582.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/iQOO-11S-1-503x420.jpg 503w" sizes="(max-width: 809px) 100vw, 809px" /></figure></div>

<p>A soon-to-be-released iQOO phone, identified by the model number V2304A, has been recently spotted on the MIIT regulatory authority website in China. This handset is believed to be the highly anticipated iQOO 11S. The website does not tell much about the device. However, the presence of 5G network support has been confirmed.</p>

<p>We do not have any official words on the specifications of the device. However, known tipster Digital Chat Station had <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/05/24/iqoo-11s-key-specifications-leaked-tipped-to-launch-in-q3-2023/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">previously tipped</a> the specifications of the upcoming iQOO 11S smartphone on the Chinese microblogging platform Weibo. The tipster claims that the phone will be focused on providing higher performance and faster charging tech. According to him, the handset will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 chipset.</p>

<p>He further tells that the phone will flaunt a Samsung E6 OLED panel with a 2K 3200 x 1440 pixel resolution and up to a 144Hz high refresh rate. The handset will offer a 50-megapixel primary camera along with Vivo&#8217;s V2 imaging chip to help further in the camera processing. As mentioned earlier, the device will focus on faster charging counterpart and will support up to 200W fast wired charging.</p>

<p>The report also <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/06/05/vivo-x90s-iqoo-11s-leak/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">claims</a> that the smartphone will launch as early as next month, i.e. July 2023 in China. After the Chinese launch, the phone would be later introduced to the overseas market. It has also been <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/06/02/iqoo-11s-china-sale-date-revealed/">reported</a> that the handset will go on sale in China starting July 08th.</p>

<p>If the leak regarding the product&#8217;s July launch comes out to be true, we can expect an official hint or teaser from the brand in the near future.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/vivo/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo </a>is gearing up to launch a new mid range smartphone from its popular Y series. The device in question is the Vivo Y35m+ model, who&#8217;s launch could be just around the corner after it was spotted on a Chinese certification website.</p>

<h4>Vivo Y35m+ will be powered by a Dimensity 700 SoC</h4>

<p>The upcoming Y35m+ model was spotted on China&#8217;s MIIT certification website. Here, we can see the device carrying the V2279A model number. Furthermore, this listing also confirms that the Y35m+ model will bring support for 2G, 3G, 4G, and even 5G network connectivity. Apart from this, the database confirms that the device will offer dual SIM standby and an Android operating system. </p>

<figure class="wp-block-image"><img alt="" /></figure>

<p>This listing also hints that the Vivo V35m+ model&#8217;s launch could be right around the corner. Notably, the recent sighting follows after the phone was also spotted on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/05/05/vivo-y35-y35m-key-specs/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">3C and TENAA certifications in China</a>. We even covered its <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/05/16/vivo-y35m-with-specs-pricing-and-availability-spotted-on-china-telecom-ahead-of-launch/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">pricing leak</a> earlier this month. Thanks to these certifications, we have some idea regarding its specifications. The Y35m+ could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC that will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Vivo-Y35m-Spotted-on-MIIT-Certification.jpg?x44794" alt="Vivo" class="wp-image-538592" width="344" height="748" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Vivo-Y35m-Spotted-on-MIIT-Certification.jpg 423w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Vivo-Y35m-Spotted-on-MIIT-Certification-138x300.jpg 138w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/Vivo-Y35m-Spotted-on-MIIT-Certification-193x420.jpg 193w" sizes="(max-width: 344px) 100vw, 344px" /></figure></div>

<p>Additionally, it would likely run on Android 13 OS based OriginOS custom skin out of the box. On the front, the smartphone is believed to feature an OLED panel that has a 6.64 inch size and a waterdrop notch. The rear will likely feature a 50 megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8 megapixel front facing selfie shooter. A large 5,000mAh battery pack could power the device that supports around 18W fast charging. This is all the information we have at the moment, so stick around for more updates.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/honor" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor</a> is gearing up to launch its latest offering, the Honor 90 series, which has recently passed the network access certification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT). Reports suggest that the high-end version of the Honor 90 series will come equipped with Qualcomm&#8217;s <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-plus-gen-1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip</a>.</p>

<p>Although the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2023/04/17/honor-90-pro-key-specifications-tipped-likely-to-launch-in-may/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">detailed specifications</a> and photos of the Honor 90 series have not surfaced yet, the MIIT website has listed the model numbers of the devices as REA-AN00 for the Honor 90 and REP-AN00 for the Honor 90 Pro. Rumors indicate that the Honor 90 lineup could be announced in May and be made available for purchase in time for China&#8217;s 618 online shopping festival.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="636" height="204" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Honor-90-series-DCS-leak.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-531153" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Honor-90-series-DCS-leak.jpg 636w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Honor-90-series-DCS-leak-300x96.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 636px) 100vw, 636px" /></figure></div>

<p>According to Digital Chat Station, a reliable tipster, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/honor-90-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor 90 Pro</a> will retain some of the core specifications of its predecessor, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/honor-80-pro" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Honor 80 Pro</a>, including the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. The tipster also claims that the Honor 90 Pro will feature a 1.5K resolution and a high-frequency dimming curved screen. Since Honor 80 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch 120Hz OLED display it is expected the 90 Pro will also retain the same. The smartphone is also expected to come with two front-facing cameras in a dual cutout design.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s worth noting that Honor will still use the Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor in the Honor 90 series, which is theoretically capable of outputting 200MP images. This is a significant improvement over the Honor 80 Pro, which uses a 160MP main camera. It remains to be seen how the Honor 90 series will fare against other flagship smartphones in the market. However, according to DCS, the smartphone is going to be less powerful than <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oppo-reno-10-pro-2/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">OPPO Reno 10 Pro+</a>.</p>

We believe <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> belongs to the latter category.</p>
<p>Two unknown Xiaomi devices have received certifications at the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and their model numbers reveal they are scheduled to arrive next year. The phones are the Xiaomi M19101F9T and the M19101F9E.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-224787" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Xiaomi-M1901F9T.jpg?x44794" alt="Xiaomi M1901F9T" width="1024" height="753" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Xiaomi-M1901F9T.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Xiaomi-M1901F9T-300x221.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Xiaomi-M1901F9T-768x565.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></p>
<p>All the phones Xiaomi released this year all have their model numbers beginning with M18. Seeing as these two new devices have their model numbers beginning with M19, one can tell that they are scheduled to launch in 2019. However, we have no idea which models they are but since only the last alphabet is different, they are probably network variants of the same model.</p>
<p>There are rumors that they might be variants of the Mi 9 series, not necessarily the main flagships since the Snapdragon 8150 hasn&#8217;t been officially released yet, but maybe less powerful versions.</p>

<p>There are also speculations that they might be the Chinese variants of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-6-pro/">Redmi Note 6 Pro</a>. This is more plausible as Xiaomi hasn&#8217;t yet released a successor to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-note-5-pro/">Redmi Note 5 (Pro)</a> in its home country.</p>
<p>Nevertheless, we expect more details to surface when they appear on TENAA.</p>

<p>Two months since it was first announced, new details about famous Chinese video streaming website, Tudou, and DOOV Mobile’s collaboration project, the Ni Ke Phone, have finally emerged.</p>
<p>Recently, a new cellphone from DOOV received its network license from the Ministry of Information and Industry Technology’s website. Its model number is the DOOV V1. This phone comes with a rotating camera and which is exactly the same as the design of the upcoming DOOV Ni Ke phone which was leaked a while back, confirming that the DOOV V1 and the DOOV Ni Ke are one and the same.</p>
<p>You can see how the design of the camera in the MIIT photo of the V1 looks similar to the Ni Ke phone’s design. Usually, the surface of the phone is aligned with the camera (the V1 has a thickness of 8.5mm). This camera can turn at 180 degrees which makes it easier for users to take selfies. Only the Tudou phone can have this design in China. According to the MIIT’s website, it only has 13mp, but as a phone that specializes on taking videos and photos, it should have a better resolution. Could this be a special version? This also has dual-color LED lights.</p>
<p>As for its other specifications, the DOOV V1 as a 1.5GHz quad-processor (probably the MTK MT6732), 2G RAM, 16G ROM, a 5-inch HD screen, and support for TD-LTE, TD-SCDMA, and GSM.<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-14101Z11935204.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-34135" alt="DOOV V1" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-14101Z11935204.jpg?x44794" width="650" height="497" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-14101Z11935204.jpg 650w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-14101Z11935204-300x229.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px" /></a> <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-140QR34425403.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-34134" alt="Doov V1" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-140QR34425403.jpg?x44794" width="650" height="417" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-140QR34425403.jpg 650w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/1-140QR34425403-300x192.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px" /></a></p>
